Outrageously good ice cream, one of my all time favorites for sure. Insanely good texture, amazing flavors, perfect sweetness all with good portions and decent prices.They usually have 10 flavors with 1-2 vegan options and also have multiple toppings and allow sampling as well. Ample seating is there both outside and inside the shop.I had blueberry cheesecake, strawberry basil with lemoncurd and peach cobbler. I loved all three of them, especially the flavor of the blueberry cheesecake, combination of basil and strawberry and the small pieces of peach cobbler in its ice cream.I will definitely revisit multiple times.They also have lemonade, iced tea, shakes, floats, sundaes etc.

CHAIRPERSON OF THE Board (Blueberry cheesecake): tasty with a satisfying crunch, I guess that was the graham cracker.HARLEM SWEETIES (salted caramel, butterscotch, brownies): great flavors and I enjoy how the brownie changes the texture.I like how, when I asked what they recommended, they didnt hesitate in pointing to these two flavors. That cut down on the choice anxiety I otherwise would feel!

Came here after a stand up show and what a great way to end the night! All the flavors sounded yummy (with very amusing names). I ended up deciding on a scoop of the cookie dough and blueberry cheesecake. Cookie was classic and did not disappoint. The blueberry cheesecake was definitely the star though. Creamy and Buttery with a bit a salt, backed by the blueberry and cheese cake piece Absolutely Amazing! Definitely the reason I would come here again. The store was nicely decorated and great place to take a date to for a nice treat. The service also super nice.

Wow! Wow! Wow! WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Their ice cream is incredible. I honestly couldnt stop thinking about it. A friend and colleague hosted an ice cream crawl on Saturday, November 6 and Sugar Hill Creamery was the second stop on the crawl. Its now Monday, November 8 and I am still thinking about how good that ice cream was. I had the split scoop cup with vanilla bean and jazzy belle. By the end, I was scraping the bottom of the cup, longing for more. You wont be disappointed with Sugar Hill Creamery -- its very, very, very good!

They make some of the most interesting variety of ice cream flavors (including vegan ones!) in the city. The staff are nice, the prices are high, but at least the portions are satisfying. There are a few tables available outside. Last time there were small children climbing up the scaffolding outside (which was high and not safe) as they waited for their ice cream with their parents. I didnt enjoy sitting outside.

Came all the way from Central Park because of the high ratings. I can day the ratings are well deserved. Ice cream was amazing! We tried the Blueberry cheesecake, peach cobbler, and brown bombshell. The Blueberry and peach were better than the chocolate.

Extraordinary and fun combinations, silken texture and such a friendly team in the shop. If you value flavors that reflect the Diaspora you will love it even more. The flavor is off the CHAIN and probably one of my favorite things not a one is overly sugary, so it feels like ice cream from a fine restaurant. Probably means it’s made in smaller fresh batches. They are rich and flavorful without sugary finish of Stone Cold and other huge chains. Exquisite recipes! On top of it all, super reasonable prices. We have eaten here for years, it is perfect every visit. Very warm folks working there, and the owners are charming and passionate about customers feeling at home. We even took a pint home today. Love it.

Super friendly staff! They let you try all the flavors. Ive had the salted caramel crunch (the LEBRON), blueberry cheesecake(the KOBE), honey lavender with beautiful, thick pieces of honeycomb inside, vanilla bean, Peach cobbler and cafe something with peanut brittle inside--- ALL ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!They are generous with their portion sizes. They also now have an outdoor seating area.

One of friends invited me to have ice cream. It was my first time visiting and wont be my last time. The gentleman took the time to explain the menu items. I decided to get the Harlem Sweeties. It reminded me of cookies and cream. It was tasty. I sat outside and ate the ice cream. I am glad I found out about this place and looking forward to visiting it again when I am back in Harlem.

We booked Sugar Hill Creamery to have as the dessert course for our upstate NY wedding. A major perk was getting to try all of their flavors, which were all delicious and innovative. We ultimately went with the Blueberry Cheesecake, Harlem Sweeties, and Sweet Socialism. It was a HUGE hit among our guests. While we dont live in the city anymore, whenever were in the neighborhood well always make an excuse to stop by. Thanks Petrushka and Nick!

Cute shop with unique flavors that feel super special. We had the corn jalapeno blackberry and the July strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich with the strawberry basil ice cream. Both were delicious but the strawberry basil was off the charts amazing. The staff were very nice and let us try multiple flavors. Worth the walk from the UWS. Will definitely make frequent return trips.

Good quality, unique flavors like Ethiopian coffee with turmeric, watermelon with black sesame, etc. Clean interiors, beautiful murals, and good customer service. They have a reward program. Open til 11pm!!! Perfect late night snacks. Highly recommended. Very happy to find this place. Will be back.

Sooo many interesting and delicious flavors!! I had a scoop of the combo of the basil, strawberry, shortcake, and lemon variety (forgot what it was called). Also has some standard flavors like vanilla and salted caramel if youre not feeling adventurous, too, but I am going to keep coming for the innovative flavor combos!

This creamery has placed a unique twist on ice cream. They have a variety of flavors that are nothing like you’re accustomed to (vegan options also available). They have a cute rewards program that you get points for all your purchases. The downside is you must use the same credit card every time. So if you pay in cash (even though you have the number associated to the account) then you will not get any points (according to the server).

I really enjoyed the ice cream. I had the blueberry cheesecake Ice cream on a waffle cone. There is scaffolding above the shop, so you have to really look for it if it’s your first time. Staff is friendly and explains thoroughly any questions you may have. I asked about more vegan options. He said they get that request a lot, but because it’s mostly water, there aren’t many options besides their watermelon, dark chocolate and sour sop. I understand that. They have a cute yellow bench you can sit on outside the store if you want to just chill and listen to their music from a speaker up top. It’s cute, it’s quaint. I had a good time and will definitely go back. Too many flavors I’d like to try. I didn’t give 5 stars this time only because of course, we are in a pandemic and the actual store space was off limits. I couldn’t go in and actually view the ice creams, sorbets, etc in their showcase. From the window, there appears to be art on the walls inside. I would’ve loved to see the art, but maybe next time.

Ice cream shop in harlem. Nice little store with some quirky and friendly staff who helped pick out an ice cream. Store has a cutesy vibe to it. The ice cream itself was pretty decent, but actually became a little too much for me towards the end, so maybe share with someone. They have a variety of unique flavors, as well as some vegan options. Not a bad ice cream store and would likely come back.

I was eyeing this place a while, and was pretty interested by the flavors. I went in and ordered a double scoop and the lady working the counter charged me for 2 single scoops, which is $9 instead of the $7 a double scoop is. When I pointed it out she just responded uhhh. It doesnt matter you got more ice cream. And zoomed off to the back....so no one corrected the error and I was overcharged. Its a small thing, but Im a bit disappointed. I would love to come back and change my review if the business makes it right.

We tried the honey/lavender, the bourbon peach crumble, and the blueberry cheesecake AND THEY WERE ALL PHENOMENAL. We are ice cream people, both dairy and vegan, and favor places like Jenis, Graeters, Van Leeuwens, Morgensterns, Ample Hills... And now Sugar Hill Creamery. Get to Harlem ASAP to savor their ice cream! I want to bring everyone I know there. There are seats our front, but we had our car so we just parked out front and enjoyed it with the roof open and windows down. Cant wait to go back.

The flavors are amazing but sometimes the customer service here is my definition of horrible!!Asked for and extra cone on both orders;Received extra scoops then the girl giving us attitude stating she don’t understand... clearly if you don’t understand in the beginning don’t say ok and continue and order. Then asked again after explaining was and extra cone not another scoop of ice cream.She eventually added to one and it was all broken 😑The one that we kept single was also broken and made a big mess on our way home.And we paid extra... two extra scoops + for the broken cone!I’m a regular customer the taste it amazing!!But the attitude and communication sometimes are not worthy!

We were just walking by when we peeked in to a cute, new ice cream shop. We went in when we saw three flavors were labeled vegan! The employees were great and offered us sample of everything. We got (all) 3 scoops (sprinkles included) for $8.50 The soursop flavor was amazing. You can eat in at the large tables inside.

I tried the chair person of the board (blueberry cheesecake cream) and the jetlag (ginger ice cream, peanut brittle and chocolate covered pretzels) both were very creamy and delicious! It is a really nice ice cream shop. They have some merchandise for sale and currently have some outdoor seating.

Great! The line looked long because of social distancing but it moved quickly. Ordered vanilla, blueberry cheesecake, lemon sorbet, vanilla brownie cup and a cone (sorry for not using the names of the ice creams). I even think the owner of the creamery took my order! Nice pleasant experience and I will be back.

Adorable place! I had the Soursop Ice Cream because I was looking for a lactose-free option and I was pleasantly surprised. Their flavours are pretty interesting overall, Id recommend a visit.

The flavors are amazing and unique. The atmosphere is casual caribbean and the decor is reminiscent of being in a flower field with different faces from the world. Its quaint and cozy and family owned!
