The women working the counter was rude and lacked any customer service skills.I came in to get a icecream cake to take down the street to my hotel. I bring it to the counter and she rings it up, telling me the price on the cake is incorrect. It says $19.99 but she’s telling me it’s $42. So I say ok, I return to the cooler and choose another cake. Again, this one says $19.99 and she once again tells me it’s wrong. Now the first time, I can totally understand one being a mistake. But there were a total of 4 cakes priced at $19.99. That is there mistake. She went to get someone who fixed it and it rang up to a total of $20.68 with taxes. She then asks me to put the other cake back for her! Okay, I’m nice, it’s only about 6 ft from the register. I turn my back and come back to her taking a new customers order even though I told her I wanted a coffee with my order. So I asked to just bag up my cake because I’m annoyed with her at this point. She tells me to wait. Finishes handling the other customer and then hands me a bag, so I can bag it myself. I then ask for spoons, reminding her since she forgot to put them in the bag. She tells me to wait and takes the next customer!! If she is a representation of this company, I feel bad for you. I walked out with my cake but I definitely won’t be returning.

The clerk is nice and the ice cream is yummy too.

The staff is very rude and have no idea of hygiene rules. She took the waffle cones with her bare hands. They make people wait forever and ignor them. I like Baskin Robins and its ice cream, but they should really consider hiring more professional people, or the brand reputation will decline instantly. PLACE NEVER TO GO!!!

Worst location in the area

The ice cream was second only to the staff. I love Baskin Robbins and have since I was young. I havent been in several years, and I am so glad I found them anew ESPECIALLY at a location with as fabulous and caring a staff as this one. The staff and the ice cream really put a smile on my face.

U can get some tasty dishes here

We were so excited to have ice cream. We saw that Baskin-Robbins close at 11 PM, and when we got there at 10:15 PM they did not service ice cream because they had the wrong description in Google and were unapologetic about that.

I dont reccomend this place at all. Its disgusting and it takes forever to get what you want.

OFTEN IM GOING WITH MY HUSBAND TO TAKE ICE CREAMS AND MANY TIMES WE HAVE STAYED 1 HOUR PLATFORMING. I HAVE SEEN GOOD ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES, MY ICE CREAM PREFERRED THAT OF MINT AND THAT OF CHOCOLATE.

They closed the establishment with half an hour to close
