Once I identified a vehicle I constantly hounded Brett for information in the vehicle, pictures, videos, services records, etc. Brett responded to all of my queries in a prompt efficient manner. Even the sale process was handle quickly and efficiently from Brett through the Finance Mgr. Probably the quickest car purchase Ive ever made in my years of owning various vehicles. Brett was amazing. I hate buying new vehicles, I was able to tell him what I needed the previous Friday (2021 Taycan 4S). I set an appointment for the next Friday and it was a seamless process. I was not haggled, ostracized, or scrutinized like most dealerships are. This is a completely different franchise devoid of any of the other Porsche Dealers.Brett was extremely knowledgeable and even personally delivered me a loaner vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. I have also been able to call him for additional things and he made sure to go out of his jurisdiction to be able to comply with my requests. I will definitely be buying another vehicle next year from them. We have our eyes on a Hybrid Cayenne, we will definitely ONLY be looking for Brett. Although Brett has been very kind, I am so disappointed on what has transpired. My husband traveled from Michigan to get me a reliable safe car…. we thought of a Porsche. So far we were given one key fob with no key (supposed to be coming but haven’t heard back), and coolant that is leaking out somehow when I drive….when it was clear I needed something reliable and it was inspected. I am still in communication with Brett although I haven’t heard anything lately. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

I took my Cayenne gts for a / c service for diagnosis $ 400 was fine But for filter and sensor replacement the cost of a part around $ 300 they wanted $ 1500 !!! I replaced these parts myself and it took me 5 minutes. I sent my wife to pick up the car, everything that was dismantled for diagnosis was not folded, but thrown into the trunk

I went with my dad to this dealership to test drive a car he was interested in buying, and the man (I believe his name started with a J) was pretty rude. He didn’t greet us upon entry, and seemed very VERY reluctant to help us even though we had an appointment. When he brought the car around for us to drive he didn’t share any details about the specs of the car and pretty much just left us with keys and vehicle. Extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service which will ultimately end up with us purchasing a car from a different dealer.

Ive been having my 2016 Porsche 911 serviced at Rizza Porsche since purchasing the vehicle. Ive always found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional - genuinely nice people - not what ive encountered at other car dealerships over the years. John and Lindsey, in particular, have always been exceptional. Highly recommended.

I would highly advised to not buy from them. They sold me a car with all promises that the car was inspected and that nothing was wrong with it. That they were obligated by state law to disclose any issues with the car... I blindly trusted them because they were a big dealership. When I left with the car I started hearing some clicking noise, I told them about it and they told me it was the license plate rattling. I had a garage check and they told me the Front Drive Axles were broken and I had to get them changed because it was a safety concerns. Obviously Porsche said they couldnt do anything about it and it was not their responsibility, because I left with the car. So I ended up with a $1,500 bill and they didnt want to help me with the cost. If you are currently considering them, I suggest you pass and buy your car somewhere else.

This dealership goes above and beyond all expectations!I recently had my car die in a downtown underground parking garage. I called the dealership and explained what happened.My dealership sent a mechanic in a loaner vehicle to hand off to me and then he proceeded to repair my vehicle in the parking garage. He brought all tools and testing equipment!After getting my car repaired ( gateway module) the mechanic drove my car back to the dealership to finish full diagnostics overnight!The next day they returned my freshly cleaned and repaired car and took the loaner back to the suburbs.My experience was painless and it was such a pleasant experience that I will never buy a car anywhere but Porsche in Orland Park.

They have a good group of scammers here, which explains their lowest rating in greater Chicago. Their sales rep Heather Stratton blatantly lied to me about lease terms. They tried to charge me about $8,000 on top of due at signing for a vehicle that I was going to lease. I just went ahead and leased a vehicle with Porsche Exchange. Stay away from these scammers and no wonder they have the lowest rating in Chicago area

Buying our Macan S was a pleasant experience. The salesman, Adam, answered my questions for almost a week before I was able to get to the dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer savy. He explained everything once and is available to assist us with technology issues that we will need assistance with. First went to Porsche in Westmont, big mistake, no friendly or personable and dont really care of they sell you or not.If your looking for a car at Rizza at their Porsche dealership, ask for Frank, super great guy, doesnt push or hurry you, lets you take whatever time that is needed and answers all your questions. Nice guys... But could not get a soul to figure out how to plate a leased vehicle. Now my temp plates have expired. still seeking the right paperwork. My multiple calls have gone unanswered or pacified that everything is fine. Well its not. Ask the Indiana BMV. Dont fill out any CS evaluations till you get the plates on the vehicle.

I went there pre-approved through Capital one and the guy in finance ran my credit with another company without informing me. He just disregarded which company I wanted to go with. On top of that, he was talking to me as if I hadn’t bought cars in the past and he didn’t apologize or acknowledge that he was in the wrong. I was very disappointed with how that was handled. But on the upside my actual salesman was very professional and friendly.

Bob was very friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. Also, as parents of two toddlers, we appreciated that the entire process did not take longer than 4 hours.

John Kitzmiller is such a disgrace, embarrassment and so unprofessional to the Porsche name! How did he even become the service manager or face for Porsche? He is so dry, mean and grumpy on the phone as though he is irritated by questions. When I saw him for the first time, he looked like he just rolled out of bed with his hair uncombed to go with his dry demeanor. He appears as though he hates his job and is mad at the world. I was trying to get a complete quote on my broken tail lights (service, parts and taxes) because he would just quote one at a time and pause.
