Ive pledged my patronage to a number of bike shops here in Manhattan. But this one has quickly become my new favorite. Not only was my issue - faulty brakes - resolved quickly & to my satisfaction, but they also proved to me during my visit that they have Integrity. They could have easily charged me for work that I didnt need to have done, but they didnt. Being able to trust the business goes a very long way with me.

These people are so reliable and helpful. 5 stars everytime I need bike help. One day it was rainy hard and they let me stay in shop until it eased up. Very nice

I have been in the store twice for flat tire and front light replacement.They fixed the problems and were not expensive.

2 year update 7/13/21:Still a great shop, looks like they really upped the workers for the expanded business. They have their own brand of ebikes now and have a variety in stock from foldable to fat tire to the common delivery type. They even have a few dual battery models for extended range. Great helpful people still. 👍My go to place for anything E bike related. They have ebikes ready to go, kits and repairs. From battery issues to motor or even bike problems these guys will fix it for a fair price.

I own a ZUGO Rhino e-bike, my back tire was out of true, I called many bike shops in my area to fix the problem and was told a BIG NO, I rode my bike to M&C with my wobbly back wheel, slowly of course, Mr. Liu looked at my back wheel and told me that he could fix it, I left my bike there and he called me a couple of hours later to pick it up, he not only TRUEd my wheel, he only charged me an extra ten bucks to fix my front disc brakes that were making an awful squealing sound, he did this literally with a torch and a rag. this service isnt a 5 star rating, its a Ten star rating. I am going back for EVERYTHING wrong with my bike, as should you, if youre reading this review.

I just spoke with someone from the company trying to inquire about purchasing one of there brand new models and after less then 5 minutes on the phone the gentlemen was very rude and based on that alone I would dare purchase anything from them. If purchasing a bike was that distasteful God forbid i need customer service for say a repair would only be a nightmare.I wanna say thank you to whomever answered the phone. They just saved me a lot of money and a ton of headaches.

Wow the use to cost $1500 now they up the price to $1650. That $150 more than 3month ago. Is it worth the price... I brought 1 of my e-bike for them to fix they gave me a price $35. When I went back 2 days later the boss told me he cant fix it and want me to buy a new bike. First he told me he can fix it. For the price of $35 than all of a sudden he said he cant fix it What a scammer. Why did first time that he cant fix it and I have to bring the bike back for no reasonppl and waste of time. Want me to buy a new bike.

Idc what anyone say, this place is the best shop in nyc, they will be honest and fare with prices, what you need and what you don’t need is the place here, I have a Juiced City Scrambler and they always hook my bike up with the finest brakes and if something goes wrong, they look at every inch of my bike to find the solution !

First of all if you paying by card, they will charge you extra money. If you don’t know nothing about e-bikes they will try to fix already working parts, to take more money out of you. You better to go to other stores around the corner, with more happy ppl to help you.P.S I was frequently fixing my bike in here.

All their E bikes weight atleast 70lbs without the battery, cater to people that knows nothing about e bikes.$1650 is the price of their e bikes, you can get something much better and lighter for that price.

Ive heard a lot of good things about this place . I own an arrow 7 e bike and my bike started to make a weird grinding noise every so often only when I hit the throttle then at one point it was on but motor wouldnt go I was going to replace the motor good thing I didnt I went to m&c and they checked my bike out and told me my motor was fine and that I needed a new controller box set they hooked everything up and the bike was running like new even better than before thanx m&c 💪🏼👍🏻👌🏻
