This place is definitely a good deal on bike rentals. They are very nice, wont overcharged you. I messed up my reservation and they were very forgiving and fixed the issue. Best in NYC.

This place is dishonest! Their website sucks so much that I was on their website on Saturday at 9PM trying to book bikes for the next day at 11:30 AM. I made the mistake of booking for Saturday at 11:30 (yes, the current day). Even though that time had already passed, the website let the transaction go. Also, they have a place to add promo-codes. I found one I wanted to try online. I couldnt get it to apply, so I kept trying. Eventually, by typing in the code and hitting enter, I noticed the price went down. After I booked (with the wrong day and supposedly with the promo-code), I realized the promo didnt work, and actually by hitting enter, what had happened is that it somehow decremented the number of bikes Id chosen!There was no way to cancel, so I booked again. Correctly this time. When I went in the next day to get the bikes, I spoke with them about the situation. They said theyd cancel it, but she didnt do it right at that moment. Its now a couple days after, and the transaction they said theyd cancel ended up going through. Im disputing the charge, and will likely get a refund. But I will never rent from these people again!

Simple and straight to the point bike rental. We walked our bikes the few blocks to Central Park and had a fantastic time. Would recommend.

Online said they were open at 7:30 so we reserved the bike to be picked up at 8. They werent there at 8 and another site said they were open at 9. When we got there at 9 again they said they had been there at 8.Good bike though and they give you a lock for your bike.Dont reserve early hours

Company is still taking reservations and payment online but seems to be no longer operating. I made a reservation for an all day bike rental and showed up at 09:45. Place was closed, phone number disconnected. Called 2 other locations, 1 line was also disconnected, the other rang out.

This locations is almost always closed... they will tell you it’s open over the phone then you’ll show up and they will say it’s closed today due to covid

Im not sure if it is because we purchased groupons, but the staff was not friendly, the bikes we were given were old and not in very good shape. The bike I had did not shift properly and when I told them upon our return, they didnt even care as they didnt ask any question as to what the issues were. They are located about 4 blocks from Central Park so we had to walk our bikes on the crowded sidewalks as too dangerous to ride on the road. For anyone looking to rent bikes to ride in Central Park, we would suggest renting from right at the entrance to Central Park. Their bikes look much newer and nicer. We would not suggest renting from this place.

Made an online reservation for 8am, showed up on time but store didn´t open until 15 min later. Service was so-so, however bikes were on good condition and cost was affordable. Would probably try a different service next time.

----Buy it on Groupon for $5!----Much cheaper to buy on Groupon than directly.For the price, it was fine, but bikes were average (poorly maintained) and no bell or helmet was given.

We have book online to pick up the Bike at 9a.m, the rental shop is closed now at 10 a.m. and we are waiting that the shop open since 8:45 a.m.We have pay online at the moment of the book, IT IS A SCAM!!!

In itself, great cycling, but severely damaged but work well. Please note that if you book online (also 5 minutes in advance) you will be much cheaper. We chose the location at 56th, while the park only starts at 59th. Take into account a fifteen minute walk time there, you can of course also cycle, but I cannot recommend that to anyone in New York traffic. We didnt really have enough of the 2 hours we booked, but there is so much more to do here.

A few days ago they wanted to make a purchase with my credit card online in the US. And unfortunately this was the only place where I entered my data to rent the bicycles. Eye

Good prices relative to other places when booking online. The technical condition of the bicycles is average - gear shifting did not work fully.

If you want a cheap and convenient way to get around New York City, rent a bike here. Very affordable, but the staff is not friendly.
