He never opens at 10:00 am, dont come at that time or you will wait so long, He lies about he been on his way and arrives around 11:30 am

I went to this bike shop because of their high ratings. I wanted to get my new Schwinn bike a tune up.They told me Id have to wait 5-7 days. I told them that was unacceptable. Ive lived in Ohio, Florida, & Georgia where I also owned a bike. I always got service on the same day. Thats what I expect. Anyhow, they were very rude to me as I was leaving & told me to go back to Ohio. I was extremely offended & do NOT recommend anyone patronizing this business.

I had a bad experience with this shop. I had flats. They fixed them but only to find out that Ive got flats AGAIN! Only a few days later, without even using my bike. When I called back this shop to speak about a poor quality of the service, I heard back them yelling at me: You have to pay again to fix your flats, we dont give any guarantee! It was insulting to hear after being their loyal customer. They were rude, and unprofessional treating me like that. Never again!

Show up to simply replace a tire: store not even open. Call multiple times and after leaving the store and calling again, person who answered says, “today late”. What a joke!

Went to fix my bike, had to install a brake for q my back when. The guy fixed it for a very affordable price. Highly recommend this place.

This to me is more than a bicycle shop. Junior, the owner is always there and always is willing to take care of your problem and help you understand how things work and why. The price for the bikes and for the repairs is super affordable ( especially for the area ). Ill recommend this shop over any other in NYC.

NEVER GO THERE!I wish I could leave negative stars!Left my bike for maintenance a week ago (Tuesday) and no contact since then, even though they promised to call by Saturday which was the agreed pick-up date. Tried calling 10+ times today (Tuesday week after droping the bike in the shop for service) with nobody picking up the phone. I am honestly worried my bike is gone forever.

Went there to replace two tubes and they take my valve adapter and replace it with a regular cap. realized two after when i checked my tire pressure
