I went on the 2 hr Harlem tour guided by Richard. He was knowledgeable, kind and sweetest (I forgot to pay gratuity at the end, I am so sorry if you read this). It felt like I was going around with next door David Letterman. Loved learning about the historical spots. The pace was leisurely and easy to follow and the bike was good.

I was supposed to go on a nice easy two hour tour of Harlem but it was cancelled last minute. I was transferred to the NYC highlights tour and it was amazing! I have lived in NYC 20 years and just loved circling the Island, taking on the hills of Central park and seeing all the sights like a tourist!Chuck is kind, encouraging, and full of great stories and the history of our great city!

First review I’ve ever posted. Bob earned that. He was the best tour guide I’ve had for any type of tour in any city. 5 stars is not enough. Highly recommend. The ebikes we rented also worked perfectly. Thinking of getting my own now.

I ordered the rental online and was able to get 50% off: 10 dollars for 2h, which is enough to ride in Central Park. We can get free basket, locks and helmets. Bikes are in good quality and rides very well. Staff is nice and helpful. I recommend the rentals here.

This business is completely dishonest and unprofessional. I purchased bike rentals one month in advance as they recommended the first week of March (right before the corona shut downs escalated) and less then 2 weeks after payment I requested a refund (100% within their return policy of proper notice for full refund) and somehow less then 2 weeks later they agree to my refund but claim to not have the money to refund at this time and I’m on a waiting list for refund) a couple times a month I reached out to them, (days to respond) and could not advise any time frame and just said we have your request. Well after 4 MONTHS of them still agreeing to refund me but refusing to actually make payment I had no choice but to start a dispute claim with my bank. Not for one second do I believe this company did not have 138$ to refund me for over 4 months. They are currently taking bookings and collecting other victims money while refusing to process my refund. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL SERVICE ARE RENDERED!

The employee Alex manipulates us into doing a big job for them that he agreed to pay for because he needed to close up the shop at 5pm on January 1st. We had a crew of guys who stayed there until 11 pm to finish the job. He gave us a credit card that he knew would be declined. We came to an agreement for the amount of $2,700+tax. We did the entire job, and now we are being told that they want to pay less than half of the price and he doesn’t even want to answer our calls. We have tried to contact Managemnt because he’s only an employee and all we get is the receptionist.This is a WARNING to all any any vendors that will be hired by them. Don’t trust them. They don’t pay their workers they tricked us into giving them a FREE work order including parts and labor.Since this is a big company and we are a small family owned and operated business we are at their mercy to now take the loss and not get paid or accept their terms and get paid a third of the price we quoted and agreed upon.This guy Alex is really a selfish unprofessional employee who just was so desperate to go home for the night he was willing to promise us anything just to get someone out there to fix the problem with no authorization to approve this type of payment.If this issue won’t get resolved I’m going to make sure every one knows about this I’m going to make you and Unlimited Biking very famous all across social media.We are hard working people that provide our skills for a living to provide for our families, just because your a big corporate entity that gives you no right to take advantage of us..

The tandem bike was so crappy from the very beginning. We ended up with a broken chain in the middle of Central Park and had to walk the bike back. The cashier was rude and unhelpful, wanted to charge us $40 for something was not our fault. He kept saying I cannot do anything and it is store policy with an ignoring manner. After talking for 20 min, he gave up and did not charge us. He claimed he has thousands of reviews and our review would not make any difference. He also claimed he had been running the store for 10 years, which I cannot believe as he looked at most 35 and did not care at all about the customers.

Wonderful team wonderful pricing and an even better experience from everybody involved at Unlimited Biking. We have been in Manhattan now for a few months and have heard about the service from a few of our friends but Ive better used it. Finally bit the bullet and went for it and it turned out to be way chapter than we even thought. Great little tour and a wonderful day.

My grandson and I rented 2 Cannondale bikes from their east 110th street location. We took the bikes to Randalls Island and my grandsons bike got a flat. Hasan, offered to bring us a replacement bike, and we were on our way in no time. We were given a choice of extended time or a voucher to use on another day. Remarkable service!

Great Location as their right across the road from the entrance of the Park. The staff were Great as they advised me with sights to see in Harlem & Central Park + a map. Really made me feel valued!

Just had the most amazing outing in Central Park thanks for this lovely company Unlimited Biking. My wife and I were in town for just one day and we wanted to do something that weve never done before. Weve done the horse and buggy thing in Central Park before but Ive never tried it on a bike. We got an awesome tour guide name was Brent who took us around the Central Park and showed us things that I had no idea were even there.

I want to just say a big thank you to all the people at Unlimited Biking who made my sons birthday just the absolute best. He turned 10 last week and all he wanted to do was go to Central Park and see the sights. We took him all the way up there from Delaware and he had an amazing day. Wonderful little bike rental place who actually offered tours as well though we didnt take one.

Unlimited Biking is not easy for me to rate. I think they have reasonable prices for upscale outdoor goods and a great selection. They specialize in outdoor sports gear and clothes, but not other sports. This is definitely not Sports Authority or Big 5. Its the real deal though. I really like their outdoor clothes selection that suits San Franciscos climate. I like their shoe selection. Its such a big store, but somethings missing. I dont ever pay attention to what is on the far left of the store.

A bit delayed so I am sorry but i want to thank the staff at Unlimited Biking who where do helpful when my partner and I got separated in central park. When my partner found her way to there sister shop and cared for her until I was able to get to her. All the staff where helpful and brilliant and I hope that if they are ever in a simelar situation in my country they would be treated as good and with such concern and caring.

Oh my God we had so much fun renting bikes on our trip to New York. We took the entire family all my cousin and my sister and her kids and everybody got a bike I was just perfect for them. Even the little ones have bikes that fit them perfectly and were exactly what they needed for their needs. We went all over Central Park with our wonderful tour guide Melissa who showed us all the sites that we wanted to see. Thank you so much!

Me and my husband Harvey went on a walking tour it was a beautiful day. A fabulous tour would recommend. I found out a lot of information about Central Park. The tour guide was also as cute as a button and very knowledgeable.

These guys do so much more than bike tours. We rented bikes for the whole day and they took us on a tour around the site in Manhattan. We saw so much historic stuff that was super interesting to see and we came back to the park and finished up with a nice little scenic ride around the lake.

Last week we called up Unlimited Biking out of Manhattan to get set up with a couples bike rental tour that weve been wanting for a few months now. We got a great day weather-wise and our bikes held up perfectly for everything that we needed. Were both experienced bikers so we were worried that the bike was going to be a little bit low quality but it turned out that they were actually just as good as the ones we used to own.

Didnt have a good experience at this location, other locations are much better and more friendlier.

The bikes are good but place is expensive and the service is not customer oriented at all.I got to an accident so I couldn’t return bike before store closing. I made a call in advance to let them know and ask to extend my rent up to 24 h (which would be $20 extra).They said it’s impossible and I have to pay xtra $65 for overnight rent. Or at least 40.Why is that impossible???? They could just replace the transaction.So I got very upset by renting a bile for $85 after all. I could buy the new one.People there are not willing to help with trouble shooting at all.

If you go to Unlimited Biking here in Central Park ask for a tour guy named Charlie. He was so funny and so knowledgeable about everything we ask. My wife loves to ask questions and it was like Charlie was a historian about Central Park.

We rented rollerblades here. They were good quality, though the wheels and brakes were very worn down, making them harder to control and impossible to break with the right foot. The people were very nice, and helmet and other safty equipment came included.

Hameid helped me rent a bike at Unlimited Biking... he was incredibly sweet, friendly and knowledgable about which bike to rent. Im of a small stature so his help was invaluable in making sure I would be comfortable for a long ride. I also dialed the service line to ask a question while on my ride; they were nice and helpful. Overall great experience and would rent again from this institution.

Ive done a horse tour through Central Park before but thats kind of getting to be a little bit tacky. But what Ive never done before it was rented bikes and tried to go through the entire thing on my own. I went and got a bike from Unlimited Biking for next to nothing and had an awesome day in the park.

Great way to see Manhattan and get some exercise along the way. We have rented biked from this place near me in Central Park a few times now and always had a great time.

The worse customer service ever! Beautiful Sunday afternoon and they have ONE guy checking people out to rent bikes. Ive rented bikes at plenty of other places and they get you in and out. This place is as slow as molasses!

Just did a bike tour in Central Park with Unlimited Biking. Just a killer experience for us. Loved our bikes and our tour guide!

The single bikes seem to be ok, the tandem bikes not quite so good, the tag-alongs are terrible.The staff at the counter are nice, but the others don’t seem to know what they are doing at all. They are eager to get you a bike, but not interested that the bikes ride well. They check the brakes before you ride but they don’t seem concerned if the rest of the bike is falling apart.

Terrible customer service and very unfriendly staffs. I went to ask them for a group rate for my job and two staffs just walked away. No smile and pretending to be superior than others. They just ignored you and they did not have anyone in the establishment. I think they hate their jobs. I never seen staffs so unfriendly and miserable like them. They should be out of business soon.

No complaints, fast and included in the New York Pass. You can return the bike to any of the other offices they have. The boy who served us quite unfriendly, which fortunately is not common to NY

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Everyone in that store treated us as they pleased and they take advantage of the fact that we are tourists. They do not warn you of fines for delays, they keep your identification while you walk, they keep your credit card information (the only means of payment) and they do not deliver any type of receipt. We rent bicycles for 3 hours in 110 Street store and once paid the boy tells us that he made a mistake with the sale and that he has to cancel it. ($ 80 lost because the returns take several days), we do the whole transaction again. You lose at least 15 minutes in the delivery of the bikes, which do not consider separate but you spend the time you paid. When we returned (we delayed a few minutes) we were charged a fine of 28 dollars, we were treated by another boy who treated us arrogantly and aggressively. He collected the money without our authorization of the credit card, threatening us that he would keep our documents if we did not pay. TOURISTS DO NOT LET THEY DECEIVE OR ALLOW THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT.

Good bike and friendly staff

Scam for tourists, when making the purchase, they offer you insurance, if nothing happens to the bike, they return it to you ... Lie, they charge you and they do not return it, new bicycles, which disassemble, and they charged us $ 27 penalty for arriving 7 minutes late, taking into account the 10 minutes it took to give us the bikes, and another 5 to pick them up. Scam for tourists, nothing advisable!
