Previously a long time customer of the OTHER KC Audi place, but decided to give Audi Shawnee Mission a try. Painless purchase process. Very professional and knowledgeable. Have not tried service yet but I can say the sales team is excellent.

The valet service Audi provides is simple; you can schedule online. Audi will pick up your vehicle and bring it back to you once the service is complete. The customer service is top notch! They will communicate all the way from beginning to end on where they are with your vehicle. Its nice to have this type of customer service in our current environment. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews but I have to with this absolutely horrible service. Chris was extremely rude, immature and unprofessional. I would never want to give them my money after my awful experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.I was trying to make an appointment for my car to be picked up to be serviced, I put in my location and was told someone would be by around 11:54. After 10 minutes of waiting I called the dealership. The lady that answered the phone (forgot her name) tried to make me feel dumb by saying I still had 50 minutes left because she for some reason thought it was only just 11:00 - it was 12:05 - so she had Chris call me.When Chris called he was extremely rude. Said he could not possibly get to me in that time and didnt even apologize for the website and email I received being wrong. He then proceeded to make the comment, we are not an Uber service, we do not just wait around. That comment set me off as I am aware they are not Uber but the website and email I received told me when he would be there and it was not my fault for believing it.Long story short, This was my first time trying to use this dealership and will be my last. I will be finding another dealership to give my money to for my services.

We purchased our 2021 Audi SQ5 from Shawnee Mission Audi. Our sales girl, Olivia was so knowledgeable and super sweet. She made our entire Audi buying experience amazing. She even did multiple follow ups with us weeks after our purchase. I can honestly say we are honored to be apart of the four rings family.

Our A6 (2017) was purchased from Shawnee Mission Audi in September, 2019. It had only 11,000 miles and we scheduled our maintenance with only 18,050 miles. We only have put 7,000 miles in 19 months so we were a little surprised to find the car needed two new tires plus an alignment. The car is under warranty until March, 2022. We spent $971.00. Just for the record: Honesty is best for both the customer and for Audi. Good service is a MUST and I hope we can continue our service with you.

This was our first visit. We had a nail in a tire. Service advisor got us right in on the Friday of a holiday weekend. We were told that the new tire would not be available until the Monday after the 4th of July. However, the new tire installation, plus some recall work were all done by Saturday at 4 pm. The facility is very clean and the service advisors and technician did a great job. We will definitely return. Very good communication.

I love this dealership and I live in San Diego! Long story short, found a perfect spec car online at this dealership, (Audi SQ7). Called and talked to Taz, the general sales manager, who was absolutely amazing btw. He just sold the car I wanted, but looked in the system and found same one coming to a close by dealer. So to be clear, Shawnee Mission, did a dealer trade for me and then shipped it to a dealership close to me with all of the paperwork so we could wrap up the transaction, and with all of those moving pieces it made way more financial sense for me to do this over going to my local dealer. Amazing experience and they have secured a west coast customer for life. When I called to make an appointment they said I don’t need one to just stop by. When I came by, chris said because I didn’t have an appointment there wasn’t much he could do for me. Had to call chris numerous times. Really felt like I had to work to get information from him on updates of when my car would be available. Very poor communication getting back to me and not in a timely manner. Didn’t have a loaner for me. Was told they were going to drop my car off at work, and then never called or answered the day they were supposed to drop it off and didn’t drop it off.

Michelle knew what was wrong with my software, I brought the car in, & was provided a loaner. I appreciate her knowledge & professionalism.

Just finished up with my son’s first vehicle purchase. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. We did a LOT of online price comparisons, and their “no-haggle” price was below blue book and the overall experience was excellent!

This was the second time I had my q5 in for a 10,000 mile service at Audi Shawnee Mission. The service was completed in the time frame quoted to me. A noise in the front right tire was determined to be a bad wheel bearing which was recommended to be replaced. A replacement bearing assembly was in stock and the repair authorized by me. The repair work was begun immediately.As the repair of this wheel bearing would take some additional time, a Lyft ride was called to take me home. A couple of hours later, I received a text informing me that the repair had been completed. A Lyft ride was called to take me back to Audi Shawnee Mission to pick up my q5.Michelle was extremely helpful in getting the extended warrantee request submitted for this repair. It was approved and the cost of the repair was covered. My out of pocket cost was the $250 deductible. A BIG Thank You to Michelle.

I booked a service appointment several weeks in advance to ensure I’d have a loaner. I called to confirm my appointment and make the loaner would be available a few days before. When I arrived, they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about the loaner. There wasn’t one available so I had to leave without getting service done. I reached out to my advisor to ask for ideas on how to make it right, and didnt get a response even.The reputation of this location in KC is poor - it’s stuff like this that means that stays true in the long run. Another location will take the business.
