I had a great experience at Baron, test driving the countryman and the x3. The salesman came along on test drives, explaining all the features. He was very knowledgeable. I ultimately chose another brand to purchase at a different lot, but I would definitely consider returning to Baron for future purchases.

They dont have a clue. They didnt even know my car had a 15 year, 150,000 mile warranty.on the SULEV engine. I had to call the BMW importer to straighten them out. They wanted to take me for $3,000. In repairs covered by the warranty. A unique warranty.on the first car made with this guarantee.

Rob is an excellent manager of the service department there at Baron. Hes honest, personable, responds timely and doesnt try to upsell like the service folks do. This is a dealership so everything is going to be more costly but they always do good work and I get a loaner if I need it. Ive been a few times and will definitely use them again. My BMW is now 10 years old, so my babys needing more work. This will be the place Ill continue to use.

Thought it was a good Dealer until the 15-20 min. application to buy a new car was 4 hours. Got car as they were closing so wasnt shown any features other than the test drive. Was hurried out with car and forgot a couple of items in trade in and contacted the salesman more than once and have yet to receive it. Was sold some add on coverage for a pretty high cost but have never received and paper work on it. I think we were from out of state we were taken. Mini dealers are limited across our area so not much choice.

The best place to get your BMW serviced in the city. The attention to detail and the way they have drop off and pickup coordinated makes getting services very easy.

Told the first person who gave me the time of day I was looking for some accessories for a Mini as a gift. I was pointed to a service desk where I stood waiting for a break in 3 employees conversation. Waited over 5 min with no end in sight, all 3 clearly saw me standing there and didnt bother to address me. I left and ended up buying what I was looking for online.

Dealership sold the car yesterday and neglected to take the car off the internet it only takes about 10 minutes to do that so all they had was one of the car to test drive it was a rear wheel drive and in pretty good shape.

I had my Mini taken there for repairs after the clutch went out. There were other things that were wrong with my car also and the total cost was over $8000 to fix. I asked Amir to get a price for the car and what I could get with the little money from it.
