Ive been coming here for almost two years to get my service done. Ive always felt fairly treated and the staff is always friendly. Donnie Hicks is my service advisor and he is definitely a straight shooter. Hes never steered me wrong, even occasionally telling me to hold off on a service that wasnt really necessary.

Had my GL 450 fixed here. When they were done I asked if I could pick It up on Saturday and they said yes we open 9 to 6. I showed up at 5 because I had to work and the service area was closed. I drove from Lawrence to pick up the vehicle for nothing.
They dont have much cars right now. But totally very nice cars and luxury.

They treated me very well. I had to get a new key fob for my mercedes e320. All you need is the title and license that matches the title. Cant wait to receive my new key fob so I can start driving my baby again ☺️

Best service Ive gotten in along time. They were fully booked and Emily got me in. I really appreciate that and I want to thank the mechanics that worked on my car to get it done. Keep it up! I will definitely be coming back. Also Ive never seen this before by a dealership. They offered to look up aftermarket parts since I drive a older car. Usually dealerships dont like that. Emily and the parts department, I want to thank you for doing that for me.
So many choices for the auto connoisseur. The Benz line of smart cars are an excellent choice for daily driving, as is my preference. The newest buildings house the Jaguar line, and the Land Rover line. Another new building has the Maserati, and the Alfa Romeo automobiles. The Porsche lines are also in stock. Many fine used vehicles are also available. This place is definitely a house of many fine vehicles.If you are a do-it-yourself person, their parts departments have what you need.
Definitely find another dealer to service your vehicle. Maggie has the worst customer service. She should definitely not be in charge of service. Just my opinion she’s not professional. I was giving a loaner that had peanut crumbs and needed vacuumed. Outside of car was very dirty. She asked me to do a walk around and see if I notice any damages and I looked right at her and said it’s black and dirty. How could I possibly see if it’s scratched. She just laughed it off and said no smoking. When I hear the word Mercedes I think of luxury. This lady didn’t even have on clean pants and it was early in the morning. Im a guy that believes perception is everything to a business. Especially to a customer like me who has no problem going on reviews and elaborating. Since Rodney’s departure/promotion. Mercedes service department is headed downhill. Most of us worked hard to earn the privilege to drive a Mercedes. And we count on woman like her to uphold its name and perception. Now this is just my opinion. It had nothing to do with the color of my skin. Everyone else was nice and offered things like drinks, coffee etc. I’m sure that this 2.5 rating is being mainly impacted by service and like I said it was only one that stood out like a sore thumb. Keep it real my Mercedes owners and demand your respect. As we’ve worked hard for that right.You don’t have to take my word. Just call and you’ll see what I mean.

Got stuck in Kansas City for work and walked into the dealer and worked with Bryan looking at a few different AMG models as Im currently in the market and having a hard time deciding. Couldnt be happier with my experience, real down to earth sales men. No BS... Will likely be coming back
From a transporters perspective, (which no car salesman care about ever for some reason) this place is horrible. Simply here to pick up a sold vehicle to another Mercedes-Benz dealer at that and were bounced around from person to person on the phone. Everyone acts like they have no clue what were talking about and we were ignored by the shuttle bus driver. I will never understand why the people that bring you cars to sell and provide the transportation of sold units are treated with such disrespect. I guess a drivers time is not important.
Emily in the service department is great to work with. Took her time heard what the issues I was having and addressed them accordingly. Also went above and beyond with other questions not pertaining to service but with new cars

My husband and I went by today to look a particular vehicle, the sales representative (a typical white male) was completely disengaged through the sales process. We spoke about our preferences and he just walked away mid conversation without offering a business card or any form of follow-up -- I suppose he didnt think our exterior appearance could afford a Mercedes. We are taking our business to the other Mercedes dealership in town after this negative degrading experience.
The service and parts department treated us like we were the best customer the ever had. This was even though we were only buying a programmed replacement key. Thank you for the key and your help.
Ask for Matt Minor in service! Goes above and beyond. Hes helped with a lot of my family members and everyone has a painless experience. Wish all other service departments could match their service and commitment.

Extremely poor service when it comes to vehicle knowledge and expertise. I’ve had to take my CLA250 in 4 times to correct a software issue but they are always running around in circles. Takes them forever to figure out the simplest of issues and still won’t resolve it. My car keeps saying key is not detected and they still haven’t figured out what to do. Worst experience I’ve ever had, not to mention they charged me $100 for a scratching a loaner, when I barely drove it and not mention I wouldn’t have needed if I’d my car was functioning properly. I’m looking to taking legal action against them. Never ever go here......
My advisor is good but service is a little poor. My car was not vacuumed even though my car was there for one and half day. When I talked to my advisor, he told me the service will cost about $1300. When I checked out next day it was $850. I asked why am I paying less, did they do full service. They didnt know the reason, because my advisor wasnt there and someone else was checking me out.
I took my car in, which was not shifting correctly. They hooked it upup to a computer and found nothing. The reason they found nothing is because it turned out to be the transmission shifter (mechanical for park, neutral and drive) on this model. They could have driven it and looked at the actual mechanical shifter, which they obviously did not since it was not shifting properly taking it from the service area (it took 1miles, stop at light) and was still there.Basically the appeared to only hook it up to a computer and you cannot tell me that the computer sensors are better than the F35 Fighter (even if the wheels were off the car, the computer could not tell)!Still waiting for my refund that they ripped me off without looking at the car ~$160
Donnie Hicks made me feel like a valued customer but the blonde chick that checks you in and offers loaners needs to go. She yelled at me for pulling my loaner up to be checked in. “PARK” with rolled eyes and attitude. Then blew threw the service department with a sense of entitlement. I complained to Donnie and he stated he was gonna talk to her but what good will that do when she’s clearly racist and feels like “we” don’t belong there. What’s also funny is that she looked like she had a hangover and her makeup was clearly from last night. Ijs 😏🤔. Wanted to buy here but not sure now considering this is the face of Aristocrat Mercedes Benz. More diversity, less classism and racist antics in services and sales🤜🏻🤛🏾
I scheduled a test drive with one of their Internet Sales Manager on May 5th. I arrived on time, but that sale manager didnt show up. The front desk told me she was not even coming to work that day. And I waited there for 15 minutes, no other sale person come to me to guide me the test drive. Im so disappointed and left. The most ridiculous, I got an email congratulating my test drive with them when I got back home. What a horrible test driving experience!
I give 5 stars to the expert mechanic who works on my wifes smart car, and to the salesman that can answer detailed questions. This branch stands by their work and re-works problems when needed.You wont get that kind of dedication at super-center dealers. Also, smart cars need certified techs and those are a dime a dozen!I did go to purchase about a month ago, but the salesman would not let me test drive a used GLK or M-Class unless I could afford to buy... my mom dropped me off in her fully loaded Sienna so I suppose I didnt give off an Aristocratic impression to the gentlemen.Which was embarrassing. I had told one of the managers/owners, Kris, I would buy from him and I like to keep my word. I will buy from you next time Kris!So I went down the street to Lexus for their RX350. Not what I had planned for but I needed one big enough for the family and needed a car day-of!I still give 5 stars for every other time they have gone out of their way to work on our car and roadside assistance. Thank you for that! You guys take good care of my wife when she comes! What more can a guy ask for than that?Will I go back? Yes. Do I appreciate Aristocrat? Yes. Will I buy again? Ask my wife!! lol

My experience was worst than going to a buy here pay here lot .. I talked to Dave Sherman in regard to a GLS 450 after inquiring a investigation begain he became nervous and paranoid.. they treat people like they are criminals and talk about exporting. I asked for the president of the company but they hide and protect him make excuses why you should not talk to them.. this dealership getto and they operate like a used car lot selecting who can buy a car or not with there condescending attitude.. while they judge if you are an exporter or not .. they are a bunch of low class people

Purchased a AMG from aristocrat motors with the expectation that it would pass any states vehicle emission laws . Well turns out it didn’t. Spent Thousands to make it happen.If purchasing a vehicle to take out of the state of Kansas, think twice about that.
