They will always have my business when it comes to mini coopers. I live in Wichita and the dealership is in Merriam out side of Kansas City and it’s well worth the drive. Ryan was my service guy. He was great and kept me informed. An appointment was made for the next day and accommodated AAA tow to the Mini dealer. I had a total worn out battery replaced and so my Mini was reprogrammed without a hitch!I was not told the Mini service was now combined with the BMW service department so had a glitch picking up the vehicle late in the day but the BMWservice guys were great to accommodate my check out. I did experience long wait times to speak to the service department but once I left voice messages, staff did call me back.

Every 15 years or so I buy a new vehicle. Obviously in the 15 (now 16 years) cars have changed. From my trusty 2005 Dodge Dakota I now have a vehicle that can make a phone call. I was apprehensive about the purchase. Ive wanted a MINI since I road in my first Mini Mark III in 1980. Contacting Lisa Foell at Baron made the entire process pain-free. She was the most responsive person Ive had to deal with in quite some time. Any queries I had were answered normally within minutes, and the time she took with me to explain and the gee-whiz buttons, dials, and options, made me a lot more confident driving off the lot than I was driving on. I gave 4 stars only because I do not like call centers. I asked to talk to my service advisor and lady after 10 minutes came back on phone to give me a status on car... I did not ask for a status I asked for my advisor. The service however was top notch zero issues service advisor was perfect in all aspects of his job. Price was very fair for the work completed. Will be back and have gotten a new lifelong customer if it stays this away.

My technician, Scott, was very good, but the dealership is in the middle of renovating the mini service area and handling it at the BMW dealership. They were overwhelmed, so the communication was not the greatest. I’m sure once the improvements at the MINI Service area are complete, they will return to their normal good service.

Thank you for supporting the troops!We were stationed overseas at the time of order and Baron MINI guided us through the process (straight from the factory in Oxford, England!). They handled everything online, on different sides of the world, and in totally different time zones. Samer and Lisa are true superstars. They both checked in constantly from Assembly Begins, through shipping from the UK, to arrival at the Port of Baltimore, and later on when ready for pick-up.On delivery day, Reggie and Jess (from the sister Baron BMW) handled all the paperwork and took ownership of securing my Veteran plates. Went in for an oil change 1st time.Was quoted 90min to 2 hour wait. Ended up being a 2hr 20min wait.Was told my car would be washed and vacuumed. Car was never vacuumed and the wash job was so bad sap still remained. It was hand washed but not hand dried so it looked worse than when I came in.However the oil change special was a good deal and Amir was very helpful and pleasant.

Amir has been my service advisor since I purchased my car 4+ years ago. He is always friendly without being patronizing, and gets me in at times that work for me. He also explains the work required very well. I recently went in for brakes and an oil change, but ended up needing additional work. He walked me through the additional work needed and helped me prioritize so I can tackle it in manageable bites. They always do quality work, but having that single point of contact through the years is really what keeps me coming back.

Prolonged wait time even with an appointment. No one greeted us or explained the delay. In the past while our car was being worked on we have had texts explaining any progress or delays. This time we had to text requesting an update. When it came time to pick up our car, our key had been misplaced, no one could find it. Eventually it was found on the advisor’s desk. This experience was not what we were use to from Baron.

Pretty easy transaction. I went in for a test drive not sure I’d like the car. Ended up liking it so much that I needed to talk through details with Josh. He was very communicative and patient with me as I figured out all the details and stated where I needed to be to purchase. First class!2/3/2021. Had my Clubman S in for annual service this morning. I’m home already and it’s just after 10:00- and it’s an hour drive home. Great work!10/28/2021. Had our 2011 Mini Cooper S in for annual service today. They did everything required and explained it well. Did some preventative work and replaced the water pump pulley. Glad they are looking after us. Very time efficient.

Ive always chose Baron Mini for my cars needs. Ive always had a great experience at Baron Mini & the customer service is always excellent. Ive had my Mini towed to Baron (40 miles away / $200) twice just in insure it was worked on properly. It saddens me that my last experience wasnt as I expected. After experiencing my Mini stalling in the middle of traffic 3 days in a row I had my Mini towed ($200) to Baron. They had it over a week and found nothing wrong with it. They charged me $241 for a diagnostic test/shop fees and I was left with an unclear suggestion of replacing the JBE for $1100 which they werent certain that would fix the issue. I was also left with the uneasy feeling of getting on the highway to come home knowing there was still an unfixed issue. $441 spent for nothing just disappointing.

As always the service was outstanding. They have staggered their appointments said there are limited people in the waiting room. During the time I was there there were at most three. Mask are required. Instead of coming out to talk to me every step of the way I received a text telling me where they were in diagnosing and repairing the problem before they bought the papers out to me to sign they sent me a video showing me the work that they thought needed to be done. I feel completely safe at this place. They are also the best auto dealership I have ever dealt with . This includes both the purchase and the service I receive. I drive over two hours to get there

I’m not happy this time with them working on my car they replaced the motor in it I had a bad motor mount and told them I wanted it replaced also while the motor was out that didn’t happen they broke the cover off where my tow hook goes and just put it in my front seat never said a word about it they were supposed to replace the engine cover on the bottom of the car that was not replaced and I have scratches on my front fender that I did not have before and scratches on my mirror that I did not have before

But they always have good deals on service plus Amir is always helpful and keeps me in the loop about my car and always recommends things that might need to be looked at in the near future. Since my car is a little older being a 2009 with over 100k miles on it it’s very important that I take good car of my car if I want it to last and Amir always gets me taken care of and is always so friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my car serviced. The only reason why this review is a four star instead of five star perfect score is because of a female sales associate whom was the first encounter for me with Baron MINI. I gave Baron another chance after I purchased a mini Cooper elsewhere in another state.Brought my mini in for 25-point inspection and my service provider was Michael. Michael was very professional calm and courteous took very good care of me and my mini answered all my questions quickly and specifically and seemed as though he genuinely cared about not only my car but me is a customer and person. Thank you Michael for your patience and your understanding for the difficult situation of trying to service my mini under extended warranty. I would definitely return for service with my vehicle. Josh helped my 15yr old daughter get her first car, a 2010 Mini Cooper. He went out of his way to work with the service department make sure the car was in great shape by replacing the windshield, brakes and battery.
