Honestly my experience with this dealership on two separate occasions as been the worst Ive ever experienced. The first occurence, I had my vehicle towed to the dealership after bending a wheel and damaging the front suspension. The staff was extremely unhelpful and actually tried to convince the insurance company that the damage was not caused by the accident.The second experience with this company came when I tried to order a part from the online store. I order the part and paid for it via my credit card. After two days I was informed that they would not ship to my address because I am local. The only way I can get the parts is if I visit the parts department.. I say okay, fine.. The parts department than tells me that they wont match the online prices. They try to increase the price of the parts by 35% because I am a local. So let me be clear, if you are local to Kansas or Missouri and buy from the parts department they will penalize you by roughly 35%..Ive never seen a company charge the local customer more than the out of state folks. This policy is a joke.. I recommend if your looking for parts to make sure you check the online price before you buy anything from these jokers.Very shady business!!!

This is a conflicting review for me. On one hand Im happy with the Jaguar F-type I bought a year ago and on the other Im disappointed in the service I recently received. They sent me a letter in the mail saying it was time for my yearly maintenance. When I arrived I was greeted to a hall of offices and no idea who to speak to about my appointment. After standing there in the hall for a couple of minutes just waiting I gave up and poked my head into one of the offices and asked for help. His first question was who was I there to see, Iike I was supposed to know. Once he looked me up in the system he flatly said so and so is not here today. At this point Im starting to get a little hot under the collar, I dont care who showed up for work or not or why I was scheduled with someone who had the day off, I just want my car looked over so I can keep my warranty in good order. Luckily now he decides to help me by asking why I was there. It went down hill from there to them getting upset with me for not knowing the previous owner already had it serviced to not going over the work performed. I didnt even get a copy of the work order saying it was going to take another 30 minutes to produce one.Needless to say if there lack of professionalism is any example of the work done on my car Im just glad its under warranty for a few more years.
