We came to Hendricks to check out the new Equinox and worked with Jarvis Jefferson. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. We told him we were not going to make a decision that night. We weren’t looking to upgrade our family vehicle…but then we happened to stumble on just the right thing and plans changed. The car had a major breakdown but was still under warranty. I had it towed in. At first they said there were no loaner cars and it could be a week or more. After they assessed the damage they found a loaner and I was grateful, but the sales people had told me they had loaners when I bought the car, so I expected one. It took over two weeks. Im an electrician for MVP electric. I was actually on an emergency service call today working on Jarviss house. A limb fell in a storm and tore their service off the back of their house. We went to a Corvette Show there in mid-September sponsored by Hendrick and hosted by a local Corvette club, who showed us where to park. A middle-aged white employee of Hendrick came out and was very rude to my wife, shouting at her to move her Corvette. We had it cleaned up and ready to be judged. He came back later and made her move again so a couple of his customers/buddies who showed up late could have our parking space. Again we had to move and re-do our preparations for judging. Some friends of ours over-heard this employee bragging about how he made a luney female move twice. Although we live 200 miles from there, we were considering Hendrick for future service and Corvette purchases. Unless my wife receives an apology from this bully, there is no way I would recommend them or consider doing business there.

Stopped by after work to check out inventory and narrow down what car I wanted to get this year. Ben came out took the time to show me around even though he knew I wasn’t ready to buy! He showed me the interior and all of the specs of all the models I was considering. I know when I am ready to buy he will be my guy! I highly recommend Ben and this dealership for anyone that is in the market for a new ride.
