Quick and efficient. I was greeted at the door and taken back to the person who handles the paperwork right away. He went over any concerns I had about the car since it was just a 10K check up. I waited in a nice waiting room with many choices of drinks and snacks. The tech said it would take an hour to hour and half and it took 1.5. The car was washed and the tires sprayed so they were shiney again. Nice perk and good service.

Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things.He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important.I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car.When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me.After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time.I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area.Thank you so very much to Riley and all of Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

But what I like most about Chuck is that he respected my wishes to only test drive the car. Once I test drove the car I was very impressed. Needless to say the next day I purchased the car. I just bought a Mercedes GLA 250 from Aristocrat and it was by far the easiest, quickest car buying experience I’ve had! Marty was helpful and explained everything in detail to me and the rest of the staff was welcoming and helpful as well. I was in and out in 2 hours on Thursday to test drive and talk about pricing and came back after work on Saturday and was finished signing and driving off the lot in 45 minutes! Highly recommend this place if you are wanting to buy a luxury car!

I would not recommend this dealership once you to sign the paperwork; they treat you like youre not a customer. I bought a car that died within a day, and I had to wait a week for them to service it. Ben from Finance is the worst person to work with. 10/10 do not recommend.

I can not recommend Katya enough. This was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. Katya came highly recommended and I’m so glad I made an appointment with her. The entire process start to finish was easy and went smoothly. I test drove a Mercedes and less than 24 hours I took it home. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Wasnt a good experience. Was interested in purchasing a vehicle on their lot. I was lifting the hood, hatches and everything else to several vehicle just short of starting them. No one would come out and ask if I needed assistance. I did see them sitting inside. That day I was ready to purchase, but maybe my old truck and attire confused them. Little do they know one of my vehicles has being serviced there...no longer, and further more I will not be returning. As the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover.

Terrible company. I brought a vehicle in to their service department to get an inspection prior to me purchasing a vehicle. They charged me $186.00 which I didnt find out later that most places including the Mercedes dealership only charges $125 for the same inspection. BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE. I met the mechanic that did my inspection, and he stated several things were wrong with my vehicle. A laundry listhe stated. Among the issues was a leaking cv joint, transfer case and A LEAKING MOTOR MOUNT!!!!! How do I begin to unpack this? I was very much concerned about the cv joint and transfer case. So concerned that I took it to my mechanic and asked him to put it on the lift. He did and not a drip present. Not from the transfer case or the cv boot. Now I have never owned a Mercedes before and thats why I took it to this dealership. I had never seen any motor mount with liquid in it. But hey maybe..... I asked my mechanic about this and he began laughing historically. Yeah well that was not an issue as well. STICK AROUND FOLKS THERES MORE! After paying my $186 the report I paid for was not present in my paperwork. I had been looking at the mechanics notes and the codes from my vehicle which I had expected to have but was replaced by a carfax report. Highly upset I called the rep I had worked with Donnie and he stated that I was not supposed to receive that paperwork, as its for a report that will be sent directly to Mercedes for internal information on the vehicle. For $186 I received an email report that did not reflect 1/8 of the information stated on the internal report. I had never done business with Aristocrat before, but I would have never expected this type of service. I always had thought of this brand as one of prestige. I wonder how has this business has existed so long after this experience? I then came to a conclusion, maybe my presence was not appropriated at this facility. So, shame on Aristocrat for their business practices and the way they treat minorities that try to patronize that business.

UPDATE:The dealership reached out to me and agreed to pay for half the required service which I am not 100% thrilled with, but I appreciate the gesture. I am updating my review to 4 stars because of the exemplary Customer Service I received from Emily in the Service Department and the experience I had with my Salesperson, Marty, which was also excellent. Im not giving 5 stars because I had to leave a bad review to get anyone in leadership to return my call.********************************************************************I was so excited when I purchased my pre-owned G-Wagon! That excitement has quickly changed to frustration! Within the first week of ownership, the Check Coolant light came on. It took some time to get the car into service and the result was that the car needed a new radiator. The G-Wagon was in for service for a week and half. Within a couple of weeks of getting the car back, the Check Engine light came on. It again took some time to get the car in for Service. Now the G-Wagon that I have owned for barely two months needs $3,000 more in repairs. I paid ALOT of money for this vehicle and this does not seem right. I have left messages with both the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and the Marketing Director and no one will return my call. This is supposed to be a flagship dealership and a flagship Mercedes vehicle, and I am beyond disappointed at the lack of customer service that I have received as well as shocked as it is starting to seem like the G-Wagon is a lemon. Buyer Beware!

Not only does the LR service department wash and hand dry my vehicle after servicing, but they also clean the floor mats and shine the tires. Prices for services are where I expect based on my experience with luxury vehicles. Its still not inexpensive to properly maintain a Range Rover, but what I get back from it in driving joy and capability at off road parks will keep me returning to the dealer. My service advisor Dan Garcia was the same advisor to the previous owner and was highly recommended during the personal sale. Im not disappointed at all.

Plus where else can you park in Kansas City to see the only vehicles you have always really wanted to drive / own?IMPORTANT NOTICE:Remember these people work 10-12 days typically 6 days a week, give them a gift when you buy a car or give them a break when negotiating. You do not get to see everything they have to do to get your paperwork, trade-ins bid, new cars ready and still keep you comfortable.Write the good reviews! These people give up their Holidays for you to come in and just look at cars or call from the lake asking what the tire pressure indicator means because you ran over a nail at your lake house. These sales person working 12 hour days. The managers you met that probably have spent more than 15 hours with their families that week and the service team that is there before the sun comes up.

This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. We aren’t really the types who may look like we are the typical Porsche customer yet they were quick to greet us and were not pushy in the slightest. Bill Wilkerson, our sales rep, was very informative, honest, and helpful in the decision making process. I wasn’t sure how we might be treated, yet everyone was amazing. We had a tight deadline to meet to get the car we wanted shipped in and they went above and beyond to get it to us on time. They also made a very timely repair the car needed; Rodney Parker was fantastic there too! Calling this an extremely responsive team would be an understatement. Grade A customer service for Grade A cars. We will be back again!

Tony and the rest of the Aristocrat team know how to treat their customers. We were in/out of there in just 30min: trading in existing Porsche and buying a newer model. I am very satisfy with the price I got for my car, and for my sales man Tony. But I am not happy with the detailing crew. I hope you know that if it was a luxurious car I bought y’all would of been scraping the whole car clean. But it’s because I bought a Toyota from yall. I was going to let it go and not write anything but still upset that I have to find another detail worker to clean my car. They basically wiped it down so it looked like it was clean. I remember walking out with my keys and they all were chilling by a table. Because they didn’t work that hard. My fault I admit for not telling them I’ll pick up the car the next day.But if your going to have a car up for sale please clean it.

Run, dont walk, to this dealership and my salesperson, Cheryl Law, if youre in the market for a luxury car--and luxury experience!! I negotiated a deal with Cheryl by phone from my home in CA, flew to KC for the summer--and Cheryl picked me up at the airport after working hours and delivered me to the dealership and my new car to finalize the deal. Customer service may be dead in some sectors, but not at this dealership with this salesperson! I went back a few days later so that Cheryl could familiarize me with the cars technology, and I still smile every time I get behind the wheel of my new Macan. Bravo Aristocrat--and bravo Cheryl!!

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from Aristocrats on 04/25. on May 17th I reached out because my car would shake when I came to a stop. I was told bring it in I advised them the rotors may have been bad also that I had some squeaking. I manager drove it and seen the issues i was having and we made an appt to bring it in the next week to fix. When I took it to service, the gentleman I was told to ask for was on vacation so A very nice but annoyed Service guy by the name of Matt took care of me but the frustration from the used sales team didnt go unnoticed. I Matt Had my car fix by 345 that same day. I drove it home and parked it, seem to be fine but when I pulled it out the garage the next day, it was still squeaking. I immediately text Matt, he told me it was probably my back breaks. ( if you are attending to the front why not the back also) told me to reach out to my sales person and they would get me taken care of. Well I did, it was a Wednesday. Never heard back from him after he told me he would call me back, I didnt want to rush so I gave him til Monday and I messaged him to not forget me, he responded and said he didnt forget me but his manager said there was nothing else they could do for me!!!! WHAT! Do you know how embarrassing it is to be driving a new Mercedes with a 60 day tag and the car is squeaking, I asked for the managers email address, that made this decision not to help I have emailed him twice with no response, I have also called and left him a message . Today is 06/17 and still no-one has called. I spoke to Matt in service and asked him if I was to fix my breaks out of my own pocket what would it cost me....he said 450 if the just turn them and spray something on them or 900 to replace. This is unfair and Unacceptable. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Unless you are on the New car side, they could careless about you....My breaks are still squeaking and I am very unhappy. I rather give the car back and find another

I have had multiple bad experiences until YESTERDAY! The last two representatives that I went to talked rudely to me, wouldn’t acknowledge coupons and didn’t wash my car stating that I didn’t “qualify” for that service! I went to Chase yesterday and he treated me with complete respect and without even telling him he made sure my car was washed and even allowed me to come in earlier! Thank you Chase for being a outstanding human being and giving me the A+ service! I will come back for Chase alone!

Purchased a hard to find 2017 Camaro 2SS with less than 10k miles.From first phone call to out the door, our purchasing experience was fantastic. The car was priced appropriately (for those well informed) saving me time from negotiation hassle.Russ was great, and very knowledgeable, especially about the unique modifications to the car... which was quite refreshing. He also made special arrangements for our 3 hour drive to the dealership.Car is exactly as described... And then some :)Thanks Russ!!! The car will be well loved and taken care of. Nobody looks forward to car repairs or the bill that follow. But let me tell you that the attention to customer service is exactly what I hoped it would be. Im always SATISFIED with the work performed on my car to the care taken by the staff. I have yet to experience anything negative. I really appreciate the other convenience amenities like the complimentary Snacks, Coffee, and Soft Drinks to the lunch available by request, the three luxurious customer lounges, shuttle service or the loaner vehicles available it confirms for me that my choice to do business with Aristocrat Motors was a GREAT CHOICE!!!.

Ive been going to Aristocrat Motors to get my Mercedes-Benz Sedan Engine fixed by the Mechanic for 3 years now and they do great work on my Diesel engine with more than 219,000 miles on my engine.As is typical for all of my reviews, I didnt take any photos of this Store when Ive been there 3 mornings, however I really recommend that everyone try to shop there for a new vehicle in the future.
