I purchased a Nissan certified 2015 Nissan Rogue from Hendrick Nissan in 2017. They have since migrated to Elevated. I took my car in to both Hendrick and Nissan for the same problems that no one can seem to fix. When it rains my car gets water on the front driver side floor board. After about my 3rd visit I did find that I was missing the drivers side cowl that is supposed to block water from getting into the car. But again, that was nothing THEY found. It did not fix the problem. Just slowed down the amount of water getting into the car. They cant figure out what the problem is. My A/C has also been in for service a few times because it blows cool (not cold) and then blows warm. I have also seen it switch the way the air is being blown into the cabin. They changed my cabin air filter and charged the A/C. It blew cold for about a week. Now its back to blowing warm. I purchased an extended warranty when I got the car, but it seems to be no good. No one has answers. I keep being charged to bring it in and Im not getting any fixes. At this point I feel my a/c compressor is probably going out and they dont want to replace it. There are no leaks, Ive been told. I wouldnt care if it were a piece of junk car, but I paid for a certified vehicle and have had nothing but problems.

They understood it was my first car that would be brand new and cost a lot more than my previous. (first girl girl car if you will) and that that came with limitations. They made it happen for me!! And today i got the most beautiful flowers from them, so kind! I LOVE my new nissan kicks!

Last oil change the oil filter was not tight so it leaked oil until I crawled under and tightened it. This trip the air filter cage was not put on correctly so there was a loud rattle from under the hood. I replaced the air filter as well while I was fixing the issue as it was black as night. The facility is great and the service reps are freindly and courteous. The attention to detail in the shop is lacking. Paying $89 for an oil change Id expect the basics to be flawless.

I brought my 2015 Nissan Murano in for a routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. Mr. Douglas met me almost as soon as I exited my car and already new who I was and why I was there, no explanations necessary. As my car was being serviced, he came into the waiting area to give me an estimate of the charges with an outline of the services performed. He said the car would be ready shortly. The car was ready about 20 minutes later. I went into his office where he explained the benefits of purchasing a multi-oil change package, of which I did so. I paid for the services rendered and departed in a freshly washed car. Mr. Douglas was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. I was very pleased with my visit to Elevated Nissan.

Preston the service advisor saved our vacation. We were having trouble with the trailer plug and he said we could come right away. I drove there with the trailer. When we got there we disconnected the trailer and they began working on it right away getting us out of there in about three hours. Preston’s calm and accommodating attitude really helped keep us all relaxed while the issue with the truck was taken care of. I for sure will be taking my truck to you for all my service and maintenance needs

Bought a 2019 Nissan Armada and had the best experience at Infiniti of KC. Called ahead and made an appointment to see a specific car. When I got there the car was parked at the front and Randy Robinson was waiting for me at the door. He showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. (Car was very clean which hasn’t always been the case with cars I have test driven.) I was impressed with Randy’s overall attitude, personality and willingness to work with me. Felt this way about everybody I dealt with at the dealership. After I said I would purchase the car, it was taken back to have the interior/exterior protection I had purchased put on and cleaned. I arrived at the dealership at 2:00pm and was ready to drive home my new car at 5:00pm. When it was time to go, I didn’t recognize my new car! It looked fantastic! I even started putting my stuff in the wrong car! This was by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Randy was absolutely great to work with. I dont like the typical car sales process. Ramzi read my mind and made the process of upgrading my 13 year old car exceptionally easy! I wasnt happy with their trade-in offer, so he took that off and quickly re-printed the offer. I signed paperwork and the whole process took less than an hour. Infiniti fan for life here.
