I bought my car, vw cc sport first car, from flavio at first very nice man and generous. When I first saw it he said he needed to “fix up” a few things (timing chain and a few other things). After he had “fixed” these “issues”I drove my car home and the next day I had oil sitting under my car starting to puddle. But this was after my check engine light kept coming on for a intake manifold issue that doesn’t seem to exist on my car as of flavios knowledge when he replaced it. So now after all of this I ask him to check it out for me when he has time. I’ve left voicemails, and texts, now I’m blocked (to my knowledge) as a contact and he will not respond. Seeing and experiencing his customer service and how unprofessional it is makes me really question his assurance and integrity of his “business”.

Well! my experience with this dealership is quite long. Almost one year ago I was looking for a car for my friend and I came up with a 2010 Volkswagen on internet with Quattro Motors. This dealership was the first one we visited and we really loved the car as well as the service. After few months of the purchase the car got some problem. Even though the car was in Omaha, this guy sent parts to us so that we can get it fixed. I believe it is not usual to get this kind of service anywhere else.Being a car geek! I have been visiting this dealership many times to see what cars he has. He always had awesome European cars in lot which always drove me crazy. From Volkswagens/ Minis to the AMGs/ Ms, you would not only see all of these cars there but also you would find quality service over all of these premium brands. I myself bought VW(my first car) from him and the car is just awesome. And I am sooner going to buy some performance car from him.I would say, when it comes to buying a used car, it is not about what deal you get, it is more about how you get treated when your used car run into the problem.Flavio is a car guy by passion and you will always find great cars as well as great service there.

Great place to buy a used car. I dont typically buy used cars, but Flavio had exactly what I had been looking for. Honest, keeps his word, nice cars. I bought a single owner MINI from Flavio. He let me see and drive the car before they had a chance to clean it up and make repairs, it needed some work when they got it, as all used cars do. Most places wont let you see a car in the shape they receive it. They want to hide that condition from you. I say that because that is not the case with Flavio at Quattro. Flavio is open and up-front through the entire process. He wants you to know what youre getting and has a true passion for cars. Horrible I called and the owner kept quizzing me when I asked about repairing my Volkswagen asked me what color it was and I asked why does that matter I’ve never been there before and he said it does matter and then we got disconnected so I called back and he answered the phone with I’m not going to help you find another repair shop very weird I have never been there before ever never called so obviously he has me confused with someone else but makes you wonder what kind of business he is running that he screens his cars like that obviously he is hiding from someone he has done wrong!

When you meet the owner youll find him to be energetic, positive, understanding, smart, and patient. Take all the old used car dealership worries and chuck em out the window on your drive up.I was shopping for a used car a few months back and this dealer had one I was interested in. That car didnt end up being the one, but Flavio called me about a week later saying he was getting one in he thought I would really like. I took a look and he was right, it was basically perfect for my budget/wants. There were a few small issues I pointed out that he took care of right away. He gave me a fair price I was happy with.Their warranty is above average for the industry. Although I will say after shopping for a used car I was shocked at how limited the average warranties are. We all have that fear of the dreaded check engine light after about 1 month of driving a used car, right when the warranty expires. Well thats basically what happened to me. Ugh. Check engine light after a few weeks. Called up Flavio and he said bring it in. They have a full service shop in house. Thankfully the issue ended up being pretty minor, but it did need a bit of work. Flavio fixed it for me for basically his cost, and no labor. On the way out the door he reminded me to get the oil changed before too long. Ill be going there to do it, of course. As well as all my other future repairs.It was quite a relief to find a used car dealer that I feel I can trust to be honest and fair. If you are buying a used car and you are shopping around like you should be, put this one on your list to check out.

From my first interaction with the owner(Flavio), it was the most pleasurable car buying process I have ever had. He has a great selection of quality cars and absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers. For example, the car I purchased(2012 VW CC) developed an oil leak weeks after I bought it, I notified the owner, and his staff found and fixed the leak at absolutely $0 charge. I even offered to pay, and he would not take it. No kidding. He always responds quickly to any requests. Go take a look and meet Flavio. I promise this will be a great experience. Flavio was amazing to work with!! My fiance and I live in Colorado, but seen a car online through their site that really caught our eye. Being so far away, we were hesitant to pursue in getting the car as most people are not true to their word. I know people say this a lot, but I would give more stars if I could. I bought my new car from Stuttgart Motorsports in September. Everything was perfect for a week but I then noticed an issue with the car. Flavio (the owner) picked up the phone the first time I called and we got a plan in place to get the issue resolved. Not only did he loan me a vehicle for a day so the problem could be fixed, he and his staff were very apologetic and accommodating! Fast forward a month and a half and I was struggling to register my vehicle in Missouri (I had moved from Kansas since the purchase); even though this was not Stuttgart Motorsports problem, Flavios advice helped me to navigate the terribly confusing and frustrating experience.
