I am not a car person and the idea of buying a car stresses me out so when I say I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new (used) car from Hendrick Lexus, I mean it. I worked with Brandon Burton, Sam and Shayla to finish the deal but there wasnt a single employee that passed by without asking if I wanted something to eat or drink or anything they could do to help. You immediately get this sense that they are a cohesive team working together to take care of you. I think so many people dont enjoy the car buying process because they feel like theyre just getting pushed to buy something. But at Hendrick Lexus my experience with Brandon was like having a personal shopper who listened to what I needed and wanted and gave me all the options and information to help me make an informed decision. No pressure! I was able to test drive a couple vehicles and found just what I needed. I was able to tell them what I could afford and they didnt push me into something I didnt need. Usually the worst part about buying a car is sitting in the finance room signing papers and dealing with the logistics ... shocker, it was painless. I worked with Shayla and she was friendly, professional and organized and made that process a breeze. I traded in my vehicle and they gave me a great price on it and I drove off with a car that I am so thrilled about and I have peace knowing its the perfect car for me. Cheeto, Mo, Josh, Jeff were amazing,this was our favorite experience buying a RX350 my favorite color is red and beautiful interior camel color! We were treated like family we were given awesome memories like the Lexus hat and cups and a beautiful goody bag! They also have a yummy snack bar and drinks! And most of all they had a absolutely beautiful red bow on my beautiful red Lexus and took pictures of my beautiful family! Plus we got a tour of the dealership it was spot less and huge very nice! This will be our only place to buy a Lexus,it was a wonderful and exciting day, thanks so much you were all so happy and helpful and you spoiled us !
Everyone that has a Lexus knows that they always have great service and they always get you taken care of. I have worked with Becky Voyles a number of times and she does an outstanding job from start to finish. She is great at communicating what needs to be done and is very organized and accommodating. Everyone is great at Lexus but Becky is absolutely one of the best!!! During a time with limited inventory, Antonio helped us look at multiple options, worked with his team, behind the scenes and found us the perfect car, all in 1 day. That is not the norm these days, but he made it happen. Joshua helped us on the Finance side and Dr T brought it home, by helping us understand how to operate all of the new functions on the RX 350. I wasn’t planning to buy a car this soon. While I was waiting for my oil change at Lexus, I decided to go for a test drive. I’m glad I did and end up with ES300h luxury 2021. The car is extremely good looking in person, happy with atomic silver/flaxen interior. Thanks to my sale person John Nguyen, he is awesome!

Kudos to The best repair service experience ever! Ramon (service consultant) was sincerely caring customer start to finish line.To begin with, I was upset to find out my certified Lexus RX350 didnt have a wheel lock key when I called roadside assistance for flat tire issue. Thats about it for sad part.Everything else went well fantastic. They called me back 1st thing in d morning and arranged service. I was able to take advantage of using one of 4 FREE scheduled service.The most impressed part was real technician uploaded short video footage to over service detail on top of text msg update. I am extremely satisfied quality of maintenance service and staffs. Thank you.

My husband took his Lexus in for detailing and an overall check up. I took my F150 in for detailing the following week. The service department is top notch. Greeted by friendly check-in people, the waiting area inside is awesome and they don’t miss a thing when it comes to hospitality. Plus, fun to look at the cars for sale. Our cars look brand new and as an added touch, they change the battery in your key fob!!! We have bought a couple of cars through them as well and each experience was great! How customer service should be.

Everything at Lexus service is designed for customer convenience. From the ease of getting a loaner car, to the expertise of the staff and the transparency of service. I even got a video of my car inspection! Willie went above and beyond in making my experience go smoothly. He went to help with getting my car washed so I could get on my way as quickly as possible! On a scale of one to five, Id give him a 10.
This is my first experience with Lexus and I bought a used Lexus 350 RX from Hendricks dealership. My salesperson Noor was responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable and not pushy. My experience at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City was stellar. I worked with Terrance, an affable sales rep. who picked me up from the airport and walked me through the entire sales process. Before I arrived at the dealership, Terrance took and shared pictures of the vehicle and made himself available for any questions I had.Brandon was one of the managers at the dealership that constantly checked-in to ensure that everything was progressing without issues. He stepped in on a couple occasions to help clear things up.Asma in finance handled the financing and sold me an additional warranty package. I had a very pleasant experience when I took my pre-owned Lexus RX 350 (recently purchased at Superior Lexus in Merriam) in for its 120,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Never having owned such a nice vehicle, and never having been to a Lexus dealership for service, I was not looking forward to what I expecteId would be an expensive visit. Well I was told updating navigation would be around 150.00 but it cost 291.00..no explanation. The guy that was supposed to check my car in I never saw hime cause he was too busy. I was waited on by a nice guy named Nick. other guy was they guy that checked me out upon pick up and did not really tell me why it was 291.00.mechanics were awesome tho..thorough, texted me visual report etc. so it was what it was

Last week, we purchased our third vehicle from Hendricks Lexus in Merriam. While we have had favorable experiences with each purchase, our most recent experience, thanks to the assistance of Mike Hamsic, was absolutely exceptional.From the moment we met Mike, we knew we were in good hands. He is polite, knowledgeable and LISTENED more than he talked (sold). Mike took time to identify our priorities/preferences and used that information to find vehicles that aligned with our needs/expectations. At all times, Mike treated us with respect and went well out of his way to accommodate us. We test drove a number of different vehicles, pulled Mike in and out of 98+ degree heat and peppered him with a nearly endless list of questions. Mike shared his personal mobile number with us and followed up each evening with detailed information.Perhaps most significant, Mike understood the level of investment this purchase represented for us and he respected our need to walk through every step of the process in great detail. At a time when so many businesses (especially sales) have lost sight of the value of true customer service, it was incredibly refreshing to see the emphasis Mike places on customer care. Now, more than a week after our purchase, Mike continues to engage with us as we get settled in our new vehicle. He continues to make himself available and models the concept of service beyond the sale. Daniel, Asma and Tom took an excellent care of us from showing the car, processing documents and delivering the car. Highly recommended dealership in KC! My boyfriend’s family and friends have been buying 4 cars from them so far. We have been taken good care of and guided through our new cars carefully.However, there was the only finance guy - I think his name is Antonio, being rude to us at the very end of our documents setting up process. As Asma has explained everything out and he was called over to check our documents, he showed us a bad attitude as soon as we said No to those extra packages (?!). We buy a car and we have our choice to add the package or not, and even when we said No, he literally has no right to show any attitude because he couldn’t make his sale or whatsoever. He also talked to us really rude after we said No!Overall, everything is great so far! We’d recommend them to whoever wants to buy nice cars with good deals!

Recently purchased a used trade in from Hendricks. Not a huge sale for them in any way and not a model/type of car they would normally sell. This was for our sons first car and we found a great deal here. I did not expect the level of customer support we received during this transaction. From the moment we reached out to Hendricks for info we were treated the same way a new Lexus buyer would be treated. From the quick call back, to the friendly service every step of the way I was impressed. They even presented the car to my son with a bow and everything! Took my RX450H in for its first 5,000 mile maintenance and was very pleased with the way Craig Rossman received us and went through the details of my maintenance appointment. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my car in and done in a very short time. Also had Doctor Tom help us with some technical issues we had with the on board navigation and he helped me get it set up and show me some stuff that I didn’t even know the car was capable of doing. Great service.
They advertised a very reasonable price for a car that I was interested in. When I contacted them I expressed interest in moving forward with the purchase. When I received a final quote, I observed about $1,500 in additional fees like dealer fees, Nitrogen in tires, window tinting, door edge guards and door handle cups.Bait and Switch.Buyer beware.
I had a tire with a nail in it which resulted in a slow leak from that tire. I had purchased the tire only six months ago from this dealership. I called to schedule the service and was very happy to find out that it could be done the same day. During that same visit I was able to get my scheduled maintenance completed. And fortunately I was also able to get credit for road hazard on the Tires so the new tire only cost me $25. This was an advantage of having purchased the tires at the dealership. As always the service was clearly stated and there were no surprises. A new interesting twist was that the actual service employee sent me an email with a video attached that showed exactly what he was going to do as well as the nail in the tire once he had it up on the left.

We wrote a check for the full amount on a vehicle for our out of town daughter at 1pm on a Thursday. The sales manager assured us the paperwork would be overnighted to our daughter. We had an extremely frustrating week of calls to check on the status . The salesman would answer occasionally and simply tell us what we wanted to hear. Once I actually spoke to a finance manager who assured me it would be sent. The following Thursday we were finally told the car was ready to pick up.
No Star if was an option, had very bad experience with sales rep and sales manager they are not to be trusted. Lied about my rate. Take your business to Hendrick Lexus Kansas City MO better people and their admin fees is $300 less.

I could not be more pleased with my Lexus 350RX or with the professional and polite service provided to me by Peter Clark. It had been 14 years when I last purchased a vehicle and I was not familiar with Lexus. Peter listened to me and informed me of all the wonderful features of the car. I was not pressured to buy and never felt rushed. He is very knowledgeable of all the features of the car, the ordering process and answered all of my questions. I used to hate car buying, but this was an exceptionally pleasant experience. All of the staff were wonderful.
Friendly service manager but I was told I needed two new tires. I took the car to a tire store and was told the tires were fine and did not need to be changed for 5,000-10,000 more miles! Disappointed in the recommendation and believe it was made due to the Hendrick’s sale on new tires this month.

Nate was excellent and a joy to work with. The finance and paperwork experience was not as impressive. Took over a week to get a check cut and the title for the vehicle. Not a Lexus experience I have grown to appreciate over the years. That process needs to be reviewed/improved immediately.
We had such an incredible experience here. I have tried to stay away from car dealerships in the past when needing a new vehicle due to being treated poorly or feeling pushed into making a purchase. This dealership was so different! We got an awesome deal on a used car and Alexai + Mo helped us every step of the way. We came into the dealership shortly before they closed, but they didn’t rush us into making a decision either way. An incredible team there at Hendrick Lexus. I am an out of state client of theirs now that bought a used vehicle I had been looking to acquire. Kevin Leister was who helped put everything together and make sure the vehicle was as pristine condition as it was advertised. I have bought many cars through the years from different places, but wow, this place has set a new bar in how a client should be treated and respected through a vehicle purchase. I want to thank their leadership team Sam and Terry who were very courteous with this purchase, to Jessica Smith who assisted Kevin at the time of delivery, and can not forget about Anthony Jacobo who was very professional as a financier, showed integrity, and was very transparent through the process. Very professional team, met with a salesman named John Nguyen. My first plan was to just sell my truck because he promised to pay top dollar on my vehicle, in turn they paid even more for my truck if i made a trade with a discount off the new car. Again, very professional, very patient and very informative. Ive worked with other dealerships i know and understand how business here works but nothing compared to how professional yet honesty built with-in a customer to salesman relationship. My wife and I went in, knew what we wanted, told Mike Rodriguez, he got to work on our numbers, let us test drive, we came back and started signing papers, that simple. I didnt expect to find my next vehicle at a Lexus dealership but it was a Great experience. Starting with Jessica: Most upbeat personality and a very friendly person who really went above and beyond like a friend. Asma and Antonio, even with computer issues, kept me in conversation while they fixed those and made me feel like a friend during that too. When I came back the day after getting the keys, Guin was prepared for my visit when Brendan recognized me from the night before trying to figure out if the lights were in auto (LOL) and was able to get the picture with me and the Big Red Bow 🎀. What a wonderful experience buying a Jeep at a Lexus dealership. BIG SHOUT OUT to Jessica, Asma, and Brendan during the process as it was like friends taking care of me! Thank you.

This is my sixth Lexus from Hendricks. They are an outstanding dealer with an excellent service department. I recently bought a used Lexus 350 RX and it was the first time I’d bought a used car from there. Noor was great. Easy to work with, knowlegable and not pushy. The two Josh’s who helped with financing were also great. Again, the first time I had financed with Lexus. Highly recommend this dealership.
My experience at Hendrick was exceptional. The topper on the cake was Mr. Antonio Calloway. He was pleasant and made me feel comfortable with the process and pricing of getting my car serviced and repaired. My car went in used with a few dents and dings and came out looking like new money! I appreciate the expertise but, even more the customer experience. I would definitely return and recommend them to anyone who wants to get their monies worth!

Ramon quickly entered me the system and got me a loaner vehicle. Ryan Dutro was my technician and I can always count on him for excellent service. Ryan also provided me with a video showing all the details of my service. Ramon provided me with a new battery for my remote keys and a battery for my spare at home. The car was washed and wiped down. Awesome!
Went into Hendrick Lexus KC a few weeks ago looking at the RX. Worked with Mo who was kind and patient. Found a pre-owned, certified RX with all of the options we wanted. Lexus let us take the car for 24 hours, which definitely helped seal the deal. Negotiated on our Toyota Sienna trade-in and the price of the car. Completely painless and such a simple process. Would highly recommend this dealership (who I already utilize to get my ES Hybrid serviced) and Mo as your salesperson.
