These people have a history of not registering the vehicle to save money on taxes. If you decide to buy be sure you tag your vehicle before it expires because they will give you the run around. Also, if noted about all these reviews its not real people. They all talk about one person, Joe they have more salespeople besides him. They have more stars on their rating than they should.

Came into Star Motors looking for a car in a specific price range. Worked with Marco, who went out of his way to help me without the pressure. He didnt try to oversell, and really listened to what I was looking for. I had a great experience and would recommend Star Motors to anyone looking for a car who want a good selection to choose from in a friendly environment with no pressure.

Do not ever shop for cars here! They may act like you are getting you a good deal. But they arent. They will screw you over! They used to be at 53rd and Broadway as Wallys Auto Sales. The owner is very rude. I dont think that he is a good business type person. As soon as you drive off the lot dont expect them to fix anything if there is anything wrong with the vehicle you purchase. They promised me with a new tire when i purchased my vehicle and then they moved their business and changed their phone number. So i had to go and buy a new tire so i could have a decent spare tire.VERY DISSATISFIED!

They sold me a car that broke down on me within minutes! Marco was so nice to see if I exchange it for another one! He never made me uncomfortable which I loved! The owner of the place was so rude! He started yelling at my friend for no reason!If you decided to go buy a car then go with a guy named Marco! He will make you feel so comfortable!

I bought a car from here and had it in their shop more in the first two weeks than i ever drove it. Eventually we decided they couldnt get the problems fixed and asked them to take the vehicle back and return the money I paid the lender they told me they could not take it back and to not bring it back for repairs. So i took it to a competent mechanic and spent a lot of money paying for repairs star motors had supposedly fixed. I get it out of the shop and drive thirty miles out of Wichita and the transmission goes out. This is after less than a month of owning the car. This place likes to take advantage of customers and is extremely unprofessional in dealing with customers. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they will be honest with you.

Salesman very pushy, trying to get us to buy now, when we told him several times that we were just looking. The dealership did have a good selection of vehicles that we may have considered buying if the salesman was not so pushy. We will not be going back to this dealership.

Always a variety of new cars on the lot. Ive met the manager and he let me test drive a car and take it out for an hour or two. Decent place for sure.

I bought a 2011 Tahoe from Star Motors. My credit wasnt that good at all but they financed me with only 500 down and apr was very low. I was surprised they could do that. I recommend Star Motors to everyone.

My neice bought a car yesterday. She didnt get home and it broke down. They wanted to charge for repairs. Had to pay for towing and then took that out of her refund. She is 17 and this was her college car.

People please dont purchase from this company. They will sell you a piece of crap. I will let it be known and take this to the news. How does a person purchase a car and the key doesnt work, water leaks inside and breaks down and get two flats. Something is not right. Then they say they wont give me my hard earned money and the guy was very rude after I told him the situation. Please people do not buy.

They lied to me from the very beginning about the car I was buying. They tried to blame me for issues the car was having the very next day. The car continued having issues and the 3rd time I took it to them to fix they had it for over 1 month. It has been a living hell dealing with these people . I do not want anyone else to go through this. Please take your money somewhere else, unless you want to be making payments on a car that you dont even have .

The car I got from Star Motors was so great. Good condition, good price, good warranty and the financing was unbelievable.

Couldnt test drive car, guy made us feel like we werent going to get approve therefore, why let us drive.... My question is why run our credit first? If the only car we are interested in drives super crappy, then we arent going to get it and then you have ran our credit for nothing.... That adds up and takes points off our credit score, my hubbys score is higher then most. The only reason we came was because we kept hearing the ad on the radio, and I saw a car I liked.

I went here today to get information about a vehicle and the guy who helped me treated me so badly I left crying. When I enquirer about the vehicle they never offered a test drive and I was told that I could not get one of the cars I wanted and I would have to pick from the cars he offered me. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. My daughter was preapproved for a vehicle here and she will not be coming in to get a car either. Never in my life had I been talked to like this and I have worked in customer service for over 30 years.

I am writing this review as a heads up, so that no other family goes through what mine went through. I bought a car from Wallys Auto Sales. The car had problems within 24 hours. Wally convinced me that he would take care of it, but in reality what he was doing was making sure I was past the time to return it. His own shop worked on the transmission three times in the first 3 months. The car often didnt make it home from the repairs. Sometimes the car broke down within a mile of Wallys car lot. Vince Taylor and Wally were horrible to my family. I have voicemails from Wallys telling me the only way to resolve this would be to lie to my warranty company about the date the car broke down so they would pay for it because Wally would not, even though I had a warranty that covered it. In a year and a half the car only ran 45 days. Wally would sometimes give us a loaner, but not always, and this was a huge burden on my family financially. Wally asked me to lie to the warranty company again about 5 months ago because he still had not gotten the car running, and when he tried to file a claim with the warranty company they said the car had not been driven between repairs, there were not enough hours. He wanted me to call and tell them that I dont use the car, but the reality was that he had never fixed it so it wouldnt run. Wally gave us another loaner and took the car somewhere to be repaired. Suddenly he called us and said he had to have the loaner back because all his cars were being repod and the bank was taking cars because he was filing bankruptcy. We took the loaner car back and a lot attendent at Wallys told us that Wally was having him take the cars to a new lot. We asked Wally if we can have our car back and he said he was out of it now and that we would have to take it up with the company he gave our car to, future transmissions. Wally said he was leaving the country because so many people were upset with him and he had lost his business. When we went to pick up our car it wasnt ready and they took another 3 weeks to return it to us. Wally had taken his loaner so we had no car. Finally Future Transmission repaired the car and made us pay hundreds of dollars to pick it up. Wally had told us that he would cover it because the car had not ran the entire time since purchase for the same issue. Wally lied to us and it hurt us financially. Wally didnt leave the country, he now works at Star Motors. My husband and I suspected Wally just opened a new lot and we posted a review, Wallys lawyer contacted us and asked us to remove the negative review or Stay Motors will sue me. They said wally is not an owner only an employee. I have not bought at Star Motors and I would recommend you dont either. Wally and Vince from Wallys work at Star Motors and I wouldnt suggest working with them to my worst enemy. A company is only as strong as its employees and the people that work at wallys are shady liars that are now working at Star Motors. I have a legal right to post my experiences with Wally and to warn people that he is working here. Welcome to the freedom of speech, boys.

Its been a month and they still have not paid off my trade-in. When I call they always give an excuse or they claim to have paid the loan off, yet when I talk with Ford (who I financed through) they have not received anything. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

My brother had bought a car here a couple months back and they told him he was getting his moneys worth. The car began having issues and tried blaming him. They took the car in for repairs and told him everything was fixed. It still continues having the same issue, avoid the headache and problems simply by staying away from this place.

So we were approved by the bank, paid $1000 deposit, and then all of a sudden we arent approved and they take the vehicle back and didnt return our deposit!

Walked around the lot and the 3 salesman standing outside smoking never acknowledged us. Went there twice and never got any help. Will never go back. Dont recommend.

Stay away from this place if you are purchasing a vihicle it is owned and operated by people that are deceptive in business practices and will out and bout lie about the vehicles for sale they was fined by attorney for other reasons also You can check it out on news on google about this terrible car dealer

Told us a car was salvage title because of hail and insisted on it. We looked up the car fax and it had been in 2 wrecks. Very rude and would not trust them.
