I highly recommend this place. AJ was very helpful with the whole process. He came out right away and answered all the questions we had. Everyone was very nice. Reasonable prices.

I have been with this place for almost 2 years now. I started with Mario and he was amazing. This time I went to trade in my car that I got Feb 2017 with Mario. I was introduced and worked with Russ and Cody. These two men are wonderful. I was able to have my previous car paid off, minimal down payment, and in a new car within a few days. They went above and beyond with having the car looked over with a fine tooth comb by their mechanics, which gave me the green light as aokay.... I am very pleased with the ladies in the office as well.... This is a great place and if you are looking for great service, friendly staff and people that care about you, your family, and being happy in the right car for you. My 4 year old was entertained by staff and she was so happy on the way home in our new car she called her aunt to let her know we were on our way in our new car. Seem friendly at first. Loved my experience. So I thought. Until my car started breaking down, it has been one thing after another. That is when I found out how ignorant they are. They offer to fix it for a fee that will tack onto your loan. Thats cool! But two more things broke down on the truck and I racked up a nice loan with them. Its worth a lot more than this car. Its a lemon in every way. I have contacted a lawyer in regards to this place and they are very familiar with them. I will be giving this vehicle back and pursue taking them to court so it doesnt mess up my credit. BTW SUPER CAR GUYS got me into a car in one day, less than 60,000 miles and cheaper payments than these lemons were offering for an auction vehicle.

Cody is the best, he helped us get into a vehicle with no problems, very affordable, and the day before my birthday.. I am very pleased with the outcome. Russ is also a nice guy we were having problems with insurance he made a call and boom just like that were in a car and insured to drive off today with it.

Spent our TAX money last year on a down payment for a vehicle that we intended on keeping and paying off completely. It is exactly what we were looking for. Our Engine blew in less than 6 months of ownership. Joe the manager that sold us the car was fired for being crooked. He is the one that had our Check Engine light just turned off instead of checked and fixed within the first 30 days of the warranty they gave us. That is when Ryan Eck stepped in and made a deal to replace our engine for FREE as long as we send referrals. It was a great deal!! HE WAS FIRED!! Now we are dealing with Nigel who is trying to blackmail us into signing an agreement to pay for half the engine. That was never the deal, but since Ryan is gone our deal is void. We have had the new engine for over 3 months. None of this is fair, right or moral. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING PRICED RIGHT!!!

Warning signs of a Used Car Place that doesnt care:1. The front office looks like they hate their job & they dress unprofessionally. Always checking their makeup and phone.2. Everyone seems to have an attitude of I just dont care to be here3. The manager operating the two places is fired with a huge mess left for the rest to clean up, who are clearly over it.4. Every vehicle is way overly priced at the mileage sitting on it.5. Out of all the reviews out there, they really speak for themselves.STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. YOU WILL END UP FACING ISSUES WITH THEM ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. THE REVIEWS AND COMMENTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have been trying to contact them for a week to get the fax or email where I can send my insurance information. 3 attempts later, and still no response. Yet when I contacted them about buying the car to begin with, my reply was almost immediate...A little miffed given that their purchase contract states you have to keep your insurance info with them current, and they were very adamant about driving that point home with an implied, or else, attached.Maybe keep the info to DO that readily available for people who work third and cant spend all day hounding them for it?

We were very excited about our vehicle purchase today, I called to let them know we were on our way with our down payment because the paperwork was already completed just for them to tell me the vehicle we were purchasing just sold. Very frustrating, had spoken to the insurance company and had it all set ready to go. Other than that itnwas a very smooth process we never really got to deal with the original salesman from the beginning though.

I had a great experience. I got an awesome deal on my car. They were super friendly and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. I have not had any issues with it. Its a great car!

Typical Used Car Place. Take your cash when they see it, sell you a crappy vehicle in working condition then conveniently it starts to brake down after the 30 day warranty only to find out they coated the problems long enough to stay clear of them having to do any repairs on their dime. One of their managers was fired. George happens to be very unprofessional and argumentative while the front desk clearly hates being there everyday and it shows. Seems like the place is falling apart or already has and no one can seem to keep their head above water around there. Beware of unorganized places like this.

Had my first real bad experience called several days before payment was due because someone backed into my back door. I had time to take in my vehicle to repair and even though everything going to be paid other drivers insurance I had to put a deposit on rental. I knew I was close and asked if could delay payment from tuesday to Thursday because knew was close in my bank account. The lady in office when I called said no issue. Will tuesday came and the payment was taken out putting negative in my account. Called they said oops sorry will return it and should see it in 2 to 3 days. Will 3 days past and they have taken both payments and no return of first payment. My account is almost empty and only one day past payday with long time to go.

I brought the car back...it kept breaking and nothing was being done about it even in the beging when it still had a warranty. Being honest its not the best place to buy a car and as for what i ended up paying in the payments and the repairs.... i might as well have gone and bought a brand new car at the actual dealership.

Overpriced cars was charged for a dodge Durango 2001 for 8995.00 when only worth 3500.00 was told would get 2000 for my2011 ford focus when looked at paper work gave me 1700 I had bought 4 cars there when rusty eck owned it now owned by guaranteed auto this is first and last car I buy from them what a rip!!

Telling all my clients to avoid this place thought i had a great deal when i gave them my old car that i had for 4 years and got me where i needed most of the time only paid $400 for that 1 i take it to priced right and thought i was getting a great deal trading in my car and financing what looked to be a nice car but 10 grand and 2 years later finding out the car is only worth $0 because the steering problems and dont appreciate the way you have nothing to do with the situation at all but if you take my car my money and give me a car that kills me people i know going to file multiple lawsuits and you already have 1 coming from me as long as im still breathing

Bought a car from them and not even a month after i bought it was having motor problems. I took it back and they wouldnt take it back. Now Im going to be sued by them for a car thats not worth what i payed for..

I went there to see what i wanted to test drive and hopefully buy. When my wife and I needed assistance we waited 20min for a salesman. He finally showed up and when i asked if we could walk and talk about the cars we were interested in he said no because hes helping other customers that didnt bother me so i told him about the cars i had in mind. He spoke to me like i didnt have money. He was so rude he wouldnt let me test drive any vehicles. He put other businesses down while trying to make his business look better. Im not going back.

Mario Cora was the hand down best person to have to get into a vehicle me and my girlfriend got a Suv 2008 Suzuki xl7 and it drive nice and the staff is very nice once we get done paying it off we be back for a another one

These guys are crooks. Bought a Grand Cherokee and found out the front drive shaft was taken off, I assume there are issues with the front drive train they did not want us to know about. The vehicle will need more money put into it than the SUV will ever be worth. STAY AWAY.

Auction vehicles, traditionally are junk. I knew that, bought a truck that ran off the lot. Not long after I had to do water pump, hoses, thermostat ect. because it failed. Next was the sensors, tps, iac, throttle body and intake gaskets. Ok fine. Then the fuel pump. Ok. Then the oil pump. All in 6 months. None covered from the lot. Thousands later, one day, late on 1 payment, one time, they threaten to take it back. When I signed I was told there was a 30 day grace period. Sure you would want it back, because I just fixed everything and its almost payed off. Because you are a backyard, snake in the grass, thieving, typical used car lot. Do not, do not, I repeat DO NOT go here. I waited till the last straw to write this review because I am a fair person. Threatening me is the last straw.

I have bought several cars from them each one died after only owning them for 1 - 2 years. Complained about the major repairs needed and was told these are used cars and are going to break down. The quality sucks you will be better off going somewhere else and buying a car that will last 4-5 years. They will not work with you on anything.
