Just wanted to share my thoughts about my recent purchase at Porsche of Wichita. Hats off to my salesman Alex who I felt did an outstanding job! He was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very impressed with this dealership! Thank-You for making my purchase quick and easy! This location is definitely worth the drive if your coming from out of town!

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised at how Mandi and the other Walser teammates made buying a vehicle easy and straightforward. I live in the Chicago metropolitan area, and after giving the auto dealers here a few failed opportunities to deal honestly, I had to expand my search area. Communicating with Mandi was like taking a breath of fresh air, and she continuously answered all of my many questions and always supplied definitive information with details for me to make an informed decision. Mandi also took extra steps to verify the condition and appearance of my vehicle. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, I had complete confidence. The delivery was fast and seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I think that I should inform the dealerships in the Chicago area of my amazing experience just so that they might step-up and improve. I especially like Walser’s written code of fair dealing and pricing.

Brought my Boxster in for repairs after some unfortunate roadside vandalism. The service staff at Porsche of Wichita took excellent care of the car.Everyone I spoke to was prompt, polite, and professional. I mostly dealt with Katrina, a real all star. She provided excellent communication during the entire process and was always quick to address any questions or concerns.If youre looking to purchase a new vehicle or service your existing one you cant go wrong with Porsche of Wichita. 10/10, will do business with again.

Porsche Wichita was a lifesaver when I had an issue w/ my 82 911 on a cross country road trip. They were very responsive over the weekend & the team was able to swiftly check out the car, including a master tech who can work on vehicles of this vintage. I recently purchased my dream car from Porsche of Wichita. I have been thoroughly impressed with their service during the entire process.Mandi Calderon, the Brand Ambassador, I worked with was great and handled every step of the sales process flawlessly. In addition, she helped with coordinating with an outside service to get the paint protection film (PPF) applied and the car delivered to my home in Colorado.When the car arrived, there were quite a few issues with the PPF installation. I brought these to her attention and we worked on finding the right solution. She arranged for the car to transported back to them at their cost so that the PPF issues could be fully resolved to my satisfaction. Wow! That was not expected, but I am thrilled that they took ownership of the problems and are making it right.In addition, while they were prepping to reinstall the PPF, we confirmed that there was a flaw in the carbon fiber on the hood (I had noticed this when the car was initially delivered and brought it to their attention). It wasnt damage. It was just a small manufacturing defect, but a defect nonetheless. Being that this car is a collectible car, I requested that they propose solutions since this flaw was not noticed nor disclosed during the sales process (I bought the car remotely). Since it was a manufacturing defect, they submitted a warranty claim to Porsche and Porsche came through for me! They are providing a brand new carbon fiber hood. You might be thinking big deal, its just a warranty claim. But, this is an all carbon fiber hood. Based upon my research, this is a $25,000+ limited edition part.I am so proud to be a Porsche owner...they really stand behind their vehicles. I am also thankful that Mandi and Josh Reed (the sales manager) went to bat for me. They did right by me and I am sure they will do right by you too. I highly recommend Porsche of Wichita and the entire Walser family of dealerships.

I had an amazing experience buying my Jeep here! We worked with Alex and he was super friendly and helpful. As a woman, I have had some pretty terrible experiences at dealerships. Here I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. Alex went above and beyond for me. There was a small dent in the door panel that he had fixed and then was gracious enough to deliver the vehicle to my house so I could get to work on time because my boyfriend was laying concrete at the time and couldn’t give me a ride. I highly recommend buying a car here. The customer service was incredible and they are a dealership that treats their customers with respect and integrity.

Had the PPI for my 911 performed here primarily since I was buying the car from out of town. I was buying from a dealer in Kansas and didnt want to lose the car, so I relied on this inspection heavily for my purchase. They not only answered every question I had about my report, but even gave me their personal opinion. This was crucial since I was essentially making them my eyes in the sales process.The car ended up being EXACTLY what they said it was, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Shout out to Edwin fro his great work!

Mandi’s attention to detail & strong customer focus is excellent, and resulted in us buying a vehicle from Walser/out of state rather than working with a dealer close to home. Very positive experience overall, including sending our trade-in to KS.

Edit: They made things right.While the manager that requested that I talk to him as a response to this review never responded, Tyler, the sales person, got me into another car. He tried his best to work around complications, he went above and beyond, and I am now driving a fun machine. Not perfect, but not worth the one star I originally posted. Im pleased to be able to update this.Could not be more disappointed.Found a great used Porsche online. Called on the car, verified that it was available, and put down $2000 to hold the car. I was assured that the salesperson had completed many out-of-state transactions, he would email over the contract and we would wire the rest of the money. We secured our financing a few days later and called for the contract to be told that our car was sold, regardless of the earnest money we put down.What a breach of trust! I have already passed over two additional cars at this dealership due to their lack of honesty. .

Great car buying experience! Ive never bought a car out of state before, and was a little nervous about it. Mandi helped me along the whole process by sending videos and pictures of the car and answering all my questions. She picked us up at the airport when we flew in to test drive it and it was exactly as described. No surprises and a quick and easy process. Next time I will just trust them to ship the car and save myself a 7 hour drive home.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car! Everyone at the store was very nice and professional. Ordered a Cayman a few months ago, and it arrived exactly the way I wanted. They helped go over the thousands of specs and what was important to me when ordering. When it arrived they got all the paperwork done and car cleaned quickly. Let me start by saying, this is my second new Porsche car purchase from Porsche Wichita. The level of professionalism at this dealer is by far the best in the car business. I shopped locally both times only to find that the local dealers are more like the conventional car business, with the back and forth to the manager for approval. A minuscule discount is all too hard to get, and it takes your time. With Walser dealerships you can get an upfront fair price without obligation.I drove 740 miles to save about 13k, I would say that is time well spent. Not to mention they don’t just stuff you in your new car and wave goodbye. Alex, my Porsche professional, spent all of the time I needed to understand the sometimes hard to navigate setup of a new car.Thanks guys for the best new car purchases I have ever made!

I bought a 2017 Porsche Macan at this dealership. The manager was always available and efficient and the car is in excellent conditions. I strongly recommend this dealership!

After 2 months of purchase, I am beginning to realize that this sale was not as smooth as I thought. I still dont have my license plates as the dealership unilaterally choose to farm the DMV formalities to their business partner RegUSA. What was made to sound like a customer perk ( I was charged a fee so clearly not complimentary) has turned out to be a frustrating experience. I could have easily done the DMV formalities myself had I been given the choice. I also had to give up my preference of not having front plates by paying a DMV fee because Porsche Wichita chose to use a third-party. Attempting to contact the dealership after the sale is met with radio silence as I try to get updates. This is a unfortunate case of the dealer choosing their business partners over customer preference and convienience. I will not surprised if they try to cover this up by citing pandemic related delay. I have done DMV business locally for my other vehicles without any delays. I rescind my initial rating and advise out of state customers to tread with caution.

What a beautiful dealership. Sort of a boutique dealer: They only handle a few customers at a time and they give them great personal service. Vibrating massage chairs in the waiting area! I needed a checkup for my Cayman S and they did a very thorough job. I needed a ride to work so the valet took me in a new Cayenne. Appointments recommended, call Edwin the Service Advisor directly for a great customer experience.

Worked with Rickard.K. Wonderful experience with this team and Porsche dealership. Since I live in other town and need to fly to Wichita to pick up the new car, Richard came to the airport to pick me up. He also did a great job to from the sale to purchase process.The pricing of this dealership is very straightforward and you won’t need too much negotiation to get the best price. They always give you the best they can offer.The dealer also sells other brand and it is always my choice if I want to buy another car.

He had done all the paperwork before my arrival which is about 5 hrs drive. My purchase was very smooth and pleasant.

I had a great experience at Porsche of Wichita. I saw a car online that I liked and after exchanging emails, I stopped by one Saturday to take a closer look. Rich Kedra, my salesperson, was very helpful and easy to work with. Dave Pearson, the GM, was very personable and knowledgeable. The facility is amazing and the car selection is surprisingly good for what I thought would be a smaller market in Wichita. I ended up walking out of there a proud new owner of a Porsche 911. When I came to pick up the car later, I was introduced to the service manager, Edwin as well. All the folks that I encountered were top notch.

The general manager couldnt have been a nicer guy. Me and my father dropped in after looking at accessories next door at the Mini dealership, and the GM spent a good 30 minutes with us. He walked us around the showroom and pointed out the little known features on the rare models. He even went as far as to give me a nice photo book detailing the features of the new 992 porsche 911, after I told him I was an enthusiast. Overall fantastic experience, and Ill definitely be returning in the future!

It was worth every moment I spent on the highway. They offered to pay for my hotel room, and buy lunch if needed. The staff was fantastic, and my salesman was for friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a new 2016 Porsche Cayenne. We have owned several cars bought from Schofield over the past years and quite frankly had soured on doing business with them due to continued poor experiences with the service department. But in dealing this past week with Neal and Austin we have found a new affection and trust in The Luxury Collection brands!We dealt primarily with Neal (McCall) and he couldnt have been more accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had basically already decided to buy a BMW X5 from another dealer outside of Wichita but we stopped by just drive one. We were honest with Neal about our intentions but he was not bothered by that and was very helpful. We then decided to test drive the Cayenne as well. Because of Neal we decided to go ahead and talk with him about pricing a car.Austin got involved in the process at this point and his friendliness and attention was equal to what we experienced with Neal. Based on my experience with trying to buy the Audi I was not very optimistic that the price quote was going to be competitive with what I had received outside of Wichita. Well I was more than wrong on this assumption and was surprised to find them more than competitive even to the point that I only asked for another $500 of their initial offer.Hopefully I will find the service experience to be equally improved in the near future. I am confident that if the Service Dept has people with the attitudes and commitments to the customer like that of Neal and Austin then I am going to be very happy with that part of The Luxury Collection as well!Thanks Neal and Austin for helping make my wife so happy with her birthday present!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Bruce Alexander and Porsche of Wichita. I recently began shopping nationally for a 2014 or newer Certified Pre-owned Porsche Cayenne Diesel through the Porsche Cars North American web site. One of the several Cayenne’s that I found meeting my wish list was at Porsche of Wichita. I clicked on the button to inquire as to the availability of that Cayenne and quickly got an email back from Bruce. As I do not live near Wichita, I was very pleased that Bruce made himself readily available for all of my questions about the Cayenne, even on his days off. After several days of emailing and talking with Bruce, I was comfortable purchasing the Cayenne sight unseen. Upon arrival at Porsche of Wichita, Bruce was out in the parking lot before I could even get out of the car and everyone at Porsche of Wichita made my experience at the dealership everything that a Porsche buyer could expect. I would like to thank Derek Parris and Joshua Reed for a totally enjoyable experience with Porsche of Wichita. I believe Derek and Joshua went out of their way to try to ensure that I was able to obtain a 2018 manual transmission GT3 that was in very high demand. From when we started this, through the delivery, it was shocking to me as to how Wichita Porsche went about ensuring that this transaction went off without a hitch. Instead of a no we can not take your order, or no because you are calling from out of town we do not want to spend time with you Derek went about trying to find a car that Porsche of Wichita could deliver to me. And Derek succeeded. Joshua followed up with pursuing the very best financing and transport he could find. Both Derek and Joshua have earned my respect and future business based upon their efforts in this transaction.

This has been my best automobile buying experience in the 50 years plus ive been driving.. Every person I talked to very friendly, professional and most importantly honest while making extra efforts to get things right...Even though I live 600 miles from Wichita, id certainly go back again. Great job!

First came here back in 2012 to the old dealership. I was interested in buying my first Porsche and was told to come back in the future as they did not want to work with me. I stopped here while in town and sat outside the service drive while the lot attendant cleaned up a loaner vehicle, inside the drive. Nobody came out to greet me. I went inside to see if something could be replaced on my cayenne, it is a common part with a high failure rate, the vehicle is still under warranty. I was told by the lot attendant that they do not have the part in. This is the first dealership I have been too that the lot attendant has the complete working inventory memorized. Never had a chance to speak to a service advisor. will definitely avoid wichita Porsche in the future.

I purchased a Porsche Macan through Alex and richard. Richard is a very rude inconsiderate sales manager. I will never do business with him. I travelled from NY to Wichita KS to purchase this car after several discussions. I planned to pay with my credit card but upon getting there was informed they don’t take more than $3000 on a card for any car purchase. I asked what my options were since I’m here already and wasn’t informed about this prior. I was given an option to do a bank transfer for the purchase total of $41000. We called my bank since we both used Bank of America. I was able to immediately transfer $25000 and while on the phone with the bank to get and override to transfer the. Balance richard rudely and insensitively said well I can’t let you take the car I asked why not if I’m paying cash he said they won’t see the transfer till Monday or Tuesday. I expressed that he knew I don’t live there as he picked us up from the airport when we arrived I can’t just stay around for 3 days it’s a bank transfer it alls automatic. and since he knew this prior why did he suggest I transfer the money. Continuing to be rude Richard repeatedly said nothing he can do eventually suggesting I financed the car. Having no other choice I agreed to finance it under my business. He came back over an hour later requesting I finance it under my name because it’s easier for him. I refused and eventually car was financed. I was told they will transfer my money back on Tuesday (1/18) when the person in accounting returned as this was Saturday (1/16). We left and lost money on our booked hotels and paid events because we had scheduled through the road trip. After getting back to NY I contacted Porsche of Wichita all week about my $25000 and was given a run around. They sent me some papers to sign via fedex that i received overnight but not my money. Then I was told they sent a check to my other address and not my office. I inquired why they sent a check and not a transfer thesame way I paid the $25000 but I couldn’t get an answer. I also asked for a tracking number and why they didn’t send it fedex overnight I still couldn’t get an answer besides “I don’t know why they didn’t”. These excuses continued for 2 weeks as I never received my money all through this time. Eventually they claimed to send another check and this time around (2.5 weeks later) it was sent via fedex and received. I will never do business with this dealership. Complete sham. In addition the car was listed to have navigation system and a sunroof which it didn’t have. When I asked about it the answer I got was “oh this one doesn’t come with that” even though it was advertised as it did.

The entire staff at Porsche of Wichita did a great job during the process of ordering and delivering my Macan. Every step of the way they communicated well and kept me informed of the process. Bruce, Jared, and Travis are all first rate people to work with and care about their customers and their product.

I had a great buying experience here. From test driving to sitting down to actually purchase. Would recommend to anyone considering a luxury vehicle.

I have purchased 4 cars from Porsche of Wichita, the most recent the new 911 Turbo S Cab. Each and every time I have worked with Bruce Alexander and Travis Brandenburg, I have been provided excellent customer service. Travis always does his best to give you the best deal possible, and negotiations have always been fair. Travis and Bruce both worked with me to custom design and order the new 911 Turbo S a year before production started, and my car was delivered 2 months prior to the estimated delivery date which was very cool. The staff are all class and provide you with the customer service you would expect when purchasing and servicing a Porsche. I highly recommend them!

Lam Nguyen provided a level of customer service that is impossible to beat. I was after a very specific Porsche that is extremely difficult to get an allocation for. Lam convinced me to go with him through his unparalleled professionalism and work ethic. In no time at all he had secured me an allocation for a car that was supposed to be nearly impossible to get and without any market adjustments added to the price. I was kept in the loop at every turn during the process and delivery was not only a breeze, but also very enjoyable. I just want to say that I had a great buying experience with Richard Kedra and Porsche of Wichita. I always dread buy a new or used car but this experience was definitely the best. Ive been looking for a used Cayman with the right features for almost 6 months. I finally found a 2016 red Cayman at Porsche Wichita with only 45K miles on it. The pictures, description and Carfax were right on. I really loved the detailed pictures. I contacted the dealer and Richard got back to me promptly. He offered to do a face time, video walk around and answer any questions that I might have. I flew in from Utah a few days later and Richard picked me up at the airport and we drove to the dealership to check out the car. It was exactly as they stated on their website. I bought the car and spent the next 1 1/2 days driving it the 1000 miles back home enjoying it all the way. Richard was great to work with! Very low key and the one thing I liked best was that he worked with me exclusively through the whole process. I wasnt passed along to any other sales people. That means a lot. A few days after I got back home Richard and Dave Pearson, their General Manager, both reached out to me to make sure everything was good. I appreciate that. Again, it was a great buying experience with great people. I would definitely go back again.

I went to Porsche of Wichita to look at various Porsche models after having Porsche fever since I was a kid. I was greeted by my key contact Graham Ryan and Austin Barnes when I walked into the showroom and they kindly reminded me of the Porsche brand and heritage, letting me sit and test drive multiple models. Once I sat in the 911, I confirmed what I had long known, that I needed one. Working with Graham, Austin, Travis Brandenburgh and Jared Wilbert, we were able to work out a deal to put me in a 911.Graham knew the cars, he knew the financing, he was able to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions! It was a tremendous experience working with the entire team. My car started misfiring in the middle of a 400 mile road trip. We stayed in a hotel, took my car to the dealership first thing in the morning and they had my car fixed in 2 hours, replaced a Coil pack and spark plug for around $480. I was very satisfied in the level of service this dealership was able to perform. This is what i would expect from a Porsche Dealership. I expect to pay a premium for the sharpest techs, having the parts in stock, and getting me back on the road as easily and quickly as possible.
