This car lot location made car buying fun. I had an amazing time with a crew they were super awesome. Being a single lady they didnt try to pull any fast ones on me theyre very honest. During my test drive of the vehicle I wanted I found a couple things wrong they fixed it ASAP. Appreciate they didnt try to upsell me or try to get me in a vehicle I couldnt afford. I told them to two options that I wanted and they respected my vehicle choices. And this helped me out a lot because I work night shift and I dont have a lot of time to test drive a ton of cars. I just want to tell the guys thank you and the car dives smooth like butter. Its no secret that the used car market is rough right now and I, unfortunately, had just found out that my current vehicle was in an accident I wasnt made aware of when I purchased it, which impacted its value and created more difficulty.When I went to Hatchett, I found a car I was planning on purchasing but our bank wouldnt loan on it as it was priced significantly higher than blue book value. I understood they wouldnt want to lower the price due to the market, thanked them for their time, and went on with my car search.Then, a few days later, the salesman that had helped me sent me an email asking if I had any other questions about the car and I very nicely reiterated that unfortunately the pricing didnt line up but if they were ever interested in selling it for NADA value to let me know and wed absolutely lock it in. I even thanked him again (twice) for his time and help.This screenshot is the response I received.Its beyond unprofessional for a dealership to speak poorly of the banks that finance their deals but especially in this case, as it just isnt true. The other bank we use also said they wouldnt loan the amount they were asking on the vehicle because it was too highly priced, even in the current market.Whats more is that I was also offered significantly more on the trade-in for my current car elsewhere so it was clear they were offering me as little as possible for my current car while also overpricing the one they were trying to sell me.Then instead of navigating the situation with empathy and kindness they led with almost bullying behavior.Overall, I was just shocked at the negativity and lack of professionalism throughout this interaction and Id recommend thinking twice before doing business with anyone that operates in this manner.

EricTucker was one of the only ones that go back to me and was willing to answer questions after contacting several dealerships in a 200 mile radius. He was knowledgeable and upfront in my dealings with him, as well as really went the extra mile to answer questions or go over anything that was unclear. He was sharp and concise and really made the whole car buying experience authentic and anti BS. Great experience purchasing a new 2022 Tucson SEL!This is the first time purchasing a new car where it wasn’t stressful or high pressure. I told my sales rep Greg P what I was looking for he and he told me what type of timeline I was looking at to get the vehicle. I was ready to wait a month because of the high demand for the Tucson. About 2 1/2 weeks later Greg told me he had one coming in and would I like it. The day it got here Greg told me all the things he needed to move things along. When I got there the next day the car was ready I only spent about 30 minutes in The finance office and thanks to Lisa I got a rate that was 3 times lower then what my credit Union offered. Greg gave me an overview of how everything worked and had the Hyundai Blue link app set up while I was doing the paper work. I got a fair deal on my trade and the whole process took about 45 minutes. This has been the easiest time I had buying a car versus walking out on two dealers in 2018 because they played the numbers game. The fact I have 3 years of maintenance service and a 5 year warranty only sweeting the deal! I would highly recommend checking them out if your in the market for a new car with the industry’s best warranty!

The service I received was excellent. They took care of a recall issue while I sat in their very comfortable waiting room. We weren’t having any issues with our vehicle but Hyundai wants to be safe with all potential issues as well. The service rep was professional and very friendly. I dealt with salesman Greg Palmer. I told him I was considering purchasing a new Sonata. He asked if I had driven one and I said I had not. He asked me to wait a few minutes and he would have one ready. I drove the Limited and loved it. However, I didnt want leather seats. I then drove a Sel Plus and it was exactly what I wanted. While I was out driving, Greg had evaluated my trade in and offered a very good price. We negotiated a sell, but I wanted a color that was not in stock. Greg said they would find the color with all the equipment I wanted. In two days, Greg called and said my car was in. After approximately 2 hours back at the dealership and after Greg had explained all the new car functions, I drove off with my new car. The purchase experience was great with NO high pressure sales tactics. I recommend Hatchett Hyundai East to everyone looking for a car.

We initially went to Hatchett Hyundai to look at late model preowned cars. The inventory of used cars was low and the price was high. (that is the nature of the market right now) We then looked at a new car and found out that with a rebate our price was not much more than our budget for a used car. So we bought a new car and we like it very much and we have a much better warranty then we would have had with a used car. Our salesman Steve was very nice and knowledgeable. Our experience was great.

I bought a car from the west location the sales people were great! But when I had it serviced for the first time at the east location it was not so great. I waited two and a half hours. My car smells like they spilled oil on the engine and they said they checked my tire for a leak( because the tires they put on previous kept losing air) they said no leaks and just sprayed it, I really don’t think they actually checked it. They claim they clean your car when they service it, they lied . I understand that they were busy but that was not my fault. I am thankful that it was free because it was my first time oil change.

A great place to purchase a new Hyundai the sales staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist you in your purchase!!! The service department is great and the servicewtiters are eager to get your vehicle taken care whether warranty(which I have had very few issues) or regular maintenance!!! We recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2021 from Hatchett and we had a very pleasant experience. The three people who helped with the car shopping process, Greg, Lisa, Jack, were extremely helpful. Greg patiently showed us multiple models, and we had the opportunity to test drive a couple of different cars. The model we had in mind was not available at that point, but Jack found one for us that was being shipped & one that was available at the west branch. Lisa processed our documents and stayed over time to finish the paperwork. Greg also stayed overtime to make sure we knew all the details of the new car. We received a call from Greg the next day, making sure the car was running smoothly. We also received a thoughtful thank you card from them for shopping at Hatchett. The Hatchett experience was by far my best dealership experience to date (having purchased 5-6 cars previously from other dealers over the years).
