My wife and i just bought a truck from them i was able to walk in with what i had in my pocket got put in something nice. We had an unforeseeable issue with our vehicle. Warren jumped on it right away. They had to keep our car for a week. When I went to make my payment he reduced it for the week he had our Truck. I was late on my payment do to not being able to work because of medical reasons. Im currently waiting on my medical emergency leave pay. I was at the hospital all day yesterday having medical test and procedures done. Since I was unable to get a hold of them before they closed yesterday they came and repossessed my truck that I have been paying on for the last 16 months. I am very displeased and very irrate with this local dealership here in Wichita, KS. First off I guess Ive been leasing my truck for the past 16 months and still have another 7 or 8 months left on my lease before I can buy and own the truck for an additional $5,000. Thought you could only lease a vehicle if it was less then 4 years old and has under 48,000 miles on it. Thats what the law said when I looked it up and consulted an attorney. My truck is a 2002 and had 148,000 miles on it. Something doesnt smell right!!!!!

Bought a car from them and within two weeks of having it a ton of stuff started going wrong with it. Warren refused to fix anything until it finally broke down completely. They had the vehicle for almost three weeks and continued to lie about fixing it. They would not contact us until the payment was due, and now they decide to work on the car.

If there is someone on there reference that they have problems with you will not get a car cuz you have them on your reference or you know them personally. Bought our car 3 yrs ago, and our truck 2 yrs ago. Every time we are in there, we are feel like family. Our payments were set for every two weeks, so we have been in the office many times. Great honest people to work with.

Staff is friendly however im starting to feel is was just to get me to but a vehicle and Im very disappointed the vehicle I had gotten needed to be returned after it had repeatedly had the same issue and stalled in traffic to the point I was almost was hit. Was told a manager would call about returning my down payment however 3 days and still waiting. Very sad cause I really liked the sales staff and was very excited initially about my vehicle. Hope they make this right. Will edit review if situation is made right.

Horrible place. Has been sued for selling vehicles that were placed on a recall list. Prices are to absorbing and the mechanic is not licensed.

Very bad service. Could never get repairs done. They lie on contracts and over price leased cars greater than allowed by the state. Thanks to some research i found by a local news channel, ive learned that they were just sued for doing this. Mis leading contracts breach of contracts and over priced leasing terms. Free rental cars are a lie. And if you ever did manage to get one its 30 years old falling apart with No air conditioning. I wouldnt recommend anyone buy here.

I would not refer anyone to them. they have rude staff members mechanic kept saying nothing was wrong with my car when he drove it 10 to 15 min that not long enough. my car jerks when it driven for longer then that. now car been in shop they are charging me for rental well the rental broke down now im being charged the tow gas for it plus my car. put me and my kids walking. They walk away from you or come up with excuses not to listen and care about what happens all they care about is charging people money. Not u in a reliable vehicles. My car been in shop since november 16 2016 still in there rental broke down November 19 2016 im being charged alot of money. Here we have no vehicle to get around. Here it is November 25 2016 and no calls or anything school be back in monday. They were suppose to fix my car in nov they didnt fix it same issue a few months later. Now they wont help me on fixing or another car. I dont have 1,800 for transmission they were suppose to fix. They told me they knew my car needed a new transmission. If u knew why not rebuild or put another one in. Not just put switches in it. If they were all new parts in my car in nov i wouldnt have problems 5 months later. Now they are rude to me and wont help me and my kids with another car. I cant drive this car i dont have the money to fix what they was suppose to fix in nov.
