Don was great and helped me out when I needed it. Though it hasnt even been 60 days and my check engine light has come on. So not only do I have to keep up car payments. I have to come up with the warranty deductible, the money for a car rental, I still have to get the car inspected and get it registered.

Excellent group of people, went in, got approved, they gave me a fair trade in value, got me in a car the wife wanted. Payments are made bi weekly, this makes it much easier on someone working with a budget. Would highly recommend!

Just recently bought a car from them. during the showing the car had a clicking noise while it was in idle. i ignored it because it wasn’t obvious enough to raise suspicion or question it. after ONLY 1 MONTH of having the car. it’s already in the shop needing a NEW ENGINE AND ALTERNATOR. the cars look good on the outside but under the hood are terrible. do not let them take your money. unfortunately for me they’ll be getting it for the next 2 years.

Lol, and being at a full tank then just barely to a half a tank yet when I can keep going on the tank of gas until another week. So thats two weeks total... wow!! Have never had a Vehicle SUV like it before even for something newer then have ever had, the experience with all of everything is just 👏 lol and its got a hell of a lot hp and turbo to it. I’ve dealt with some shady business people and Auto Now is not one of them. They really care about their customers. They got me into a car that I chose specifically. They didn’t force higher prices cars out of my range, they didn’t shame me for what I couldn’t afford either. The best thing is that they are flexible as long as you communicate with them. I had some issues with making full payment so they worked with me on a lower amount until I got caught up. When my car needed fixed they covered the cost and let me pay it back later so I could have my car the same day it was fixed. Highly recommended if you’re starting fresh.
