We can only come on Saturdays but we never get any write up on our vehicle if they checked fluids or other important things. Do we need to tell them or is it automatic? We bought our Enclave there but just want more information on what to do.
I ordered the Tires and installation online for tire price of 209.69 each and was charged 219.89 each. I was told that the tires I ordered were not available and the new model tire was put on but they are the same. The invoice has the same description as the tires I ordered so I think I have been taken. The service manager said he couldnt do any thing about it. I should have been informed of the change prior to tires being installed. I have miss-trust in the service department now.The service department called me back and offered to give me a free oil change to make things right with the tires I purchased. I excepted their offer and all is well.
I was able to get an appointment within a few hours after calling. Steve greeted me upon arrival and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. When paying Steve came in to turn over the car to me and thanked me for coming in. Pleasant experience all around!

I bought my SUV at Donovans and have had all services done by them. They are great, a no pressure dealership. Steve behind the desk at the service dept. is a wonderful person. He is friendly and personal. Will be hard to replace him when he retires.
We brought in our truck one day and the issue was under warranty however, took most of day. We left my car at the shop overnight thinking we would get the oil change, balance and alignment done that morning. It took all day! Tech being pulled from my car to do another job. Not acceptable. Frustrated for sure.

I had had nothing but great experiences, and I had highly recommended the dealership to all of my friends until my two most recent visits. During my two most recent visits the service advisor who interacted with me (a young man with brown hair and a mustache who is short of stature) had horrible people skills and was nothing short of a jackwagon. He strikes me as the type of individual who doesn’t have time for people whom he deems are beneath him. Obviously, in his eyes I am one of those people. I believe that I will go back to servicing my own vehicle rather than having to deal with him.
I always appreciate the quick service and repair of my car. Also how my service agentexplains the repairs and recommends if related parts should be replaced at the same time as the failed part to eliminate future repairs and cost for a similar failure down the road, because a today good part fails down the road later.

Man this is a great 👍place with great customer service. I went in for an oil change for my caddie they looked at some more issues I was concerned with and talked with me about these issues clear and professional. The staff did a search on my car to see if it was any recalls or issues on that matter.while I waited on my oil change I enjoyed the free wi fi and the large selection of vending in the waiting room. I travel the nation for my job but I can truly say its not many companies like this around anymore 😪 .Truly a great experience here
I got hail damage and cracked windshield on my Yukon. They got it in quickly and everything got fixed and it looks great!! Very happy with their services!!
I went a couple weeks back to get my cars a/c fixed and also get a diagnostic on the issue and I got charged 125$ for the diagnostic with the Hopes that the workers would tell me exactly what was wrong with it and fix the correct issue. However they fixed the a/c, but it quit working only a week later. When I called and asked why they didnt fix the correct problem they simply said because it would take longer for them to give the correct diagnostic..... but I payed for it so I can get the correct issue fixed i wouldnt recommend

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle and had looked at a few dealerships prior with little luck as the vehicle we were looking for is a new model and the availability is limited. We went to Donovan to look and they had a few in stock that we were interested in, however, the cars were HOT off the shipping truck and werent exactly ready for the showroom- their General Manager and our assigned Salesman worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted ready to roll that same day, even asking their service technicians to stay a bit late to get this done, to which they obliged and we were able to make the deal and take our dream vehicle home that day! We had to do a few follow-ups due to a few accessories from our car not being shipped with the vehicle, they were prompt to get those shipped out to us ASAP when they arrived at their store, making the after-the-sale experience as good as the sale itself, which is a big deal to us! We dont feel as though we were served and then forgotten about. GREAT job Donovan Auto & Truck Center! Wonderful service, honest GM and Sales people and an easy, smooth purchase! Picking up my vehicle from work and taking it to the shop to get an oil change, was awesome! I had no idea this service existed. The service guy was super helpful with everything! The guy who picked and dropped my car off was super nice! Even with the extra fee, I will surely use it again! Im a single mom 90% of the time and it is almost impossible to get in and sit for 2 hours with 2 babies. Ive always used donovan and have always had great service. But this was the best experience! Wonderfully easy experience buying a pre-owned Cadillac at Donovan. I am an older woman and was really petrified to go through the process alone but Mike W. took such great care of me. I have been dealing with Scholfield Honda for a few years but management has changed. Customer service is not their priority it is sales and the bottom line. Im updating my review. I was trying to be nice but thats not being honest. Service manager was busy on the phone with his wife while he was holding everyone up. I did like the sales rep Josh but it all comes down to the guy who makes the decisions which is the sales manager and I was not impressed.
Super fast and friendly service. This will be my regular maintenance location for now on. Let me say I came from Colorado where this same service (multi point inspection, tire rotation, synthetic oil change, filter replacement) would total well over $100 near $200. I paid around $40. Very very nice people. Come here is you have a GMC.... or any car needing serving!

These people were awesome!! We were passing through town while in the process of moving from one state to another when we had trouble with our pickup. My husband is an aircraft mechanic so, knowing about mechanical things, he diagnosed the problem as the differential going out. We called another dealer ship and was told they couldn’t even look at the vehicle until the next day (plus they were rude on the phone). We called Donovan’s and they were extremely nice on the phone and said they would get to it that day and at least diagnose it and possibly fix it. They called within a few hours and said it wasn’t the entire differential but just the bearings and they had to get the parts in so would have it fixed the next day. Not only did they have it fixed the next day but early enough for us to check out of the hotel without paying for an extra day, getting our rental car returned in time to save a day AND get on the road in time to reach our destination that day. I am soooo thankful we chose Donovan’s to fix our vehicle. A big Thank you! to the Service Manager (Dustin) and the Service Dept. AWESOME AWESOME people.
Last week we had issues with our GMC Acadia. We took it in for repair the following day and Greg & Todd did an exceptional job!! Also, the shuttle driver was especially exceptional!! Very nice and polite...and handsome too!

We had literally just bought our truck from you guys on a Friday. on Saturday my husband noticed a shake in the steering wheel, my husbands mechanical knowledge, and research indicated a transmission issue that is known by GM but typically ignored. We took it in and they identified the transmission issue. We have been assured that if the problem returns that they will fix it. It was reassuring that Donovan took us seriously and helped us out.

Due to the conditions that we are in today a lot of things you take for granted are no longer done. The complimentary wash and vacuum have been cut. I was pleased to tell the Cadillac Corporation when they called me to ask me about the Service I recd at Donovans Service Department, that Steve Nelson actually went for a drive with me to determine what the issue was with my Cadillac. The Representative from the Cadillac Corp., said that they NEVER hear that any more! Especially about other local Dealerships Service Departments. I informed the Representative that Donovans is the best place to take your Cadillac by word of mouth amongst Cadillac owners! No matter is too small or too large for the knowledgeable men behind the counter in Donovans Service Department. Once your vehicle is in for service of ANY kind, you can count on the Service Department guys to know exactly where your vehicle is in the process. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Let’s start by saying that I was an out of state customer ready to purchase a vehicle that was on the used lot. I submitted my credit application to find a lender. After submitting that information to multiple lenders and docking my credit score I get approved. Come to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me before calling to inform me I was approved. I can’t speak for in state buyers, but as far as out of state goes, avoid this shady place at all cost. If you’re good at seeing through bullsh*t this is the place for you because that’s all they seem to feed.
Felt like talking to friends. No high pressure salesman. Heads above the other dealerships we had been to. Showed all the features the vehicle had and after the purchase made sure I knew how to use all the technology before leaving. Would definitely send anyone shopping for a vehicle to Donovan Auto.

This is an excellent car dealership and I would be lying to say that this is not owned by my father and my brother. The Donovan Auto Center has been in business since 1977 and businesses just grown over the years. Unlike the vast majority of most car dealerships you will typically see the same mechanics, the same sales people, and have a quality experience. So am I highly biased opinion I recommend Donovan Auto Center. I dont think youll find a more fair-dealing dealership pretty much anywhere.
