My husband and I bought a 2016 Optima from Kusay at Karman Auto in late March 2021. The car has been excellent, but the service from Kusay was even better! He answered all our questions and even provided pictures of the damage he repaired. Kusay was very adamant that we let him know of any issues with the vehicle even after the 30 day bumper to bumper warranty he offers to all of his customers! We bought our Kia Sedona from Karman and we were very pleased with his customer service. He genuinely seemed honest and wanted us to be happy with our purchase. The few things we found on the van, he happily replaced or fixed. It was a rebuilt title, but that allowed us to get a low mileage van for a great price. We plan to come back when its time to look for vehicles for our children!

The dealership was AMAZING and got me a car at a great price! The salesman is incredibly nice and very understanding. Most of the cars have rebuilt titles but don’t let that fool you, they know what they are doing and fix it like brand new. In the first month, I had a problem with my car (not their fault, it was a recall by the manufacturer) and they fixed it free of charge! Very happy and will definitely be coming back here again.

Then, we find her car at Karman Auto... By the time we finished with the purchase process, she looked at me like Id been hit with the stupid stick, and asked why we didnt just start shopping here. Took my malibu 2016 there for a paintjob 2 months ago and they repaired it.... tbh it looks great it was the left rear bumper on white ... and today they changed the left trailing arm because it was bent and it is way better ... I really recommend it. Will definitely take my srt 4 for dents on doors .... I really recommend it :D
