I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Harrel Eyecare. The facility was so bright and welcoming and the staff was peppy and intelligent. I felt like the doctor really engaged in the appointment to make sure my eye health and vision was at its best. Although I primarily wear contacts, the optician here helped style me with sunglasses that fit my face shape. I definitely feel like this is a place I’ll be going to for years!

The entire staff was so friendly and kind. The customer service was amazing!!!! And the Gucci frames are incredible so I had to buy 2 pair.👍👍👍 Donna was fantastic to ensure the frames were a perfect fit .LOVE this place!!!!!

This is by far the best eye doctor facility! The staff is very friendly & kind! The doctors there made sure I am well taken care of regarding my eye issues I have been dealing with for 3 years! I would highly recommend them!

Loved my check up today! I especially liked being shown the pictures of my eyeballs and being shown what measurements are bing taken to determine my eye health! All staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the doctor.

Incredibly great service. I got fitted for contacts here and the staff and Dr. Baggs were incredibly professional and very helpful. I was a bit apprehensive about switching from glasses to contacts, but the folks at Harrel were knowledgeable and eager to help. They were also superhumanly patient when I had trouble putting the contact in. The quality of service I received from Harrel was excellent and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great experience! Been a patient of Dr. Baggs for over 20 years in Muskogee. Followed his practice to Tulsa. Worth the drive. Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly staff, ALL of them. Nice clean place. Like the remodel. Once the appt started I was with someone the whole time I was there actively doing stuff. So it went quick. It did take about 20 min from my appt time to get called back to the room which a bit annoying but honestly Ive had worse. The staff made up for it anyway with how great they were.

I was a 20+ year patient of Dr. Frank Moore but his recent retirement required me to find another provider. Harrel Eyecare assumed Dr. Moores former practice and its evident Moores legacy of quality care has been ably passed to a new generation. Harrels improvements are noteworthy including (at long last) computerization of paperwork and records. There is also a notable advancement in technology and although Im unable to specifically identify what was involved in my exam, the optical tech did a great job of showing what the equipment recorded and how it will be used in my new history. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Jordyn Barnwell, who was both thorough and detailed in my exam and more importantly, in answering all my questions. Im more than satisfied to call myself a new patient of Harrel and look forward to trusting my vision to their care.
