The lab manager (Ronald) should be managing the entire building! His customer service is exceptional. We drove all the way from OKC. On our drive down, we called to ensure we’d be able to see a doctor. We were told we could as long as we made it by 5:30p. We made it at 5:20p and as soon as we walked in, a young lady told a young man “the doctors called it and are no longer seeing patients.” I honestly don’t even believe the doctors called it… I believe she did. Either way, I told him I was the one that called and he said, “Sorry. The doctors called it.” He didn’t try to help resolve the issue at all. Had no empathy. Did not care that we drove in from OKC and that we called ahead. Ronald stepped in and turned the entire situation around. With a positive attitude, he jumped in and helped the tech get my husband and I back and seen very quickly! That’s servant leadership and putting the customer first. What would’ve been a 1 star experience turned into a 5 star experience strictly because of Ronald’s customer service. Thank you, Ronald!

I have been coming here since 2006, but the quality of service has really plummeted. The actual Optometrist doctors are great. But everyone else are terrible.We are in a pandemic, and no one is wearing a mask except for SOME of the optometrists. The technician that did my eye puff test, did put one on when I asked her to. The lady that supposed to help you with glasses, would NOT put one on when I asked her too. Do you know how close I have to get to her to be fitted for glasses? How rude.Not to mention its just a revolving door of staff members. And theyre on their cell phones constantly and know nothing about your benefits. And they dont really take the time to help you with finding eye glasses. We are just a revolving door of customers to them.There is very little customer care here, except for the optometrists.I especially like Dr. Kari Moore and Dr. Gary Flushke. They really do care, whereas the rest of the staff act like they couldnt care less if you are there.

Where do you begin with this place. Not a good place to get glasses. Preferred Harvard over this place. Second the staff here treats each other and there patients poorly. Over heard supposed managers talking poorly about other employees, and the front seemed more interested in who was dating who in the office instead of doing there jobs. Yikes. Super unprofessional, Especially if its managers dating staff. Regardless found out everything i did and didnt want to know. The doctors were amazing. I give them that. But everything else was a train wreck.

My wife and I were planning on going on vacation and my wife had worked so hard and was so excited for this vacation. A week before our vacation, she had an accident in the middle of the night and could not open her eyes by morning (they were watering throughout the night) We called Dr. Zs Memorial Office the next morning and they made arrangements to get us in right away. The treatment took only a few days to make her eyes right as rain, so we could enjoy our vacation. We appreciate Dr, Moore, Sonya, Abbie, Hannah and Venus, thank you all so much.

Harvard location- No greeting no smile no customer service skills at all. I say every time I come here that this will be my last time. Well this is my last time. I’ve came here for years and they are absolutely rude and horrible. Like your money doesn’t count. I wanted contact lens that lady was miserable! It was the worst way to spend my 72.15 in 15 minutes ever!! I hate it here. No respect or life in the agents they are just there for a paycheck. On their phones, no mask it’s just all bad. Dr Z was cool and the check out lady was alive and smiled but the rest was pitiful for the 326.00 they received with my insurance. I can take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well. I do not have to put up with that. Next time I will read the reviews before I choose an office.

If you can go somewhere else, please go. These people are rude.I went and picked out glasses and asked for the one that transitioned into sunglasses, that’s all I really even got the glasses for, was to use them outside and I had family with me that stood right next to me and heard me ask for that. They said it would be extra I said no problem and paid.I get my glasses and they don’t transition, so I felt really bad calling and complaining but I was tried of paying for things and never really speaking up, I call them and tell them, they wanted to tell me I asked for anti reflection glasses which I did not, I didn’t even talk about that once.They were telling me that I would have to pay extra if I wanted them to change into sunglasses, I stated that it’s super unfair that they messed up, and are expecting me to pay even more when I already spend money on these glasses, I told them to take off the anti reflection and give me the sunglasses, they were again super rude on the phone. Finally they said to bring them up, they wouldn’t change me and so on, I take them up, and it felt like I was super unwelcomed, kinda like everyone was talking about you. When I went up to the lady to give her my glasses she was extremely short with me, and when I asked if I was being charged for anything she said no. Anyways just felt like they don’t really care and blamed me for their mistake.I waited forever for my glasses after this, I called after a month of waiting (they said it could take 20 businesses days) and of course it did, right?!When I called they said my frames never delivered and had to reorder, what a shock lol. Anyways I wanted more and more weeks, like dang, by this time my eyes are gonna learn how to see again from waiting so long.When I finally get a text about 2 months later to get them I go up to the drive through and get them, didn’t wanna go in and bother all those “helpful” people, they made me wait about 30-40 minutes in the drive through line. So again DO NOT go here, the ladies inside are rude, and if they mess up on your glasses they will treat you like you did something wrong.

Very disappointed after my eye visit. I called beforehand to come to my yearly check up. Asked the staff if I was due for an eye exam with my insurance they told me yes. After I completed my exam and was checking out I was told my insurance was not covering anything since I had to wait for the benefits to kick in. Very disappointed I had to pay out of pocket when this could have been avoided. I have insurance for a reason. I was told If I didnt pay I would not be able to have my prescription that I would have to come back and do the exam all over if I wanted to order my contacts prescription with my insurance. I work at an office dealing with insurance as well and I always make sure to avoided mistakes like this. Never going back. The staffed is not trained well enough.

This place is full of very young unqualified individuals unfortunately. The past 2 times Ive gone I have had young girls that dont know much about benefits when putting me into frames. The Dr. I seen however was incredible. He explained everything to me about my vision. He was kind and Very patient to my questions and concerns. I will say if youre looking for more stylish frames go to pediatric and family eye Care. Right off Lynnlane next to QT. I found so many cute frames here. I havent had my eye exam yet because I had just gotten one. But hands down better selection of more stylish frames.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I always know the wait times are bad and I accept that going in. However we came to an appointment today for 3 people. Only one had glasses that could be done in an hour. They informed us they’d call when they were ready. After an almost 2 hour wait with no call we called an were informed by an incredibly rude member of staff that if we were told an hour they’d expect us to be back in an hour. Very rude and unprofessional especially if I’m sorry if you’re too lazy to just go check given we have come behind after an hour and a half and glasses still weren’t ready. I came in then to just pick up the glasses and the same woman was at the desk and said you can just wait In line. Given that I was just picking up at this point and not being fitted and was told yeah that’s what the list is for. I won’t be back and given they aren’t exactly cheap I would recommend everyone else go elsewhere too.

I was recently a patient of Dr. Zoellners my son was seen and got contacts and I’ve picked out glasses. A few weeks went by and we received my sons contacts but after six weeks my glasses were nowhere to be found. I called in to ask where they were at and was told they didn’t now but they would look into it and get back to me. I never received a phone call back so I called them again and they said that they will call and find out why. They found out they were on back order. When I ask why they didn’t have a failsafe so patients didn’t fall through the cracks and glasses didn’t get lost I was met by aggression. The lady who claim to be the office manager was very rude on the phone. So when I went to pick them up I asked to speak with her she made me wait for 30 minutes. When she finally came out she was very rude I asked her if we could go somewhere more private because I would like to talk with her some more and she scolded me in front of everyone very loudly and embarrass me greatly made me want to cry. I just don’t understand why a company doesn’t have a failsafe for glasses getting lost . A customer should never call and be told they don’t know where their glasses are I would never ever step foot back into this place for the way I was treated it was the most horrible feeling ever. I felt like I did something wrong when I left there and I know I didn’t .

I’m definitely not coming back. Purchased glasses waited 2months every time I called the workers told me my glasses tgot sent back. The day I say I want my money back is the day they magically appear. I go pick them up the lady never greeted me was on the phone I waited 10mins before I was helped. Then when helped I received my glasses without a case and then on top of that my glasses are broken.. never been worn smh getting my money back and def not returning.

This place was recommended to me by some co-workers. They got me in quickly and the staff was friendly. They have a very large selection of frames and I was having a hard time choosing. Ashley was very kind and patient with me when I asked if she would mind giving me a second opinion. She took her time with me and made sure I found a pair that I love! If I could give zero stars I would. This was only my 2nd eye exam ever and my first time getting glasses. I explained to every person I encountered that it was my first time and that my vision had changed due to a brain stem stroke. The first eye exam the doctor went through the different lenses so quickly that #1 I couldnt let my eyes adjust to the changes to be able to tell him truly if it was better or worse. #2 the doctor spent maybe a whole 5 minutes checking my eyes. He wrote a prescription and I went to pick out frames. I got no help from any staff with that aspect, although I noticed that customers who were buying designer frames got plenty of help from staff. I did not receive a call telling me my glasses were ready like they said they would do. I kept calling them to finally find out they were ready. I walked out of the office with my glasses on my face and before I made it to the car I had gotten so dizzy I almost fell. My vision got much worse throughout the evening. I called my daughter who wears glasses and asked her if that was normal. She told me to take them off and go back Monday. Monday came and I went back. I asked for a recheck and told them the problems I had. I was told by a couple of staff members that it was probably just me adjusting to the glasses, but they did a recheck. The next eye doctor slowed down for me somewhat. I told him about my strokes and the problems I had with the glasses. He told me he would check for nerve damage. Since my brain stem stroke my left eyelid will suddenly drop closed and not open until Ive had enough rest. Also there is darkening all around my vision field. I told both doctors this. The second doctor told me I have no damage to the nerve and my eyes were good. He wrote another prescription and I handed over the frames I had picked out. While they remeasured my face for the glasses (the measurements were even different) I found out that despite me writing my phone number and last name down correctly in the computer they had entered my last name and phone numbers incorrectly. I made sure to correct that before I left. I came back at the time I had been told to just come back instead of waiting for a phone call. My glasses were ready. I was excited thinking Ill be able to finally see clearly. I wore them Monday evening and wore them despite the fact that I got a headache within 10 minutes of putting them on and them making my vision more blurry within an hour of having them on, until I went to bed. I put them on Tuesday and within 10 minutes again I had a severe headache and within an hour my vision got so blurry I couldnt walk in my own apartment safely. I took them off after wearing them for about 8 hours. Wednesday I called and spoke to someone who I was told is the manager. I explained what all had happened. She told me to bring the glasses back and shed refund me my money. I was refunded the cost of the glasses themselves and they kept the doctors fees. I regret ever even getting my eyes checked there. Im now worried about having the same issues at another place. I pray I dont have any problems. I will never go back to this group of eye doctors and would not recommend this place to anyone ever including my enemies.

Theres always a wait time and its usually always crowded. The staff is friendly and welcoming however theres quite a few staff members who dont wear a mask and the tables arent designed for you to be 6ft away from them. It would be nice if there was some glass between if they arent gonna wear masks. Also there were quite a few patrons who didnt wear masks so maybe masks are optional here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and they do have a decent amount of glasses to choose from.

This review is for Zoellners on Memorial. I came here after I heard an add about most glasses ready on the same day. I will say they do have a good selection of frames, but be ready to spend the day there and hopefully not like me will take you months to get your glasses.Customer service unfortunately is very poor, young people working there need some training badly.I like my glasses, but I will not be going there again, it is not worth it, I can get nice glasses elsewhere without the pain and wait. :)

The optomotrist did not wear a mask, claimed he tested positive for coronavirus beforehand but was not contagious, and was required to remove mask. There is no requirement to wear a mask inside. Furniture was not wiped down! I thought optomotrists were medical professionals but this was obscene!

I drove from OKC to purchase glasses. I was a customer before I moved to the OKC area. I previously did not have issues. Last week I went and it was nothing short of chaotic. There were over 40 people at the office. Very few had mask. The employees were very rude and looked overwhelmed. I waited over an hour just before leaving without anything.

My glasses became so scratched within 3 months I couldn’t see out of them. Returned them for warranty and haven’t seen them now for over a month. Was just on hold for over 30 minutes asking about them, then was transferred to another department and had to leave a message. I paid extra for scratch resistant lenses. This place is all about quantity not quality. Plus my glasses cost over $500 initially and over a week to get then. Don’t believe the ad about getting them same day.

The night before I traveled to Tulsa, I bent the frames of my glasses bad enough that I assumed I needed a new pair. I got them patched up (barely) and today i went to Dr. Zoellners office just hoping I could have new glasses done before I leave town (and expecting a long wait and large bill), but not only were the very pleasant staff able to repair my glasses well enough to get me back home, but they did it in about 5 minutes FOR FREE!! Please reward this kind of service with your business!

If I could give -2 stars I would. I called in advance and told them I was on my way for a walk in. Told them I was about 30 minutes out. They close at 6. I drive almost 50 miles and arrive to find out that their doctors leave at 4:30. No mention of that when I called. Worst excuse for customer service I have ever seen. An entire Sunday afternoon wasted because of their unwillingness to help. Never go here!!!!

This review is for my grandfather who i took a few days back. First off let me say. What a joke. Opticians were fine but you guys offer services you cant deliver on. Suppose to be 2 hours on self paid bifocals and you send them off? Whats the excuse? Hardly busy and yet denied paid goods. I see Why your lab windows are tinted now, dont want the patients to see the fact no one is doing there job back there. Thankfully this will be the last time we use this office. I am not a patient, but I Visited here on yesterday! Having a drive through was so very convenient! My glasses broke and I was about to be a presenter on a large Zoom conference. Samantha was at the window and greeted me with a smile even after finding out that I was not a patient! She Told me they didn’t have the right size screws to fix my glasses. But then she kindly offered to tighten the one screw that I did have left in my frames to see if that would help. Thank you Samantha for being so kind and helpful!! It took over two months to get my prescription filled. This was not due to any supply chain issue, as explained to me, just a total lack of communication between them and the third party. I initially got attitude every time I had to do a weekly update with them, up until they pulled my file and saw what was happening. Then they would be a little more polite. Their actual location did not take COVID seriously in the slightest in the three times I had to go in to figure this issue out. Only one staff member was wearing a mask. Two customers, myself and another. At one time Zoellner was the name in town for optometry. There are many better options out there, many of whom may actually reinvest in operations and take a pandemic seriously. Oh, and not take months to fill a prescription because no one will step up and talk to a supplier.

I read so many bad reviews on Yelp and yep it is all true. I now am in agreement with the comment wondering how this place stays open. I cant tell you not even ONE good thing about this place. I would love for Dr. Zoellner to contact me and share my experience. Her is the thing, if this place has a rating no higher than a 2 star rating, it leads me to believe he is aware. Ive been a patient here for a while and was overall please with the service. When everything opened up after the Covid shutdown, I had to go get new glasses and an eye exam. When we got there half of the staff was not wearing masks, and they didnt sanitize stuff unless you specifically asked them to.Today I saw that Dr. Zoellner is one of the people leading the anti mask lawsuit. I am so disappointed that a health care provider would make unfounded claims about masks being bad for people. Theres research proving these claims to be false. I guess they would rather put their customers and staff at risk of exposure.My husband and I will be switching to an eye doctor that understand science and cares about the health of their customers and employees.

- Poorly managed.- Inefficient processes: because the owner doesn’t care how long you wait or how much you have to pay. All the owner cares about is money.- The owner is suing the mayor of Tulsa because Zoellner himself is an anti-masker. His lawsuit basically states that the doctor himself thinks the masks deprive you of oxygen. Yes, he actually believes that. Tell that to healthcare workers who wear them every day and are perfectly fine and healthier because of the mask. Basically he’s a whiny moron .

I have been to the Memorial location at least 15 times in the last year! My first pair of glasses were defective due to the screw being stripped out when I received them and the lens kept falling out. They traded me for a different pair after I paid the additional cost for a different frame. After the new ones, the right lens kept popping out as well. I went in at leas a half dozen times to get them repaired but the the right lens kept falling out. After 6-8 times to get them repaired, I asked for a new pair and pay any additional amount ($50.00) for a new pair!So, I can accept the quality of frames and the issues I have had with both pair, but I CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF!Not just me, but I observed other people being treated rude!News flash, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PLACE TO GET GLASSES IN THE TULSA METRO AREA!AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR VISION NEEDS. Appointment went great. Got in quick, initial customer service was seemingly good. I was told they had to order ONE lens, which would take 3-5 days. I called 5 days later to check on my order. I was put on hold for 5 1/2 minutes only for someone to tell me it’s taking longer than normal due to Covid-19. Not a problem. I call again 7 days later and I am put on hold for 9 minutes. I hung up and called back only to be told I was seen 7 days ago and it takes 7-14 days for orders to come in. When I explained that was not what I was initially told and that I was only waiting on ONE lens to come in, I was hung up on. I called back AGAIN, this time demanding to speak with the Office Manager. I spoke with Kylie and explained the situation and expressed my concern and reason for being upset, also that I was on the verge of refunding the entire order because no one seemed to know anything. She assured me she would call me back personally after she got to the bottom of what ever it was that was going on. Within 20 minutes I received a computer generated text saying my glasses were ready for pickup. Seriously?! I thought the lens wasn’t in? And still no call back from Kylie. Extremely disappointed in this place; their customer service associates AND their management!!

After having a bad experience with this place 9 years ago, I gave them another chance. The dr. Was nice and had on a mask but the people helping you navigate to find your frames did not. My glasses came in 2.5 weeks after. I wore them the next day to find out the progressive lenses where not right, I struggled all day while at work. When I brought the glasses back they figured out they messed up on the progressive lenses. I was assured they would expedite meaning rush the order. I left my glasses and waited. About 3.5 weeks later I called and still not ready. A week later I get a text my lenses where ready and I needed to bring my frames in. Huh? I left them with you was my reply. To add fuel the lady on the phone acted like I was lying. What am I going to do with empty frames ? For real! Then they said they had to order the frames obviously since I stole the other frames, right? What a joke! After another few days I just went in and got a refund! I had not been back in the 9 years cause it took them 2 and half months to get my glasses in. But now it’s because of Covid... not! They really don’t know what they are doing when it comes to filling glass prescription. They have fooled me twice now but NEVER again. You have now been warned, don’t do it unless you just need an eye Exam! Terrible Service!

Im actually disappointed. I went in to buy a pair of Sunglasses and when I picked the glasses that I wanted, they told me that in order for the sunglasses to look like the ones I picked out I will have to pay an additional $85 dollars for that tint. On top of the $45 for the prescription. If you are unable to give your customer the exact pair that they are ordering than you shouldnt offer them. I know its a way to make extra money but its false advertisement when you have those glasses on your shelfs and you tell the customer that they have to pay additional money to match what you thought you were going to get. Ive been going to them for years and take my children and now Im going to find a different place. I dont even think I ever got the buy one get one free offer because they always find a way to say that those glasses do not qualify for the offer. Plus they said my glasses were going to be ready by Saturday and I was going to get a text. I called Monday and I was transferred to a voicemail. Left a voicemail and on Wednesdays I called to ask again. The girl was not very friendly and said well they sent a text. Never apologize, that the text message was not received. I just hope the glasses look nice, still not what I wanted.

When our regular optometrist could not be seen, I was able to quickly get scheduled at this place, which was great because my sons glasses were lost so it was an emergency. It was crawling with people, many of them did not have on masks, although employees did, our doc didnt cover his nose. In not overly upset about masks but this place was DEFINITELY where youd want people wearing them, especially up in your face examining you!? The staff there was rude. I would stand there in front of them at the check in desk, they wouldnt even look up to me to ask what I needed. The guy who did my sons intake process, checked his phone several times and seemed too bored to be there. The doctor who saw us was fine, no real complaints with him other than the mask. The lady who helped us with the contacts was okay, just very quiet and not great at trying to help my 12 year old son. There was a lady who seemed to maybe be a manager who is barking at her employees right in front of us, then tried to butt into my conversation with the lady who was helping me, and was very rude to me. Finally we paid and left. When I went back in to get my prescriptions because I realize they had not given us a printout, there were four employees standing and staring at a screen. I stood there for no less than 2 minutes while they all ignored me. I finally said, can I please ask a question?! Two of them looked at me as if they couldnt believe how rude I was, one said, yes what can I do for you? then proceeded to help me get the prescription printed out but was definitely giving me Chilly reception. I mean what on Earth?! It was the rudest place that Ive been in a while and completely uncalled for. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else but here!

Fast service, but the fact that we are still going through a worldwide pandemic and not to mention... The mayor has issued a mandatory mask order for Tulsa. More than 70% of the workers are not wearing masks to protect their customers especially all the receptionists up front who are talking to customers. I had to back up from the front desk because I did not feel safe. Health safety should be the #1 priority for this business. Obviously it’s not a restriction in plain site. The people managing this place should do a better job at managing their workers to practice to protect themselves and customers so the business won’t get infected with COVID-19 and get shut down. I don’t want to be a Karen but obviously there’s no precaution what so ever besides taking temperature. What’s that going to do if the workers are infected and not the customers? Something for upper managements to think about and take precaution more serious for their business and well being. Thank you! I just wasted my time writing this but someone’s gotta complain about this part!

I had a horrible experience with a different eye are place and the staff was patient and proactive at getting me the care I needed. Originally I just went in for contacts but the dr went ahead and did a regular exam and found the prescription the previous place had given me was too strong and thats why my head was hurting. So I’m actually not a patient, but I was picking up glasses and contacts for a friend since I was at the mall already. I don’t use this place for a reason and today was a prime example of why. I walked in, told them her name and date of birth and was told to wait in the lobby and the name would be called. No big deal. My friend told me that they were ready to go and paid for at the memorial location. 20 minutes go by and I’m still standing there in the lobby. I didn’t think it would take that long to literally grab the bag of her script. Finally her name is called and the tech says that her stuff is at the Harvard location. It seriously took y’all 20 minutes to tell me that? When I asked why it took that long to tell me that she says “because we go down a list and there’s only a few of us working today.”Okay first of all, why not have the 3 girls that are sitting at the front desk NOT doing anything check and make sure of info like that? Or the redhead that wasn’t doing anything but walking around drinking her smart water?Second I understand that people get sick, and have kids and such, but going back to the 3 girls at the front not doing anything, 4 if you count the redhead, either have them help out, or eliminate unneeded positions and hire more techs? Just a few suggestions. Again, I’m not a patient and I’m thankful I don’t have to come here.

I went to put in my last pair of contacts and they ripped. Because we are dealing with a pandemic right now, I just grabbed my old glasses and figured I’d have to wait until things got better to be seen. I couldn’t take it anymore because the old prescription was giving me headaches. I called other eye doctors, but they said they weren’t seeing anyone unless it was an emergency. So I called Dr. Zoellner’s office and they sympathized with my situation and got me in the same day. The eye doctor was very nice and I got a thorough exam, where he discovers I had astigmatism in my right eye. They set me up with some great affordable contacts AND glasses I was able to take home that day. Everyone was so kind and patient. I was thankful they were happy to help me! I’ll be going to this location from now on!

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. Rude service even after I had already paid and it took over a month for them to get my glasses after they broke the only frame in-store and made me purchase a second frame.they were then completely rude after they sent me a message asking me to come get my glasses. They still didnt have them so I drove over 30 miles for nothing.

I’ve been going there for 6years, however lately this shop performs badly poor service. 2 weeks ago I went there to buy a glass frame, the guys with short hair acted like I begged him, he transferred me to another person than I waited 15’ and they took another person who come after me. After I asked, he said I am a next person than they again called 3 more persons who comes after me.Finally I came to talked with that guy and he checked out for me and he gave me the creepy broken case for RAYBAN glasses. It took me 45’ for bUying a frame without insurance.I can’t believe the shop still have customers with this service. This worth 0 star instead of 1 star.

I walked in for my appointment and there were so many employees without masks on, I asked do you all not wear masks and was told it is optional. Sadly it is not optional for me I have Lupus and wasnt willing to have someone in my breathing space without one on. Very sad, I have come to this place for years. Thank you for the years of helping me and my family with our glasses but there are way too many other places that are being cautious for the safety of their patients.

Simple words. Just go to EyeMart. Overpriced glass frames for some cheap frames that couldn’t even last 1 month. Paid over 250 just so they can start falling apart 1 month later. Had some lenses for 3 years from eyemart and never had an issue with them. Doctor was nice! I give them that but other than that, bring your own frames cause theirs suck!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The employees were incredibly unprofessional and rude. I ordered glasses from them when they had my prescription on file and they told me in store that it would be a couple of hours. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have glasses. I have called over 4 times and every time the person answers and has been extremely rude and has not given me a date for when my glasses are expected to be ready. If I could leave a -5 star rating, I would.

Dr. Zoellner is one of the most professional Optomitrist in Tulsa. He insures that his staff is highly trained, courteous and pleasant. The atmosphere is very relaxed and no pressure or high end selling tactics. His staff works with clients to give them the best deals possible for any budget.I highly recommend this establishment for quality eye care above and beyond all others in Oklahoma. I rated them 5 stars with an A+++ rating.

Worst place ever. Dont waste your time or money with these guys. Friendly, yes but the craftsmanship is terrible. My glasses still are right after two trips. Lenses cut uneven and they were unable to seat them in the frames correctly so theres a gap between the frame and the lenses. Contacts are ridiculous at best. After several trips (guessing the right script & brand) we found the correct contact prescription which worked awesome. When I called to order a 6 month supply I found out the tech didnt even enter the script in my chart. So the guessing of which script and brand has started again and still isnt right. Literally hours of my time and hundreds of dollars wasted. Will not be back.

Was a great place to get glasses, and went there for years. But found out Dr Zoellner is co-leading an antimask group in Tulsa that pushes unscientific evidence about mask wearing. Cant support someone in healthcare who peddles ignorance like that. Lost my business in the future.

Ordered my husbands glasses Dec 28. Jan 13 still don’t have them. Called early in the day to check on them and I was put through to another dept which gave me a recording instructing me to leave a message which I did. No one ever called me back. Mid-afternoon called again and was put on hold for over 16 minutes with no one ever coming back on the line. Hung up. Drove there after work and was told the glasses weren’t in yet. Ok fine. I asked for a manager so I could express my frustration with their lack of customer service! Waited waited waited. A tech comes out and yells my husbands name. She had glasses in her hand. I turn to her and said “I was just told the glasses weren’t here yet”. Right then the manager appears and I tell her what has taken place and that oh I ask for a manager and suddenly the glasses are here. Worst experience ever. Will never go back there. Terrible customer service.

Yea, I’m in the building right now and each and every time I’ve visited (3 times now, based off the one appointment I made days ago, I have been greeted in the same snooty high pitched nasally voice, and seen by know-it-all optometrists who get your prescriptions wrong. The people here all have the same general vibe when it comes to how they talk to their guests. Idk I never write reviews and I am just so annoyed I feel compelled to write one.
