Nice doctor and staff

Dr. Cheatham takes the time to explain things and does a good eye exam. Alexis was excellent in helping me pick out new frames. She did not rush me and I was able to find what I wanted. This a good place to go if you want a good eye doctor and a willing to help staff.

Been here twice: Last year I saw the doctor and he was really the only one I’d dealt with because most of the medical staff was off for the day he was very patient and kind and helped me figure out my contacts and made sure I understood things before I left which is why I wanted to come back this year to the same doctor for this year’s vision test and I need another pair of glasses. I ran into some trouble today the Morning of my appointment where I can’t locate my drivers license so I called them a few times to see if this would be okay and tell them it might cause me to run late. They told me ten minutes or I had to reschedule which seems odd as most doctors I’ve ever had this problem with allow 15. I was coming all the way from Skiatook and rushed and called and told them I’d be 10 mins late because that’s what my gps said; well it took me to the wrong place and I ended up 5 minutes from Tulsa vision clinic at 12:10. My friend is already there waiting for me who was going to help me pick out glasses and she goes to the front desk and tells them. They called me back while I was driving at 12:13 when I was literally a block away to tell me I have to reschedule. I wasted 10 bucks in gas going back and forth for literally no reason as they refuse to see me today. I will not be making another appointment and the office staff is to blame. I liked the doctor a lot but the lack of customer service and any sort of cooperation during this mishap has made me so angry and feel insulted that I will just find an eye doctor closer since it takes me 40 minutes to get to this doctor anyway and isn’t worth the effort if I’m going to be treated this way. If you hope to keep loyal customers considering there are endless competitors in eye care: you’re going to have to hire more friendly and helpful people. I take responsibility for being late and really thought I could make it or I wouldn’t have tried and now this has taken nearly two hours out of my rare days off just to have my time wasted. Wish this had gone differently as I am a very loyal customer when I feel that the staff is amicable and fair but I found this to not be the case today.

Dr. Cheatham actually takes the time to listen to the patient and doesnt rush through the vision test, he takes the time to get an accurate test, doesnt rush through the lens changes, I love that! The staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, truly first rate folks here!!

Visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Cheatham explained my exam to me in detail. The staff helped with my choice of glasses. I will most definitely make Tulsa Vision Clinic my home for eye care.

Dr. Cheatham is the best in town. I was so glad to have found his office- his staff is professional and he found the perfect contacts for my needs. My eyes are sensitive and he was very patient while we tried out different ones. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Cheatham as long as Im in Tulsa!
