This staff has always been very pleasant and helpful! I’ve been doing business with them many many years before they were at this location, even. They are not pushy and have a great eye for what looks good in the way of glasses. They are great with sending reminder texts on appointments as well!

The minute you walk in, there are smiling faces greeting you and helping you out. The Dr was awesome thorough and just really nice.

A+ all around. After seeing a few recommendations on Nextdoor, the wife and I decided to give this place a try. First off, the people were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vincent gave me the most thorough eye exam I have had in years.The office was very clean and they even sanitized the pens we used to fill out the forms. Everyone was masked up and I felt very safe while there.We have found our new eye doctor because we will be definitely going back!!

They were great took an hour & left with glasses he told me I needed bifocal but I said no, should have listened to him ! Very friendly

My wife and I have enjoyed going there for years but this morning went in and the staff, including the doctor, were not wearing masks. They were close together in one place. They only wear masks when with patients. Safety is super big deal for us, so we left. It seemed incredible to me that my work office is more medically careful than a doctors office. Sorry to post this but I think some will want to know.

Courteous, thorough, and fair. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. I really appreciated that. Even though my eye prescription had not changed by much the doctor suggested that unless I wanted new frames I would be fine with the ones I currently have for another year.

My grandson has been going here for a few years, and everyone is so nice. They answer any questions we might have, and do their best to make sure we are taken care of! We love it here!

Dr. Vincent is the best Optometrist I have ever been to. He is so patient and takes his time to make sure my prescription is exact and my contacts are perfect for me. I have a very tough prescription but it doesnt scare Dr. Vincent! He is experienced, professional and kind.

Today I went in, and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was the doctor asking me multiple times if I was texting the my guest that I had with me he also stated to me that I looked like I was going rob the place with my WHITE N95 mask on. I am utterly disgusted. When I asked the woman that helped me pick out glasses of I looked like I was going to rob the place she says absolutely not, then defended him stating that he didn’t mean it that way.

Dr. Vincent is the best! He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, a good listener, and the staff is just as good. My experiences there have all been positive.

My phone call was answered by a very friendly lady, that got me worked in the same day. When I arrived, the office staff was very friendly, and my wait was very short. The Dr was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The lady on the glasses side was very knowledgeable of their products, and helped me find a pair that looked good and were comfortable. The entire office is very clean and comfortable. This was my first visit to an eye Dr, but I will definitely use them from now on.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They didnt have frames I really liked so they ordered them and held them in the office for a few weeks until I was able to get in and try them. They were perfect! The cost was less than initially estimated, I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them to all my friends and family

I was a new patient presenting for my first appointment with Eyesplus in November 2019. I was impressed by the clean, new facility and friendly staff as I walked in the front door and checked-in. The medical staff provided me with an expeditious, clinically competent and professional eye exam. They did not pressure me to purchase contacts or eyeglasses from them - which I appreciated. I would give Dr. Vincent and his team AAAA++++.

Ive worn no line progressive lenses for 6 years now. Until now, Ive not been happy with any of my lens RX. They always were a bit off. Once it really was the labs fault. I dont like walking out with new glasses to realize you need to go back for a reck. At Dr. VINCENT I was so pleased with their staff, the Drs manner and kindness and what impressed me was his way of explaining what was wrong with how I was seeing IN MY Old glasses. He Quickly Tweaked WHAT I Needed. His experience really shows in his through exam. And you dont pay for extras you dont need. I am confident I wont be switching again to try another optician.

Very unprofessional experience...

Im very satisfied with my experience here! Ive previous been to Optometrist who give exams, make you buy glasses/contacts and then send you on your way. Part of the checkup here includes a follow-up to make sure youre happy with what was prescribed. After my first visit the contact that I received for my right eye was slightly off and was bothering me but on the follow up visit Dr. Vincent did a thorough job of correcting the problem and now I have no issues. Contacts are ordered directly through the office at the same prices, if not cheaper, than what you would receive through 1-800 Contacts, which was what I previously used. The staff was very friendly and remembered me on my follow up visit and when I came to pick up my order. Highly recommended!

Dr. Vincent was very thorough in examining my eyes and fitting my contact lenses. Ive been wearing contact lenses for over 15 years and this is the first time I can see without the fuzziness typically associated with contact lenses. Dr. Vincent also has a kind staff who has been trained very well. I give my highest recommendation!

Very professional and excellent service. Everyone at Eyes Plus were so nice, and the midtown location is so nice.

Doctor was dismissive and brushed me off that there was a problem with either my eyes or my contacts. Prescribed new lenses and sent me on my way. A month or so later when I was still having problems, still couldnt wear contact lenses, he spent about 30 seconds looking at my eyes and told me again nothing was wrong.Went to a different Optometrist. She spent a while with different dyes and lights looking at my eyes, told me my eyes were so inflamed she couldnt actually see what the problem was, but my tears were not normal and evaporated after less than 3 seconds. She prescribed some anti-inflammatory meds and hot compresses and a re-check in a month. At the re-check with things remarkably improved but still with eye irritation due to my contacts she realized the problem is that Im allergic to my contacts lenses and switched to a different brand. Problem solved.So I have a years supply of unopened contact lenses I cant wear because the doctor here just wouldnt take a minute and listen to me.

Worst money hungry eye doctor I’ve come across. Brought daughter in for eye examine. Refused to give me contact prescription with out first buying some of theirs(that they didn’t even have in stock). Then proceeded to cuss me out. Only go if you don’t care about your money, that’s all they care about and will try to force you in to their retail business

This is a very great place to go for eye care not just for yourself but also for your family. They have a great selection of frames and they have the capability of making their lenses right there in store.

I am always skeptical about going to a new eye dr. But now that I have found this place I will go no where else!!! Dr Vincent confirmed that I didnt have glaucoma!!!! And I have been told that I do have it for over 10 years now!! I will go no where else but here as long as I live in Tulsa!! The staff here are amazing! And no hidden fees or anything like that it was exactly how much they told me. If your looking for a good eye dr this is the place!!!!!Update while I was there on Wednesday for my apt I picked out my glasses and they told me 1-2 days and they will be ready so on day 2 around noon I called them just for a update she told me they would be ready at 3 that day well since I go to work at 3 I explained that and picked up my glasses at 230 so I didnt have to go Thur another night of a headache!!! This place is amazing from dr Vincent which thanked me for this review when I went to pick up my glasses to all the staff that works there!!!! I will be seeing you guys next year! And many more years after that!!!!!still just as happy with them now as I was the first time I went!
