Quick and virtual. I had never had an eye exam done virtually but it went really well and my prescription is so accurate! While picking my glasses, Emily was kind, patient, and didn’t rush me in the slightest. She had amazing character and was very personable. No wonder she was recently promoted! Absolutely crazy warranty on lenses. I purchased two pair of glasses less than a year ago. One pair has multiple cracks around the edge of the lenses. I paid $397 for the two pair. I went to Stanton today to inquire if they were under warranty and was told that they were. I was then informed that my cost was $120 to get the lenses. She then went on to explain that the lenses were $600 and I had to pay 20% of that cost. When I stated that the lenses I purchased werent $600 she then explained that I have to pay 20% of the full retail price without any discounts thus my fee of $120. This is absolutely crazy. I would have no issue if they charged 20% of what I paid...but 20% of their rack rate which no one pays is downright wrong. What a poor policy for customers with legitimate issues with the quality of the product. Take your business elsewhere as this is no way to generate repeat customers.

EMILYYYYY!!! Babyyyy, this was the ABSOLUTE BEST service I’ve ever gotten going literally anywhere. Emily made my experience so comfortable. She didn’t make me feel pressured to buy more than I wanted. She immediately told me about the payment plan. She walked me through everything. Told me what she did and didn’t like. I left there feeling confident not only in myself but also in my choices. She was an absolute blessing to work with. She gave the best discounts and worked through everything with me. They accept walk ins and all the ladies who assisted us were amazing. The entire process was easy and quick. To be able to walk in there with no insurance and get an eye exam and two pairs of glasses for 59.95 is super awesome!! Dacia Gray was a huge help. So nice and does her job well.

Came in to get my eyes checked for new contacts. Emily called to confirm my appointment and also give me additional info and deals on contact packages. Came in and was greeted nicely and went over additional details about the exam in full because of covid. Did the exam and was offered many choices for what was needed and wasn’t pushed into a certain direction like many other places. Emily was extremely knowledgeable, kind and sincere in helping what would be best for me. I will be coming back and getting some additional glasses in the future from Emily.

This past Saturday I was in need of replacement glasses as mine broke. It was late but the office was able to get me in and Emily helped me out so much with getting me a pair of glasses that I liked and was able to get them done for me the next day. She did an amazing job and I’m definitely going back to see her.

Emily is amazing! When we went in for our eye exam, we were skeptical. Then the machine that took the pictures wouldn’t upload and they said we’d have to come back. But the refractionists were good. There was a confusing phone call telling us we had to come back in for the pictures of our eyes if we wanted our prescriptions (which to be honest, we were frustrated by it all and were just going to get our prescriptions and order online).We came back to finish up on another day to find our prescriptions were in the system and we didn’t need new pictures of our eyes taken. Still frustrated, we went over to check it out with the frames we had picked out but couldn’t order. Emily was awesome. She talked to us, guided us, helped us find the right fit, so we did order through them. She definitely saved the sell. Can’t wait to get our glasses in. Thank you Emily!

Great staff! Came in with my daughter this afternoon and they said her glasses would take 7-14 days. No problem but they went above and beyond! Her current glasses were broken and they popped her old lenses in a new pair of frames at no cost so she didnt have to walk around with broken glasses. Chadwick Warren and the store manager are so sweet and helpful! Thank you for the help!

Haven’t received my daughters glasses yet but overall visit was good staff was very nice. As long as glasses are a good match on prescription once we receive them then all is good. Basically did a walk in last minute and got in. Great staff!

Very polite staff. The nurse helped me understand what was going on when checking my eyes and very nice. The virtual exam was easy and made me feel safe. I also got two pairs out of three of my glasses right away and am very happy with my experience.

Well first things first their optometrist quit and I had to take my mom who is also deaf to a Virtual Eye exam which I was not too pleased with, the only good experience I had was with the lady who fit my moms glasses she was very nice and seemed genuinely to care about my mothers needs.. Her name is Emily. She should be the highest paid employee there. Even IF she WAS just putting that persona on for customer service she was able to make my experience a good one.UPDATE.. after several days of blurriness decided to go back to Stanton for a recheck with an alternate remote optometrist waiting for new prescription to come in. Will give a final update when new glasses are obtained.. so far so good... Emily as usual was fantastic she really should just be running that store.

Dacia was amazing I came in today because I broke my frames. She was super professional friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process of getting new frames and was very detailed in explaining the process. Making what I assumed would be a nightmare a very enjoyable experience. The exam is quick and the guy from the front desk (sorry I don’t remember your name!) explained everything very well and was more than happy to answer my questions. The worst service for glasses I’ve ever encountered. The first pair was sent in and it wasn’t even my prescription so we sent them back our changed frames because those ones worked not fit me. And then the new ones came in and they fell off my face they were hearing them etc. so he transferred the lenses to the pair in display which fit. The thing is wrong color although they swear it’s green. It is not. And the prescription is still a bit off. The new frames were $30 cheaper but nobody has said a word about that. The worst. In will never come back there nor will I ever recommend it. You would think for $500 ( and I supposedly saved $324) I would have gotten the $30 back and a discount dot all my troubles.

This was my and my husbands first time visiting them. There were some computer issues with our insurance but Emily worked hard to fix things up then helped my husband pick the perfect frames and lenses. In addition, we have never had such a great price for glasses before! We paid less for two pairs than we used to pay at our last place for one pair. You must go check this place out for the selection, prices, and service.

We have had the absolute worst service with this location. We live a hour away and Our first appointment was cancelled with 0 notification because the doctor wasnt in. We was given a new appointment two weeks later where we found out its a Virtual doctor and we were lied to. Wasted our time and our money getting there the first time but went ahead and gave the location a chance to make it right. The trial pair of contacts we ordered was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days(another lie) and here we are WEEKS out. If the staff wouldve been Honest.. we wouldve taken our business else where because Every Single Person Needs to be able to see and YOUR business deceived us Twice. Horrible Management. Horrible.

I went to Stanton Optical in Tulsa for an Eye Exam and Glasses. The doctor was not even present and had to do the Exam over video. Received my prescription and had to wait about one week for my glasses. That was not bad and thought it was pretty quick. However, when my glasses arrived I went to pick up and they just handed them to me and see you are good to go. They did not fit them or adjust them to my face. They do not fit properly and the prescription is no where close as I cannot hardly see with the glasses. Very blurry and distorted. Gave me headaches. I called and they said I have 30 day warranty to come back and get a new prescription. That is great if I had the time to do so since since I am on call 24/7 in an emergency medical field and it is very had to schedule an appointment when on call 24/7. Nice place, nice people but still Covid scared with doctor not being present and doing an exam by video. Prices were reasonable but if prescription is not correct, price doesnt matter.

While the options for frames were awesome the customer service needs major improvement. I got my eye exam 2 weeks ago and went in today to pick up my glasses. I sat waiting for someone to acknowledge me for over 30 minutes. It wasn’t until another customer and I were speaking, where we could be heard, did anybody help us. From that point it was quick. Improve that aspect and then we’ll talk about a 5 star rating 🙂

Had an appointment schedule for eyecontacts prescription, got charge for it. Waited for 2 hours just for them to tell me that the only prescription theu had was for regular eye glasses that i needed to wait for they dont know how long to get the prescription for contacts

Doc in the box I feel is not really good thorough exam. The people that worked there were not very helpful with the selection of frames. When I picked my glasses up I was given them in a cheap orange box. They wasnt interested in seeing if the glasses fit good or if I was happy. Just sat on counter and said have a nice day. I got home and one pair doesnt fit very well. Sleeves are short. Wont go back and dont recommend to anyone else. Ill try Eye Mart express next time!

I normally hate going to get glasses or to the eye doctor but I am so pleased with Stanton Optical! I looked for a place near me but could find one, so I made the hour drive to Tulsa. So when I first got there, the patient coordinator was amazing, and made sure everything was sanitized and actually talked to me. After my eye exam, I went to go pick my frames. Emily came over and told me if I need help or and opinion to let her know and to take my time. She was so friendly and very bubbly. She made sure that I got my glasses that day well at least one because they have deal going on. I am very pleased and would recommend going here!! The only downside is their call center, I tried calling multiple times and kept getting hung up on.

I brought my aunt to her appointment at Stanton on 71st and Sheridan and was impressed! I thought it would take forever and be expensive since its a newer location but we were in and out and the prices and deals are very affordable. Thank you for giving us good service!

I had recently went floating and lost my glasses. I was so disappointed but then I googled a good place and Stanton Optical on Sheridan in Tulsa turned out to be amazing. They gave me an eye exam and I got 2 frames, one sunglasses when in reality I had one pair for 3 years! Everyone was so accommodating, especially Emily in the glasses department. She was a rockstar. Definitely worth it, even if it was a little pricey and I say pricey like not even pricey!! I’m excited to see again. I miss my 4 eyes 🤓

I love this place. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful. I like being able to just “walk-in.” The cost of the glasses are great especially when my kids tend to lose their glasses. I can buy 2 pairs at a time, so we always have a backup. Chad is super attentive and helps take care of all the details. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my children. We will continue to use Stanton optical.

Brenda I believe was her name. I ran out of contacts, didnt have glasses, but my prescription was 2y old. I have been in and out of pregnancy over the years so it just hit right where I couldnt get a new one because of the pregnancy hormones. She was so sweet and gave me a few trials to get me through the last 2w of pregnancy and the first few weeks of Postpartum.. my life was flipped upside down so she has no idea how much this truly meant to me. We were in and out. Our appointments were at 11 am. We had very efficient eye exams. They were super helpful when we were picking out frames. My friend had to have bifocals so he will have to wait a few days for his glasses, but mine were going to be ready within the hour. Emily was great at explaining everything and making sure we were happy with our experience. We had Smittys across the street. Came back and my glasses were ready. It was 12:28 when we left there. They say they’ll give you a trial pair with your eye exam and that’s true but they don’t tell you that they hardly have any in store and they have no color options to use as a trial. What’s the point of getting a trial pair if it’s the not the kind that you would ever want to wear. Had to wait forever and then got a trial pair of some contacts that are not even a brand I would wear but it’s literally the only ones they had and I called earlier in the day to check and they did not tell me they said that they had plenty of options available. They were super slow and rude. The person that is helping with the exams because it’s online, he was polite and answered my questions. That’s about it though. Definitely recommend that you see someone else

I had an appointment today and there were some casualties on my part. The employees were so patient and friendly with me! And they were just so welcoming. The first thing i got when i walked in was a compliment. Which means a lot in my opinion.I specifically love Emily. She was so upbeat and nice, super fun to talk to and by the end of the appointment it felt like she really was a friend i was just hanging out with! Staff was friendly and attended me on time.They were not in network for my insurance but they gave me discount which made my glasses cost me same as it would with insurance. I ordered a new pair of glasses and had a minor repair on my old pair. They fixed my old glasses on the spot and didnt charge a penny.I would definitely recommend them .

Very good budget wise.I got glasses here 3 years ago. They are still kicking.However. If you want in and out timely service....this is not the place.I got an eye exam this time. The doctor was remote/on a TV.Staff was very polite. My apt time was not met however, i had to wait.On the shopping side, staff is almost non existent.They are moderately friendly. Possibly just over worked. No one was able to take breaks the day I was there.Cost for glasses is very deceptive. Do not pay attention to the advertisements or dealsStill, 2 glasses with the blue premium coating and lense warranty for both and an eye exam for just over 300$ ( I did not pick cheap glasses. There are cheaper ones. And cheaper lense options)

I havent been into the store nor have I bought or plan to buy from them now. I called the store about a question, and Carlos picked up, couldnt answer my question and said that he be would transfer me to the drs. line but instead hung up the call.

Walk in no appointment and was booked for two hours later.. the system crashed and the employees helped assure everyone that they would still be seen. The staff in the glasses side was helpful and funny. Great atmosphere but do go expecting 10-20 min trip and if thats what you need book an appointment ahead of time.

I don’t *love* that the exams are remote, but the price for the exam cannot be beat and the staff are all friendly and polite. Great atmosphere, everyone I spoke to managed to be fun but professional. Emily in particular helped me out and was friendly, funny, easy to talk with, and beyond patient with me being indecisive and having an enormous “maybe” pile to narrow down. It was not a fast in and out experience, but for me that’s a pro because I didn’t feel rushed even though I was the last customer of the day. I had intended to get the 2 for $59, but I ended up getting some more attractive frames and better lenses because my prescription is far from weak and even though I spent 8x more than I walked in planning on I still feel really good about the experience and glasses I chose. Emily was great about offering and explaining the add ons/upgrades that would be beneficial for my eyes and lifestyle without being pushy, and helped find all the discounts she could for my purchase. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need to get my eyes checked or new glasses; give Emily a raise because it’s her going above and beyond that’s made me not want to go anywhere else.

Verna was helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile, knowledgeable information about the lenses and also enough freedom and time to look at glasses on my own. Super helpful and quick experience.

Went for a recheck that Stanton insisted on. They couldn’t get me in until the next month, because I they insisted I see an in person optometrist. I said I would schedule later. (I was quarantining with my parents at their retirement home.) 7 months later, I spoke to 3 reps, talked about the January original date, and there was no problem. Went to Stanton, where they were explained the situation, and they made an appointment. Today, at my scheduled appointment, they said I would have to pay again. By their policy, I only had 30 days to rescheduled. The first appointment offered was more than 30 days out. And I had never been told about the 30 policy. I give Stanton 0 stars. I have gone to them twice. Both times my prescription glasses were incorrect.

I was worried what service I would get for a $59 eye exam. The level of service with a telemedicine was over the top! I worked with a girl named Danielle who was so sweet . Then when they took me to pick my glasses the store manager Dacia took care of me. She was honest if something looked good. This store was very busy but felt like they did an amazing job handling the amount of traffic. I will definitely be back to get more glasses!

I had a great experience. My exam went smoothly with my booked appointment. Then to pick my glasses I had Emily help me and she was awesome. She let me know my options for lenses, she answered all my questions, and she was very helpful. I’ll get my glasses 7-14 days and I couldn’t be more excited. I also saved over $200 and I only paid $140 out of pocket for the glasses with a (under) $60 eye exam. Which I consider pretty decent compared to my other experiences.

I went for an eye exam and it was essentially treated as a telemedicine appointment due to pandemic restrictions. No problems or issues there. I also needed to get new lenses and frames. They are nice and caring and take the time to listen to me and at the same time teach me. And I was so impressed when manager Amber actually gave us and others her personal number in case we needed anything. I actually texted her on her day off and she actually got back with me and helped me on her day off! I will recommend her to everyone I know
