A pair of $60 glasses will cost you $151+ after lens and doesn’t even come with anti glare. That cost an additional $89…. This place is a absolute rip off unless you need them same day like I did. Anti reflective lens with the anti scratch and uv protection coating is $30 total online on a site like eyebuydirect (not $170 extra). If you have the time, buy online.

They were the most friendliest staff! Very helpful and because so late they couldnt get my glasses done. They shipped them Monday to me after they made them and I had them by Tuesday morning!!! 71st and Sheridan you are GREAT!

Just had the most wonderful experience at Eyemart Express @ 71st and Sheridan, Tulsa, Ok. Jonathan & staff were most helpful showing me all the different frames and features I was interested in. The process was seamless, my totals and everything I had was on a screen right at the table. What made this 5 star for me was the fact that both pair of my glasses were actually done before I even left the store. Jonathan also repaired my old sunglasses for no additional charge. This is old school customer service at its finest. 11 minutes to complete these glasses. Amazing!

I went there because I wanted my glasses that day. Similar glasses are much much cheaper online. I was told they didnt have my glasses in stock and it would take a week. Its been a week this Saturday and I called. They said my glasses would not be in till next Thursday. If I had known it would take 2 weeks I would have ordered them online and saved myself hundreds of dollars.

My wife recently went to the Eyemart Express at 71st and Sheridan with a pair of frames and lenses that she had purchased there a couple of years ago. She was wanting to have one lens replaced with a new prescription she had. She gave the clerk who waited on her the frames and her request and the clerk went into the back and came out shortly saying that the back office people said the frames needed to be replaced and showed her the bow on one side of the frame was loose and about to come off. The clerk then said I can show you frames. My wife said no thanks and left. When she came home and told me of her experience I took her frames and with about two turns of the screw tightened the bow and the frames are fine. Blatant attempt to up sell on something that required minimal, and I mean minimal, adjusting. They will never get our business again.

I bought two pairs of regular glasses and one pair of sunglasses. They were all finished within 25 minutes and they were accurate first shot! Also an associate saved me some money from an error he caught made by the computer. (I don’t remember his name but he had pretty long blonde hair) They seem to have great staff. Good prices good selection low wait without an appointment, had to order my lenses special because my prescription is weird. I’m used to that, they said about a week, took about a week. Everything was correct when it came in and they offer free adjustments.

These guys and gals are the absolute best! I purchased some matte black flat lens frame glasses 4 years ago from them. Havent been able to find that exact style since. Fast and pretty accurate with the script they are given.Like all eye glass places, you have to add on everything from lens type or protection. It would be nice if they were up front about what the total cost for a good pair of glasses actually cost.

I had a great experience getting glasses. I previously went to 3 other eye glass stores and no one compared to Eyemart. A friendly associate asked me what I needed and instructed me to look at glasses. Another associate came up to me and discussed all the options I had to get glasses. The gentlemen asked what I needed and sat down with me and explained everything in detail. I told him what I wanted and he showed me exactly what insurance would cover. Their frames are in style compared to other stores who still have a lot of out of date frames. That was a big plus for me. When I was done picking my frames they worked on them right away and 30 minutes later I had my new glasses! I will be bringing my family here when ever we need glasses and definitely recommend them to anyone needing glasses.

I went to Eyemart Express at 71st and Sheridan. When I walked in someone said welcome and then they left me alone as I looked around for the perfect frames. I found the 2 frames I wanted and sat down at one of the tables then someone sat with me to help me.He was very professional and answered all my questions.I really appreciated their approach, allowing me to relax and browse.At other places I felt rushed and always ended up with one pair I like and one pair I didnt like.

I needed glasses immediately as I had broken my only pair. Employees helped me find an eye doctor who would take walk-ins as the doctor next door was out for the day. Got the prescription to them an hour before they closed and they had it completed on time and perfectly. I can see!!

I usually go to Eyemart Express to get my glasses and have always been happy.A new glass retailer opened across the street so I thought I would check them out but their glass selection was poor for the size I needed and I felt hurried and pushed to make a decision. I was also told several different specials but every time I asked a question the special criteria changed!I went back to Eyemart Express and the atmosphere was calm, I was greeted not pounced on, and I was able to get some frames I really liked! They made both pairs (one of which was sunglasses ) in 37 minutes!

My mom has never got her glasses less than 3 weeks. She could not believe the price or time involved. I said it will be $76 plus tax. She said how much for the lenses. I told her $76 plus tax total. So for $83 she got 2 pair of glasses, that she loves, in 28 minutes. Unbelievable but believe it.

If I could award a zero star, I would. The worst visit to get glasses was here at Eyemart Express @ 71st and Sheridan. Ive fill my Rx there before and got great deals on frames with excellent service. BUT, this time around I left with regret!!!!!!! The staff was lazy and unpleasant. They seem bothered by customers. They did not greet customers, and had people waiting forever!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to go there. I have never been more disappointed as I was when I visited this place. The frames were way too expensive for the quality we received.The 2 females that work at the front, should be in a dungeon serving rats, because they have NO people skills. NONE!!!!!!I now have buyers remorse and wish I had never gone there to begin with. Horrible service!! Absolutely Horrible!!!

This Eyemart Express has super friendly and helpful employees. They repaired my broken glasses, put new lenses in the frames that I loved when my prescription changed, and were able to get me my new lenses overnight! Other places that sell glasses kept saying, No, we cant do this or that or wanted me to have a new eye exam before taking my year old prescription or buy new glasses instead of fixing my old ones. These guys had better prices, were faster, and more helpful than anywhere else I went. I dont think you can go wrong here.

We havent gotten the glasses yet, but our experience in ordering them was extremely pleasant. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. She didnt try to rush us or talk us into ordering things we did not need. I have gotten lots of glasses, but have never had staff make it so easy. The cost was about half as much as the last pair I got. Assuming the glasses themselves are fine, I have just become a long-term Eyemart customer.
