I came in as a walk in and the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. Paige helped me and was super patient when I was choosing my new frames. They have great prices and specials and are great at explaining all your options. I would recommend to anyone!!

I will never be returning to any of these stores, even though Ive been getting glasses here since I was 10. There was only one associate in the store and it took her multiple tries to find my insurance in the system. The night before I went in, I printed off my vision insurance card and made sure that location covered me like it always has. The associate tried telling me that the card I had wasn’t for vision (even though it had VISION INSURANCE printed on it) and then after multiple tries she finally found me… but told me I would only be covered for an eye exam which makes absolutely no sense. She was rude and abrasive with me because I asked her to keep trying. I finally left and went around the corner to Zoellner’s and they found me within 2 minutes. Will be writing a 5 star review on their page and highly recommend them over this place any day. You’ve lost a long time customer, and I see from some poor reviews that this isn’t the first time you’ve been told to fix your customer service.

The service in this store needs some work for sure! I understand that we are in a time of pandemic but when the employees literally treat you like you are diseased as you try to enter the store it is very off putting. The company should provide training to ensure employees know how to handle themselves in these troubled times. Also found it irritating that when I had to get glasses remade due to a change in prescription I tried to add on an extra coating and was told I could no longer use insurance but need to pay full price, though I realize employees can’t help company policy. All in all I was pleased with the selection but found the staff off-putting, though they were never impolite verbally, actions speak louder than words and I never felt welcomed to be there. Updated to add I’m now on my 3rd trip to this store and was told incorrectly that my glasses were ready, called to verify and was told wrong info which caused me to drive over thirty minutes to south Tulsa to pick them up only to be told they “must’ve miscommunicated” and they don’t even have my glasses. I’ve never been so disappointed in a business in my life, and hope all who read this review will think twice before buying glasses here. I came for the frame selection but would’ve been much happier had I simply purchased from Dr. Zoellner. Customer service is everything and this place is lacking it in a majorly disappointing way!

I went into the store after hearing great things to get a pair of lenses and frames.I worked with a lady named Lorinda and she was absolutely amazing. Very Professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The store was clean and spacious.And then a gentleman named Bobby helped finish the transaction and was absolutely delightful. Very funny and friendly as well. It was a very welcoming business.I will be referring people to this store because of my interaction.

What a great experience! I absolutely love my new glasses & I get compliments everywhere I go. Bobby was wonderful to work with and customer service is top notch! I have sent all my friends there and have received such great feedback from them, as well. I just can’t say enough great things about Visionworks! I highly recommend them if you want to be treated like gold and want to get the best glasses 👓 around town then you must go. So happy I went and will never go anywhere else now 😁

My son and I both got new glasses. As a middle school boy you know you have succeeded when they cant wait to pick them up for school the next day. All staff have been helpful in working out the best deal for us.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, especially Lorinda. She is quick to adjust my glasses, which are great glasses, and brings joy to her job.A year later, and Lorinda and her fantastic assistant manager Ashwini are still the best! Love my glasses!Update: Its Covid 2020 and I love this store!Its so clean, they require a mask, take your temperature, and after you try on glasses, you put them in a box to be sanitized before they go back on display. Brilliant!I always seem to pick frames that are too big for my face, that would affect my vision. Lorinda and Ashwini were so nice and helped me pick the perfect pair with anti glare. Love this feature for night driving.Their customer service is wonderful and they helped me last year. Im impressed with a low turnover rate. It says something about the employees and the company.Ill be back again in 2021!

Wow! What a great experience. I just happened by the store from out of town. I ended up having my eyes tested and just picked up new clear glasses and new sunglasses for less than what I was looking at paying back home. 😊 Ashwini was super to work with both visits. I’ll be back and I’m telling all my friends!

The man who assisted me had 10+ years experience and knew what was going on. My insurance qualified but was outside the system. He contacted carrier and had the coverage faxed to us while we waited. He then explained the coverage and we placed the order. Great support and service!

Fantastic experience. I broke my prescription sunglasses, so I bought new frames. I needed the lenses transferred to the new one. I walked in and the friendly staff swapped the lenses over free of charge. A+!

I’ve always been given great customer service by any member of staff that works there. The prices are probably the cheapest in town so I honestly don’t go anywhere else!
