Really bad experience. First time getting my eyes checked in 15 years and I walked out not knowing if/when I need glasses and was then very overwhelmed walking into a glasses store. The front office staff was confused about my insurance and claimed it would cost more to bill insurance than pay upfront out-of-pocket for the exam. After the exam I had no direction, no explanation on how to read my prescription, felt very unimportant to them. Especially when Dr. Devany Dougherty had already put on her coat to head out to lunch before I had my prescription printed. For a $99 exam, you should get better service. Go somewhere else with your money - you’ll probably get better care at a better price.

My husband was needing new contacts and we referred to perini eye Care. They offered us a great rate,the receptionists were beyond helpful and they got us in same day! We will definitely be back.

I called with an eye emergency at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, knowing that the office closed at 2pm and hoping the doctor could squeeze me in. I was in luck - I was able to get there and see the doctor immediately, and she quickly took care of my eye. The staff was polite and professional and everyone wore masks correctly. I will happily go back to Perini for any future eyecare needs.

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and they were able to get us in immediately!! Great service and great environment!!

Clinic will say they have walk ins available but they take longer then I have ever seen per patient and be ready to wait 3-4 hours. They closed walk ins less than 30 minutes into their their two hour walk in time frame. Also twice the price of Stanton optical across the street that saw us 30 minutes after we walked out of here. Think they would be able to have the staff to keep up. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Stanton and pay 50$ for your exam then go to eye mart and get glasses same day. There is literally no benefit whatsoever to using this clinic.I get it walks in aren’t guaranteed but I communicated before the wait that I needed to get a prescription in time to get glasses next store because I couldn’t work without them and they didn’t even communicate when it was realized it was going to be longer than expected. Probably going to miss getting glasses today because of the lack of communication.Update, left here at 1600, went to Stanton left there at 1800 with two pairs of glasses in hand a free eye exam

Have been coming here for years now and I have always had such a pleasant experience with them. I recommend them for all your Eyecare needs. Appointments are easy to get and the wait times aren’t long at all.

Loving Eyecare is such a fitting name for this place. It is the only optometrist office I’ve ever felt comfortable at and felt like they really worked with me to find the right prescription. All of the staff and doctor’s are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Everyone feels like a friend! Truly the best.

When I called I said I would not make an appointment unless they took my insurance, they said they looked it up and the answer was yes. When I arrived in a week I was told they didnt take my insurance and that would be $89. I sat there for 30 minutes while they did some research? And then their answer was the same. The office lies hoping someone with insurance they dont take is desperate enough to pay $89 out of pocket if they have already tricked them into wasting the time. Pathetic. I know the employer makes the office women do this but honestly the job market isnt so bad that employees have to do this - The employees choose to not care about ripping people off. Pathetic... Wait a minute, there are years of glowing reviews for this place on google? Perini is so new here that they dont even have a sign up! These were all reviews for another eye business at this location? What?

I came here because a few of my co workers suggested them. They treated me like any other person over 40, instead of an individual. My wait time to see the person was awhile and then they acted like they had to hurry up and get me out of there, I was the only person. They make you feel like you are a burden on them. They did the same thing the last eye company did and now I have glasses I cant use. Due to my company eye insurance I have to wait a year before I can find someone who will treat me as a person not a cash cow.I would not and will not recommend this company. In fact I will tell everyone how I was treated and hopefully put them out of business.

Dr. Kirkpatrick and all of the staff was amazing. My niece was getting glasses for the first time and they were very friendly and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Kirkpatrick is an excellent doctor and took very good care of us. Would highly recommend Loving Eye Care!

Great place for eyes exam

I am so excited to find this eye care center! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My doctor was great and she was very informative. They were able to get me in the same day and they have a discounted rate for the uninsured! They carry contacts in house and if youre new to contacts, they will teach you everything you need to know.

I made an appointment for my daughter and they got her in really quick like the next day and everyone there was so friendly and it made her experience so much better as she was really scared from when she went to another doctor to get her eyes checked - they let her know what they was doing at all time and another good thing is eye mart is right next door and they had her glasses ready within 30 minutes when they said it takes 1 hour - I would recommend this place to anyone - Dr Ford was the BEST!!!! thank you all for my new experience

Been a patient for 11 years and I absolutely love the doctor and the staff. They are so friendly and caring. Every time I call them to make an appointment or to ask a question, they are professional and make sure that I am doing okay with my contacts. I love the location next to EyeMart Express when I decide to get glasses and contacts. I am always able to see perfectly with their help. Overall, very great place and I will not go to another doctor.

I was able to walk-in without an appointment and they were able to do my eye exam without a long wait. My eye glass prescription was perfect. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome even though I did not preschedule. In addition, I lost my eye glass prescription card and they were very helpful and gave me another one. Great service all the way around.

I moved to Tulsa, in 2005, and needed to find an optometrist, but did not really know where to go. While I was shopping at Reasors one day I happened to glance at the office, and I decided to make an appointment for an eye exam since I had not had my eye checked in awhile. The professionalism of the office staff was amazing, and the doctor was great. I had to go back a couple times to have my contact lens checked, and every time I went in they listened and helped me find a contact lens that was comfortable. I have now found a permanent optometrist that I really like. Thank you for the amazing service.

My mom has been coming to this place since I first got contacts and we have had good and okay experiences. My experience today was very good. I had called a couple days ago to make an appointment. I currently do not have vision insurance so I was very nervous to talk to the workers. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and answered all the questions I had. I was running late and I called to let them know that I was late and again, the workers were very understandable. I went in and they automatically knew who I was. The wait time was very fast and I felt very comfortable. They have WiFi and candy which is a plus! ;) The doctor was also very nice! My mom chose a very good eye doctor place and I will be coming back here for sure!

I have a difficult prescription to fit with contact lenses. Dr. Loving is the only doctor to fit me with lenses that I could actually see well with and were still comfortable (soft torics). His staff is professional and the location of his office is so convenient. I know there are a lot of eye docs in the Tulsa area but I trust Dr. Loving with my eyes and those of my children.

Had a very difficult time doing my exam because the equipment was dirty and I couldnt see though it. When I complained she stuck a dry qtip in and wiggled it around. Asked for a contact exam, but wasnt given one. Had to make them give me one. When my husband called to make the appointment, he said contact exam, and asked if they took my insurance. They said they did, but didnt find out until I was finished and at the checkout that they take my insurance for regular exams, not contact exams. So forcing them to take me back and watch me stick a lens in my eye cost me $70. Very dishonest, and will not be going back.
