I had an issue with the brakes on my car that needed to be addressed immediately, so I made an appointment to have them taken care of at TiresPlus at 10160 Grant Street in Thornton, CO. I didnt schedule the appointment as I thought I had, so when the Manager Katrina looked me up, she didnt find me. She did explain that it could have been a system issue, and said it would take some time to work me in, and was extremely professional and kind. The mechanic who worked on my brakes was James, and just as I was leaving, I thanked him and he gave me the most awesome smile and said to enjoy my day. Another mechanic gave me some water since I had been there the greater part of the day. The whole atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and this will now be the place where I bring my next vehicle for servicing. Thank you so much Katrina, James, and all of the mechanics at Tires Plus

Hands Down the best tire place in Thornton. I went in a week ago because I had a leak in my tire. I first went to discount because that is who I got the tire through and it was still under warranty. (*Side note: I had been using discount for tires for years) Discount would not warranty my tire due to an alignment issue with my car. I started to call other places because I now needed new tires and an Alignment and wanted to get it all done at one place. When I called Tires Plus I had the pleasure of speaking with Katrina who was absolutely amazing. She told me to come in and she would take a look at everything and take care of me. When I got there I was greeted by the Store Assistant Manger Marie she was also incredible. They told me that the wear isnt actually that bad and they would of warrantied the tires for me. I was able to get 2 new tired and an alignment from them it was the best service I have ever had when getting new tires! I will no longer go anywhere else for my tires! Thank you Katrina and Marie for amazing customer service and for helping me get back on the road as quickly as possible!

Told me I had to leave one tire with them until 7pm and that’s after I arrived at 8:15 am. Every other place I’ve been to has been able to get my tire in and out with me waiting no longer than an hour and a half. Horrible customer service and horrible store. The workers are not friendly.

I got a flat and managed to drive to there parking lot and what I thought was going to be a quick and easy fix since it’s in there lot they turned me away said they were to busy.

Made an appointment to have my brakes and my tires replaced due to lack of maintainance on my part. Brought my car in when they opened at 7am, and they informed me that I would only need to have my brakes cleaned and they made the recommendation to clean and not just put the order through and just replace my brakes, saving me hundreds. The morning crew also worked on my car quickly and let me know all the steps they were going through. They worked quickly because I was staying and waiting for my car. Thanks morning crew for working hard so that I wasnt waiting all day for the car to be finished, because I was expecting to be there almost all day. They finished my car at 10am.

I took my car in to get my brakes checked out last month. I drive a Mercedes and was told I needed new front brakes and a new caliper which the caliper alone would cost $600 and they needed to speciality order the part from Mercedes. This quoted me close to $1,000 for just a BASIC front brake job with the caliper.I left and got a second opinion and took my car to Brakes Plus in Superior and they got me new front brakes in an hour and a half and only charged me $470 total including labor and parts for a new PREMIUM front brake kit and I was told I did not need a new caliper! I’m so thankful I got a second opinion elsewhere at an actual brake specialist and was not scammed out of $600 for a new caliper I did not need. Please get a second opinion if you do decide to go to Tires Plus as I feel like they do not know what they’re doing and I feel completely scammed.

Called to schedule alignment + camber work on Sat, Dec 26. I get a call a few days before, informing me I need to reschedule because the alignment guy is off. I say ok, and schedule for 4:30pm Tuesday, Dec 29. I show up on time, and the dude says uhh we dont have you in our system as being scheduled for anything, so Im like ok what happened? They explain it has to be perfect and done by their special man because my truck is wider and somehow harder to work on, and tell me to reschedule AGAIN for a THIRD time for Saturday Jan 2nd at 9am. I ask the dude how can I be sure my truck will be worked on and I wont get called again? They say to me I apologize and I get here at 10am and I will personally make sure its being worked on, and I put in a note in here to have your truck as PRIORITY to be finished FIRST (because you know, its the least they can do after their constant screw up). So I say alright, see you Saturday. Saturday rolls around, I drop off my truck and ask about ETA. A different guy says its scheduled for all day drop off but we should have it done early afternoon. This IS NOT what the other person told me. Being respectful AGAIN, I bit my tongue and said okay. 6 and a half hours later (early afternoon by now), I show up and my truck STILL isnt done!! Like holy cow people what in the world are you doing back there?! The guy was rude to me after I ask why it took 6 hours to drive my truck in and lift it up (it was barely being worked on) and said they worked it in with their schedule. NONE of their employees are on the same page and they throw LIES at their customers!!!****Did I mention when they go back into their shop and are among their coworkers, their masks come off for everyone to see in the lobby through the glass windows with 0% social distancing? Real nice guys.****What an absolute JOKE.Oh yeah make sure you also have your lug key ready to give to them or they will go through your vehicle to find it!!! I forgot to give them mine and they leave your vehicle a mess after going through everything. Super professional people 👏

Weve taken our cars to this Tires Plus location for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They really try to be as accommodating as possible. It is a busy location. Im sure this is due to the high-level of service they provide. Highly recommend!

JERRY AND PATTY have no idea what customer service is. Both are rude and clearly do not care about customers. Patty refused to let me use my coupon and Jerry (store manager) did not care about what I had to say when complaining to him. I will no longer be bringing my car here for service. As a store manager JERRY definitely needs more training in how to interact with his customers. Patty should find a new job that does not involve customer service because her attitude is not acceptable.

Only had to come here because the one in Arvada got shut down after my multiple bad experiences there. Now another bad experience with another Tires Plus yet again.Jerry was kinda rude about having to look at my car again after I called right after leaving the shop. When I jumped on the highway I immediately felt a terrible shaking. Called him up as Im on the highway and asked to come back in immediately. He was like nah Im booked up for the rest of the dayWhen I had just left his empty shop.It honestly was way worse than when I brought it in, and I never had a guy try to say Oh well you should have asked for a wheel balance with your tire rotation because of the shaking.Thanks for the suggestion. Had an appointment at 11 to have 2 new tires put in and a flat fixed. It’s almost 1 and I’m still waiting. Horrible horrible service. Never coming back here. Should have stuck to Discount tire where I usually shop.

Took my car here because i took it to the dealership and they said my alignment was messed up and i needed new tires so i took it here, they failed to tell me my suspension was messed up, and i needed rear and front struts, and a sway bar.

The entire crew was most helpful. They removed two overnighted lug nuts for me at no charge

Came in because our tire has a leak and probably won’t make it til tomorrow and the girl said they would not help us at all. Explained it will be flat in the morning and the girl behind the counter said she didn’t care. Will NEVER come here and will make sure I tell EVERYONE not to come to this horrible place.

My wife and I recently visited as we had a tire side wall problem on our camper. The Tires Plus team promoted that dont carry camper replacement tires, however, they were concerned we had a safety issue and immediately had one of the techs replace the bad tire with our spare. They did not charge us and wouldnt even allow us to tip their tech. We really appreciate their professionalism. Phil and Nancy

This place is always busy but we were lucky to get in because an appointment didnt show up. Patty was helpful and gave us the correct price for wheel alignment compare to a different competitoe store we went to a day before (they jacked up the price and tried to tell us we need to replace tire rod, which we dont).

Daniel was great and very helpful went in to get air in my rear tire and Daniel showed me one of my tpms sensors wasnt working and programed it for me. 5 stars also lobby was very clean and was greated promptly.thanks Daniel Ill be coming here again!

Ive brought my vehicles here in the past and have had good experiences but it has been for minor things (brakes and wheel bearings). When a check engine light had popped up, I took it to them with hopes it would still be a simple fix. They called and let me know my EGR valve needed to be replaced, also that it might not keep the light from coming back on, but the valve was definitely failing and gave me the parts and labor cost. I picked the car up the same day but the next day the light came back on. I returned to see what the next step would be and they made it convenient, asking when would be the best time for me to drop it off. I did. This time there was no call to let me know what the issue was...just a call to tell me it was ready. I was a little nervous knowing that repairs can add up quickly. When I got there it was explained that my canister solenoid also needed to be replaced. I was prepared to spend a little more money for the additional time and parts needed, but to my shock, the invoice amount was voided out for having to return! I didnt use any names because I dont know if I should be sharing this...if this was standard procedure or not, but I am VERY grateful and will be returning when I need repairs in the future.

I have been using this location for a few years now. Up until now, quality of timely service has been great. Im not sure why or what happened but I have been waiting for over an hour for one tire repair. They got my car taken back immediately. Good. So Im no expert (thats why I bring it here) but does it take over an hour to repair one tire? I would seriously hope not. I have NEVER been disappointed coming here until today. They act as if I really dont matter. Maybe because they are not making money off of me. I bought all of my tires here and the extra coverage. So its a free service. I may not come back here. SMH!!!

Ive been going here since 2012 for all my tire related needs whether I bought tires here or had them put ones on that I ordered elsewhere they have always done a good job and provided friendly quick service. I truly like that they dont try to BS you and tell you whats wrong if they find a problem. I always try to recommend them and will continue to have vehicles serviced here when I can. Set up an appointment online on Saturday night. Drive 19 miles on a spare to this location to be turned away. Karen C. had to nerve to tell me she had been too busy to call me and tell me they couldn’t honor my appointment. Why the heck have that service available if you’re not going to honor it?! Never coming here again...

Staff really went above and beyond to get my oil change done. I get out of work late so I have minimal time to get my oil change done. Got there late for my 6 PM appointment and they wound up working past closing to get my oil change done. Had a great experience and greatly appreciate the weekday closing staff.

Been doing my oil changes for last 4 years here and they always do wonderful. They also go above and beyond by topping off my fluids and doing inspection checks on my car and tires. Staff is very friendly and place always gets coupons you can apply online.

Always friendly always good service always there for me when I need them. Long waits but its cuz they are good so just leave your car and let them work. Unfortunately you will have to pay for it. 😁

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Had my engine replaced with the subidoctors in January 2020 and had three oil changes I needed to do in a timely manner. FIrst oil change with subidoctor. Second oil change I would have done myself, but I didnt have the time so I decided I would use this company based on availability and decent google review. After completion, the front desk attendent informed me my car was low on oil... I said that was odd, and that I was going to inform my mechanics at the subidoctor. I fortunately had to bring my subaru into the subidoctor again to get my AC recharged, and asked them to look over my oil situation. ONly 100 miles later after Tires plus oil change, my car was short over half a quart of oil. My mechanics informed me that they most likely did not run the oil into the filter and forgot to top it off afterwards. Rookie mistake!!! Had I not brought my car in to my trusted mechanics, I would have gone another 900 miles until my next oil change and my oil level would have been dratically low and possibly ruined my brand new engine that is on warranty. THIS IS WHY I NEVER USE COMMERCIAL OIL CHANGE PLACES LIKE THIS PLACE. Administration does not look over the techs shoulders enough to make sure they follow protocol and the techs are inexperienced themselves im sure. JUst like valvoline draining all my transmission fluid because they thought it was the oil tank. NEVER USE TIRES PLUS and if you do make sure they top off your oil and dont leave you shorted!! Not to mention they ripped off my timely oil change sticker from my mechanics at subidoctor, luckily my people had an extra copy. Not trying to void my warranty and this company almost caused me to do that, and they would definitely not have taken blame. SHAMEUPDATE: THE COMPANY REPLYING HERE NEVER GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE GONNA DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ON THE REVIEWS, BUT NEVER ACTUALLY DID DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE FROM TIRES PLUS AND I GAVE THEM ALL OF MY INFORMATION. AGAIN THIS PLACE SUCKS AND LOOKS LIKE IT SUCKS ALL THE WAY UP TO CORPORATE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had new brakes and rotors put on. Drove away with a BAD grinding sound that didn’t go away. When I called to get back in a Woman names Patty was exceptionally rude not accommodating to the issues and does not belong in customer service.

Horrible place. Avoid if possible. Went to Tires Plus to have my tired patched due to an awful nail.. The guy at the desk (Jerry) was only concerned with selling me a new tire. I went back to pick my tire up. Tire wasnt attached to my rim and the desk guy wouldnt help me put the tire back in my trunk (I guess you have to spend money to help a girl out). Went down the street and they plugged my tire with no problem, took less than 10 mins and had great customer service. I will never go back to Tires plus. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HEBRON FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE HONEST. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR. COST ME 15 BUCKS- which was also cheaper than Jerrys original $30.00 quote before he tried telling me that my tire was not patchable and my only option was to purchase a new tire.

So my car died in rush hour. Had it towed to Tires plus, who does my oil changes. I was thinking probably just a bad fuel pump or something... Long story short my car needed the engine and turbo replaced. So I told them I have an aftermarket warranty and will probably have to take it to the dealer I purchased it from. Turned out that Tires Plus was able to honor my warranty, and they seemed comfortable taking on the job so, what the heck. I let these guys put a motor and a turbo in my car. My friends thought I was nuts when I told them I was letting a tire shop put a motor and a turbo in my Fiat. It took a little time, but they worked with the warranty company directly and succesfully put a motor in my car.It runs real good so far, despite my hater friends.Thanks*Update:5 months into motor/turbo replacement and its still running great. 50 mile gruling traffic jam commute daily. Good job guys. This location should rename as Motors Plus Tires.

When youre having a lot of work done to your vehicle and when they have it for a little over a week and they call you let you know your vehicle is ready and they look you in the eye and they say everything is good with your car cool the mechanics done and the following next day your car is still messed up thats wrong when it cost you over $2,000 talking about taking advantage of somebody if they did it to me youre doing to everybody else..

These guys are seriously awesome! After some rough experiences in the Denver area with other shops, I was surprised by my experience here. They are super nice, and there to help you. I was quoted almost $200 from Midas to take off a lug nut, and they did it for free here! Barry helped me out, answered all of my questions and then some. He gave me a deal on tires and was really doing everything he could to help. They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and even stayed after close to finish up my car! Awesome place!

I when to get my power steering done and it took then 6 drop offs to get it done. The manager Howard also told me i needed like $4000 worth of work done and i took it to a different auto shop and they told me he was lying to me i need like $145 of work and thats it. i believe they purposely didnt fix my car right the 1st time so they can continue to charge me

This place is trash an so is there customer service. They lied to my face about a broken machine saying it didnt work this an that but threw the window they were using it just fine. They treated me different then the other customers. Ill never go there again. Dont waste ur time or money. .

Originally I was suspect of an upsell, but after the manager Jerry and the tech let me back into the work area and showed me exactly what was wrong. They were patient and understanding, polite and didnt get defensive when I basically accused them. Did the work satisfactorily.

Took my car for an alignment. Got a call that the car is done. After I get there, I was told that my car doesnt have adjustable rear camber and front control arms and quoted me about 1500 bucks. Only if they checked the car.. I personally installed adjustable camber and control arms which tell me they didnt check the car. They re-did my alignment and gave me my car later that day. A day later, I kept hearing a thumping noise. I checked the car and my adjustable passenger control arm was not tight which I am sure made my alignment is off again. My steering is also not straight. Wont recommend.

You have to wait a day or two to get your tires balanced and rotated on tires you bought there previously but, if youre there to buy new tires they get you out of there in 2 hours. I guess they subscribe to the new customers only policy.

BUYER BEWARE.Ive personally used this shop for alignments for approx 6 years and after they tried to rip my mother off I will never ever go back.Her vehicle came up with a check engine light for a vapor canister, and 2 tires werent reading on the tpms, so I sent her to this shop. $1200 to replace the canister and they claimed the tpms would need to be replaced at $120 each. Did the canister and not the tpms. A week later check engine light came on with same code. Also, took the truck to discount tire and they said the tpms worked just fine and just needed to be reprogrammed (free).Took the truck back to tires plus for the check engine, but reset the trip in the parking lot. 7hours later got a call from tires plus starting that they took the truck out 10 times and couldnt get the code and would need to hook up the big machine to pull the code and will bring additional costs for the use of it. Picked up the truck and not only was it in the original parking spot but also the trip was still at 0.0

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!!!I scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 6:00PM on Monday because I NEEDED it done THAT NIGHT!!! I show up five minutes early for my appointment, only to find out their alignment tech leaves at 4PM! If you cant do the alignment, you shouldnt schedule an appointment at that time. Of course, it was already 6 in the evening, and no one else could do the alignment because they were all already closed, and Im now COMPLETELY screwed. I call their customer service line (after wasting a half hour trying to find someone who can do the alignment last minute with no luck) and the person on the other end tells me there is nothing they can do other than escalate it to the area manager. This takes 1-2 business days, leaving me up a creek with no canoe, let alone a paddle.... Thanks a LOT Tiresplus, thanks for nothing!

The charge me $124 dollars on a $ 28 dollar part AND THAT NOT INCLUDING LABOR the really ripped me off they even said it was a car quest part and the most they charge for that part is $28 dollars not $124 DONT GO HERE. WILL NOT recommend this place no ANYONE.
