I went in to change my CVT fluid after being recommended by their staffs. The interesting thing is when I went back again at a later time for an oil change, I was being recommended again by their staffs that I should change my CVT fluid BC it was dark color, smell bad, etc. I was confused since I thought the service has already been done. So to check on my car, I took it to the dealership store and asked them to check the quality of my CV fluid. I ended up having to flush and change my CVT fluid again. As to why I did not bother to come back to get it fixed by Meineke, I lost trust that they will do the service correctly and didnt want to put my car at risk. They were also rude when I came back to inquire about the poor service that was done to my car, so engage at your own risk.

They were able to get me in within the hour when my serpentine belt broke. Less expensive than other places I called and I called a bunch no body could get me in for days! The front desk man was very nice and helpful. Only took about an hour and did a good job fixing the belts. Would come back here again!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have had good experiences each time. My car’s check engine light came on and I called and Mark let me come drop my car off the next day even though they were booked so they could do diagnostics. He followed up often to let me know updates on my car and the repairs needed and was able to get me back on the road as fast as they could with parts needed being back ordered. Mark is always nice to work with :)

I knew something was wrong with my brakes… First I called for an estimate on new pads. I was offered to bring it in for a free diagnoses, and then I was walked around the car in the shop so I could literally see what they were explaining to me. Service was quick and they saved me at least $500 compared to my usual mechanic.

Wow, just wow! Ive been taking my vehicle here for a couple years and Mark and his team are always honest and professional. He can handle just about any repair or service, has reasonable rates but what I really like is that he is a straight shooter and only recommends what actually needs replaced. Hes the reason why I like this shop. I would recommend setting up an appt online ahead of time because it is fairly busy

It was not a good experience.Did not reinstall air filter assembly properMass air flow sensor did not work right because it was sucking air downstream.Car was surging and stalling after leaving after an oil change. Figured it out myself and fixed it. Also one hose clamp wasbroken and one was missing. Good oil change the rest sucks. Took me about an hour to repair. Score from 1 to 10.you get a 3. Thats it. Mark

Rushed me to get done since I was during my work day. Fixed my exhaust and the manager was great.

Visited Meineke for a second opinion to learn what was wrong with my Honda CR-V (referred by another auto repair shop). With Mark at the helm, they did thorough diagnostics and presented me with options for moving forward. Was balanced, considered my interests and the implications of the options.

I brought my car to their shop to get my air conditioning charge up. I also asked them to check my car out with a diagnosis machine which I doubt they did. I know for a fact they lied to me about their services they proform on my vehicle. I was told they checked my car over meaning they pulled my spark plugs and check them which they didnt do this service and I ask the service guy at the counter to do a drain and fill on my transmission which he recommended the system be flushed. I didnt want my system flushed. So yes Im extremely upset with their services, because Im the customer paying them to do a service for me and they didnt listen. So if anyone else decides to take your vehicle there make sure they are doing the services that you paid for. Okay when I got my car from this Meineke I immediately took it to another mechanic and watch him pull my spark plugs which 3 outta 4 plugs were fouled out. I dont think it was even possible for any spark plugs to foul out in a few blocks so on that note I will never ever bring my vehicle or my wifes vehicle to any of your shops because youre ripping people off and upselling them services they dont need.... And for the record Im the guy with the 2013 Hyundai Accent .... Terrible service just terrible

I went in for an oil change and a roadtrip check.They were very thorough and even provided pictures in the inspection report. The report was clearly written and easy to understand. They kept my vehicle most of the day and apologized for it but I had said they could so no issues there. I think the front desk could have been a little more friendly but was still nice enough. We all have off days. Would use again!

They dont communicate with their own staff or the customer. watsed a month of our time to tell us they cant fix the car. tried to charge us 2,500 dollars for nothing.

I had my oil changed here which was acceptable and an ok price but then they told me something else was wrong with my car. The man at the front desk told me the price for a part and i called 2 of my mechanic friends and they told me that this place was overcharging me for the part and labor. I just wanted an oil change, so after I took it to another shop the same day and was quoted 400 dollars cheaper!!!! 400 dollars!!! I have been to the other shop before and it is excellent, I dont know why I was wasting my time on less experienced people who work for this company that are just looking to screw someone over. They are a very unpleasant place to do business with and I would not recommend going here at all. I actually felt like the guy who had worked on my car had purposely caused damage to it to make extra money because my car was running fine before I went in there and not so much after. I am extremely disappointed in the workers and everything about my service and I will never go to a Meineke again.

Ive been there twice so far they seem to be honest and more than fair with the price.Example, they could of had me replace my CV axle, but instead they explained why they recommend I wait to make sure that was in fact the problem.

My family and I are on a cross country road trip from New York and we were in need of a quick repair/diagnostics. They squeezed us in on the fly and usually charge 125$ per hour for diagnostic work. When everything looked good they called us back and let us know. I was worried about spending 125$ especially when it turned out I was just paranoid. They were very friendly and suggested a few places to go outdoor exploring and didnt even charge us a penny! I am so grateful for their time and services!

Went there for a muffler delete and it was a really professional process, they got it done fast and definitely werent out to get my money very good experience.

I went in expecting a $20 oil change. First they charged me more than the deal I had. Second they quoted me at the highest end for something else they said I need. Third they spilled oil on my floor mat. Fourth they didnt change my oil change sticker. Fairly disappointed.

All of the staff is so nice and helpful! My car got done faster than they estimated and there were a couple coupons that brought the cost down exponentially. Highly recommend this place!

I came to this shop in Jan-Feb and I was under the impression that they fixed my brakes and replaced my serpentine belt. But here I am currently in October getting my serpentine belt replaced and my brakes are very very worn out when both of these parts should be brand new per the date they fixed them. I thought they replaced my parts but I know for a fact they lied to me and charged me expensive prices. I do not recommend this shop. Theyre dishonest.

Was over charged for changing a spark plug that I understand was hard to get to but for an oil change and one spark plug almost $400 And on top of it didn’t want to start the job even though I had a scheduled appointment rather have taken his lunch break instead.

I had the worst luck with a CV axle issue on my 2011 Toyota Sienna and Mark and his guys were always more than willing to help and provided excellent service. 10/10 will always recommend these guys.

Ive been going to this meineke for a couple years. I was going to another local mechanic but they didnt complete the work that was supposed to get done, so I tried here and couldnt be happier; mainly because of the genuine customer service. They explain everything and thus far, havent been requested to do repairs that werent necessary. They really are the best Ive found in thornton. Very happy customer

This is the second car I have taken to them for an ac recharge and they have done an awesome job both times. I had taken my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the pep boys and they couldnt do what the guys at meineke did for me they wouldnt recharge my AC system and said they could not find the leak that supposedly was there. The guys at meineke are very professional and always friendly and the service they did in a timely matter. I would recommend them to family.

This place rocks! Took my 2011 Sebring in because of a significant and sudden oil leak. I got home and the entire bottom of the car was covered in oil and the dipstick was dry. I had been taking my car to A different mechanic for a long time, but after COVID put them out of business, I wasn’t sure where to go. Talked to a few people and they said they had good experience at this particular location so I figured I’d give them a chance.I dropped my car off after hours and left them a note as to what I’d like to have looked at. Mark called me the next day and explained that after diagnosing the issue, something had punctured my oil filter and it was spraying oil throughout the engine. Mark and his team replaced the filter, cleaned the undercarriage, and did a full engine diagnosis. Upon picking up the vehicle Mark informed me that there would be no charge for the work performed or the filter. Just asked to come back and see him.. I in was absolutely blown away by their extreme professionalism and ethic. Where it seems most mechanics will nickel and dime you, Mark and the folks here at the 120th and Washington meineke truly value their customers and see the bigger picture. I’ll be returning to this location for all my car needs in the future.

Went in for simple exhaust work (resonator delete). Got quoted and charged over 200 dollars for 1.5 hours of work, when tech only spent 30 minutes actually working on the car. When working on it the tech started and revved it with no mufflers or resonators on essentially a cold engine. Just save yourself the possible headache, find a trusted local stop with real auto techs. Hate being the covid police but no working wearing masks in the front at any point just a heads up.

After living in this town 30 years this place at one time (years ago) did not have a great reputation but I can say now, I will be keeping this place for good! I went in for the normal mileage services needed and the guys were all very friendly and honest. I went for an oil change and they sent a report full of tune up stuff I had recently done that they were saying I needed to do. When I told them that I already did that stuff they told me oh theyre based off manufacturer scheduled maintenance.They took pictures of my air filters covered in leafs and because I get a discount with advance auto parts I decided to do them myself. Save some money.They put them back in with leaves and all (as well as adding new leaves to my glove box)All of this while they were berating the guy next to me for a $900 fix on his axle, for the seals. Threatening that his warranty didnt cover it and that it would be more expensive after it breaks then the warranty would cover it.Not a fan, only went cuz I had a cupon and if I get another one I wont be going again.Took em 2 hours to do the oil change. Told me it would take 1.

The gentleman working at the shop were professional, kind, and fast. I was told it would take 45 minutes but my car was out it less than 20. I had an oil change done to my car. They qouted me $75 for full synthetic but after a coupon it equaled around $50. They also have a reward program for future service. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody..

I went for an oil change and received it a “you need to do this right away“ estimate for almost 2 grand. If you are a female I would highly suggest taking a man with you because that is the only thing these guys seem to understand. So sad.

They said my brake fluid was dirty I got home put my finger in it and it’s clear clean because it was done 3000 miles ago flushed they never put antifreeze or water in my reservoir which was low which they pointed out price is good but they’re not professionalThey’re just trying to get other services which aren’t needed my vehicles are all on Carfax I know it gets done I’m done with them no more

While I just went for an oil change, I was there for 3 hours and spent way more money than intended. However, I’m thankful they did a thorough job of inspecting my wife’s vehicle and found a couple of issues that needed to be resolved. It’s good to have people who are detailed and methodical when working on your car! Mark also showed me the issues they found, which helped me know they were honest with their findings.

Had an appointment at 10 am, we were a couple minutes late and they took the keys and told us they would call after inspection. 2 hours later we stopped by and they had not done inspection. A couple hours later they called and told us what we expected, that the breaks needed replaced. By 5 pm they had it completed. Long wait, but service was good.

Called before I dropped off my car to be checked on for power steering. Was told it would be 39.95 for the first half hour of the check. I got a call back and they let me know about the information. All they did was get some codes to tell me about what was wrong, but I didn’t want them to fix anything. When I picked it up, I paid $125.00 for labor.... for them fixing nothing. When a courtesy check is $19.95..... purchased no parts and the check was about an hour. Not happy with this place.
