Went into this store last week to just get my spare tire replaced and put back under my truck. I was told by Audra that she didn’t have any time available until Tuesday of next week (today) I was told that 9 am was the earliest I could make an appointment as the store opens at 8 am and they need time to open. I showed up today Tuesday at 9 am which is the appointment that I made with Audra and was told that it would be a very long wait as all the other cars there had appointments before mine. That’s funny because when I made my appointment she said 9 am was the earliest.. I have a job this is my work vehicle and I made an appointment because I can’t wait all day to get my WORK VEHICLE repaired. She was very rude and condescending both times I interacted with her and now I find out she’s the manager too?? I can’t believe this is how she runs her business. I made an appointment WITH HER and when I come to the appointment she tells me I have to wait WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEN? Don’t go to this place they will just treat you poorly and not help you anyways. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can understand being short staffed but it’s obvious SHE is the one making appointments and she’s the manager so maybe she shouldn’t over book her technicians and lie to her customers. Just a thought. If I could give a negative star review I would.
We showed up here 15 minutes before they close and had brought a tire with us that we only wanted set on the rim. We were willing to pay to have it done but the guy running the place said he couldnt help us, hes not a tech. Im not sure why you would have an auto repair place that has only the one guy working that cant do repairs? Fortunately right down the road Midas, that was already closed, was able to help us out. Brought my wifes Wrangler in for 4 tires and an axle seal. They didnt do the axle seal even though they had the Jeep overnight and most of the next day. They claimed they couldnt do an alignment due to a bent pitman arm, and they broke the plastic inserts on all 4 hubcaps! What a joke of a shop! Thankfully Big O Tires was able to do the alignment and found nothing bent or broken!
Great job🙌 I called in 20 min before the shop closed and they got me in to fix my tire. I had a nail stuck and air was leaking, they were able to take it out and patch it and even stayed over the closing time. I called other Firestone but this was the only one that went above and beyond. Also super friendly people who work there 👍 recommend
Had a good experience here. Brought my truck in for an engine fan problem. They checked it, replaced the appropriate part and got it back to me same day.
Went in for a lifetime alignment on 06-12-2021. Brought my vehicle in for the scheduled appointment at 8 am. Went across the street to grab a few groceries while I waited. I received a call an hour later. I was excepting to have my vehicle ready, but I was informed that they BELIEVED my vehicle could not be aligned with out first receiving repairs. They gave me an estimate for repairs of about $1,600. They told me my vehicle was unsafe to drive and needed to be repaired immediately. I informed them the vehicle was just inspected the day prior to my alignment appointment. I went in the garage and spoke with the tech trying to explain the vehicle had no issues and explain to him the the car wasn’t unsafe and didn’t need parts, it’s from Massachusetts where rust eats cars alive. My car however was garaged it’s whole life and rarely saw the harsh New England roads. However it does have slight surface rust. Surface rust I might say again. That is not a safety concern. The vehicle passed a Massachusetts state inspection 6 months prior too. The tech tried to explain that my struts might brake in half from this SURFACE RUST and that he couldn’t do the alignment until the struts were replaced that have zero issues no signs of failure no oil leaks or any thing. Among a list of repairs that weren’t needed. Makes me wonder how many people this store is scamming people out of money for repairs that aren’t needed. I was getting ready to leave since the tech was un willing to do an alignment. He was giving me an attitude too I can only believe because I caught him in his web of lies. When the other tech try’s to get my vehicle off of the alignment rack and he can’t because he is unaware of how a lift works and that you have to release the safety locks before lowering the vehicle. Also makes me wonder how qualified these technicians are if they aren’t even properly trained on how to use the basic everyday equipment around them. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Had a oil change here today. Brought in at 11am. Was told 1 hr the car should be done the day before appointment date. Dropped it off at 11am. Come 130pm no call, we had to call to ask is the car done. Answer was no but within 30 mins it should, 1.5 hrs later no call, nothing. Had to call them back again to ask is the car done then on hold for 2 mins. Said the car was done awhile back. Why the no call. With appointment it usually takes 1 hr to get it done. It took them 4 hrs to get it done and with me having to ask them twice. Terrible experience compare to another firestone we took our car to. All stores are not created equal.

Dont come to this place I had an appointment for a week and Ive been waiting for 2 1/2 hours and they still havent even pulled my car in !!! I am not happy about this. Never come here plus the fact I really dont think they know what they are doing all they talk about is trying to sell people on services...
I have to report what started as bad experience. I have bought tires here before with excellent service. But this time it was a complete frustration. Long story short, after going out of there way to get the tires. I had some issues with the completed repair. The store was able to escalate my concerns.The parent company has contacted me quickly addressed my concerns and resolved the issues.More confident then ever in this shop. We all make mistakes, not all take the responsibility.Thank you
Brought in a tire that had a nail in the center of the tire. The tech writer insisted it is was unpatchable as “it is too near the sidewall”. When I pointed to the actual hole, he insisted that dead center if not patchable.Took my tire elsewhere and they said it was the perfect place for the same internal patch process.If my car broke down in front of their shop, I would pay for it to be towed elsewhere. Blatantly lying is not a good business practice, imo.
My girlfriend brought her work car here for an oil change... a week later she had an oil leak. She took it to firestone and they fixed it. A week later it happened again. Oil leak. She brought it to firestone the third and final time. It leaked again and she took it to brakes plus. Fixed.I brought my car here for an oil change a few months ago and my oil is now leaking.....If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.......
I have never had a good experience at this Firestone. The people are always rude and act like you’re doing them a disservice.
Great Customer Service and mechanics.
Not even 400 miles on my tires and end up getting a huge screw in one of them. On top of that it was a Sunday and every place was close. Came across the Firestone store on my way back home that was open and stopped in hoping to get the tire repaired. Unfortunately, they were booked up but said if I dropped it off theyd try to get it in today. They had it for a handful of hours and got me all taken care of. On top of that the staff were super friendly. Typically not something you come across when you are stressed out and frustrated. With this type of experience, I will definitely go out of my way to go back there for tires and service.
I had a tire that had nail in it. Where it was located the tire couldnt be repaired. The young lady that helped me (Im sorry I didnt catch your name). She was able to find a matching tire and got it delivered today so I had it back the same day. Doug who check me out take good care of me too. I been going to this Firestone for over 25 years and always been treated with great respect.
They even didn’t check my tire air pressure and told me $50I already spent 500What do you think 50 will stop me ?Dude it’s not that I am accepting to done it for freeI will never come back again

Brought my daughters car there to have the A/C fixed, they said it was the o-rings. Replaced the O-rings and charged the system. A month or so later, the A/C stopped working so we brought it back. They said the compressor was bad so they changed it. Then, the compressor stopped working immediately so we brought it back. They said the compressor was faulty and offered to swap it out the next day which was today. When we brought it back, they said it wasnt the compressor it was the computer and they couldnt fix it. They offered to put the old compressor back in and not charge us so they did. Lack of qualified techs for sure and poor service at best
I needed a bad break job cleaned up from another business that wasnt even 2 & a half months old when I called Firestone I spoke with David he was very patient and listened to my whole ordeal he worked me in immediately I was very leery so I ended up speaking with Doug he also was very understanding went over everything with me and was very reasonable. Between Doug and David I was impressed with the customer service.
Dont have an employee shawn work on ur car there. He has no idea what he is doning and is very unprofessional!
I walked into firestone and the lady sitting up front didnt even look up to acknowledge me, and was sitting on her phone loudly watching tiktok.
This place scams you for your money. 100 dollars for just an oil change?? No where else charges 100 dollars for a synthetic oil change. The lady had the nerve to say everywhere charges more then that. Honey I’d check your facts before you open your mouth. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever. Go literally anywhere else and spend your money since this place likes to rip people off.
Super impressed with service here. Not pushy about repairs, treat you like a valuable customer, respectful and decent. Im usually prepared to be disappointed when I visit an auto repair shop but I was pleasantly shocked with Firestone in Thornton. They are definitely my go-to shop now.

2/4 I took my flat tire into this store. They Or able to fix it. In about an hour. I took the tire got it back on my car. Which was parked across the street at the gas station. When I went to put the tire back on my car my Jack. Couldnt get the car high enough. So we had to let some of the air out. So after we got the tire on I came back to the store. They had the garage is all closed and were getting ready to close up but They opened. One back up to make sure that the tire was on securely and inflated all four tires for me. Thank you Dillon for all of your help in the freezing cold snow storm. I appreciate you.
Booked a 3 pm appointment for a simple oil change and showed up at 3 and was told they wouldnt be done until after 5. First the guy asked if my girlfriend called, then said he remembered our conversation. Obviously not.
Had a 12:00 appt, called in because I got free early. Asked if I could come in early to get a tire repair but asked if they could do an oil change since I was there anyway, not only did they do the oil change I was out of there before my scheduled appt. time
I called them super last minute because my tires are old and one of them had sprung a leak. The guy on the phone was very friendly and got me a very nice deal on both alignment and new tires. I brought my car in and everything was done within a day so I was able to get my car back before I had to go back to work.
One of my tires were flat and all of them were pretty smooth, so I got four new tires, lifetime alignment, and a full inspection for a very good price! I was able to make the appointment same day and was out of there in an hour and a half! I am very impressed by their customer service! I dealt with Doug and he is the absolute best! You should definitely come here if you have any car worries or issues!

Friendly and efficient staff at this location. I have been to a total of 6 firestone locations and this is far the best. Ryan and Doug are awesome, very personably and friendly. We purchased 2 lifetime alignment packages from this location, brought our cars in 2 days later for alignments and purchased a 3rd alignment package for my brothers car as well. Very nice, they don’t sell you things that you don’t need, honest and trustworthy for sure!
Ive been going to this Firestone for at least 10 of the 12 years Ive lived in Thornton. In that time Ive had 4 different cars Ive brought in. Customer service has always been excellent. Ive never had any issues with any of the services Ive had there or the tires Ive bought. They never oversell. They are great at telling me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I could not recommend this place more. Ill continue to have my cars serviced here in the years to come. Thank you Thornton Firestone!!!

Horrible experience.... told me they could not do a oil change on my truck because the GVRW weighed to much for there lifts. My truck is stock and weighs less then what the manager said there limit was. There should be better training for there staff before they turn away a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone

Scheduled an appointment said they didn’t have me on the system showed them my email confirmation they said they had to rescheduled me.... if i placed an appointment for a certain time it means that I took time out of my own to do business with them they obviously didn’t care and showed no empathy..... and they have the nerve to ask me to reschedule.... like i have all the time in the world to do so.... what’s the whole point of scheduling an appointment? They don’t even deserve one star.... poor service!
Not sure whats up with all the negative comments bout customer service. Went in due to overheating ALOT and was told car may have to stay over night which isnt a issue but called me back a hour later saying that got it in and itll be done in 2 hours. David at the front counter was super cool and helpful. 10/10 would spend money here again lol

They told my sister she needed a new engine after a diagnostic. She paid for a diagnostic, oil change, and a new dipstick. When we took it to get the second opinion, the mechanic told her she had almost zero oil in her engine, and that the dipstick was taped together with electrical tape. This was literally two days after the oil change from Firestone. She ended up only needing new spark plugs, not a new engine! I would highly recommend another shop to have your car worked on. They gave her a full refund though which was cool. These people at Firestone are scam artists. Stay far away if you like your car!!
Really great service, got in and out in about 45 minutes for oil filter/change. Mitch helped get the cost down since the filter for my Scion runs on the pricier side. Angelica made the wait and in store experience great. Been coming here for a few years for tires and engine checkups.
I am dissappointed to report that my experience here was the epitome of a scam. I took my car in for a trip check and to get my ac recharged. Was supposed to cost $120. They told me it would take 3 hours,when I called at the 4.5 hour mark to check on my car they informed me that so much work needed to be done that it was going to cost me almost $1000 between two added issues. The one that has me the most upset was the thermostat leak they found that was going to cost $350 to replace. Mind you, the part is $30 and it should only take a half hour, not to mention that after declining the service I took my car to two places for a second (and third) opinion and neither mechanic could find what Firestone was talking about. The ac, which I am less bothered by because something was actually wrong, after recharge still didnt work. They were going to run a diagnostic ($100) thinking it was the air compressor ($350 for the part alone- this is accurate but this is also before labor). I found out it was only a sensor issue, but after that first issue I can only speculate if it was going to be the $350 compressor in Firestones eyes and 6 hours of labor.
Mitch was amazing he helped my husband and I with a flat tire situation we had Friday. He gave us great advice and we brought it back Saturday afternoon to have the new tire and rim installed. The service was great and advice was even better thank you for all your help!!

I went for one simple thing, to get a tire mounted and balanced. Plus one star for getting me in on a Sunday. Minus two stars for me having to tell them to actually balance the tire when I went to pick it up (I noticed it still had the old weight on the rim). Minus another star because after driving the car, the tire was still not correctly balanced. I had to take it to discount instead. I wont be back.
I have always had a great experience here. Mitch was my service adviser and he went out of his way to assist me. This store is my one and only choice for service.
I have taken my Ford Focus here for everything from tires, oil changes, to replacing a water pump and now my thermostat. The guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and considerate. They have never tried to gouge me or do things that arent needed. I have never left my car at a shop unattended until I came here. They have my full trust and confidence and I will be returning for anything else my car should need! Wonderful people!
Stood in the lobby for about 20 minutes. No one working the counter. Made eye contact with three people behind the glass in the shop. But no one came out to even acknowledge I was there. So I left. Maybe they did me a favor.
EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I took my truck in for an oil filter and oil change with a scheduled appointment. After waiting 20 min they took me vehicle to get serviced and realized it couldnt fit on the normal rack to get serviced. The front desk employee came and told me that he would have it for another 2 hours to put it on an alignment rack to do the oil change. I explained that i did not have time to wait another 2 hours but if i brought the truck back in an hour would that work. He told me that it wouldnt work and I would have to wait tell Monday to get the truck in (its Thursday). I questioned why he would keep my truck for 2 hours extra to do the service but couldnt bring it back in an hour that same day. I also started to question what was the point in scheduling an appointment of I couldnt get it in that day. The employee started to get agitated with me and started to wave his hands saying appointments only apply to standard oil changes. I told him i get that its a unique vehicle and i understand it wont fit on the other racks but I figured that Firestone being as big of a service brand as they are would be able to still get the job done. The employee then began to get more agitated with me saying two times well what do you want me to do for you continuing to wave his hands. At this point I started to get frustrated because of the frustration he has and the tone of voice he was talking to me. I told him lets just talk to you GM he then turned and opened the window to the service area abruptly and told his GM I wanted to speak with him, I talked to the GM describing the situation and how I was treated. The GM didnt have much to say and when I told him that I would not be returning to get my vehicle serviced he seemed as if he didnt care how I was treated, didnt offer a solution to try and aid my situation what-so-ever. I am 22 years old and have worked in customer service since I was 16, and I can contain a situation and execute a solution better than the frustrated employee could(the gentleman was upper 20s-lower 30s). Overall a horrible interaction with the Firestone service 3720 E 120th Ave, Northglenn, CO, I will NEVER go to that location again.
Had an AWESOME experience today. I came in because my tire was flat and I had a horrible day! I got there with the flat tire and I had bought the tires at Discount last fall. I worried about them charging, since Discount would have done it for free, had they been open.Steven made sure he had it fixed and he was so nice! Told me they would fix it so I could be on my way home after a long day. He also asked me to sign up for financing so I could get all my other repairs done next week when I have time. Now I can go in when something breaks instead of waiting until my car is dead. :)Icing on the cake was that I had power steering again when I left. I had mentioned my pump locked up a few months ago when I was working jobs so I had just cut the belt off and drove it so I could get to work and never fixed it. I wasnt charged anything. I got in my car and left - then noticed on the next turn going home that I was not wrestling the steering wheel anymore.Phenomenal service. I would not hesitate to come back.10/10 - Will be going here for now on.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. This location was able to do an alignment without a $300 repair that the West Colfax store said was necessary. Manager AJ communicated everything completely and clearly to me, and recommended a great set of the new WeatherGrip tires. A++
AJ and his team have the best service in town. I followed him up to his location in Thornton even though it’s well out of my way. They always exceed my expectations and it’s worth the drive.
Well service was good but asked if they could give me a ride to the McDonalds at the end of the parking lot they said they didnt have any one available while the guy sitting behind him on Facebook couldnt take 2 minutes to give this 60 year old man a ride SMDH 😠
Excellent service. Had an appointment for a tire rotation and wheel alignment today. Was done within an hour and they checked all the fluids to top off...very thorough. They also checked the tire pressure and added air in all the tires.
Got my a/c hoses all replaced in my mini van. This place was quick and worth the $. A/C runs like new. The people at the counter were friendly, and never treated me like my questions our concerns were dumb. Plus free coffee while I waited.
I write this with these guys never actually having worked on my car, but their honesty and service has been excellent from my experience.About a year ago I brought in my 96 Tacoma with over 220k miles. It had started running terrible. By that afternoon the manager called with the diagnosis of engine compression issues. He provided me some options, all expensive, and the guy actually leveled with me that while the truck could be back-up and running, it might not be worth putting the money into the old truck. I took his advice and they charged me all of $70 for their rather extensive diagnosis.Recently on a Friday, I found out all my rear brakes lights went out on my 2016 Sentra. I called Firestone and the guy said that while they were booked for the weekend, if I gave them until Sunday theyd get me in. Mid-morning on Saturday another manager calls. The issue was a brake stop switch. He knew his business and he told me the problem was a warranty issue thru Nissan, and that even though I didnt buy the car there theyd fix it for free. This time Firestone didnt charge me a dime, and he was exactly correct. It cost me nothing but the headaches of having to deal with the Nissan dealer. Firestone could have fixed the switch, charged me whatever, and Id have still been pleased, but instead they were honest.Inevitably I will need more car repairs in the future. This shop has earned my familys business. Thanks guys!
Dropped car off for tires. Got tires. Would be 5 stars but it took a long time to get them put on (5hrs) and they didnt seem that busy.
DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! I’ve use this shop for going on 10 years for oil and maintenance and never had a problem, with great customer service. This last time I brought my truck in for a re-alignment and replacing of a rim that had been damaged in an accident. Not only was the front desk guy highly un-professional, he lied to my face about another rim they had damaged. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but good thing I had pictures of my rims from the week before when selling some fender flares. When I asked them about the damage when picking up my truck they claimed I had brought it in like that. Not only that, the technician in charge wouldn’t even discuss the situation to my face and had the front desk person hand me a card. Little did he know I could hear him calling me a liar through the glass and that they weren’t going to do anything about the damaged rim. On top of that they claimed I had a bent frame, which I brought to a specialist to measure after the fact to find out they were full of it. After all of this they still did a horrible job on my alignment and my steering wheel is crooked....

I was in a tough situation with a vehicle I had purchased and Doug was kind, honest, and answered all my questions truthfully. I have full confidence in bringing any car here in the future.
This review is spread out over two visits both with similar experiences. I rarely review but these experiences will cause me to never go back.1. I went in 15 minutes before close with a tire that had a significant leak. I informed them it would be great if they could patch it so I could get to work the next day. I was informed they couldnt do it until the following day as everyone was busy. (There was no one working just chatting when I walked out) Wal-Mart was open and took care of it for me.2. The second one I had a worn out tire on a car in which I carry a full-size spare. I pulled the worn out tire and rim off of my car and along with the spare went in to get the new one mounted and balanced. I was quickly informed my tire I wanted mounted was too old after they looked at the serial number on the tire, but they could sell me one for roughly $90. Before I left the store I called the Firestone on 136th and Huron and relayed my issue and the age of the tire. They informed me the tire still had six years before they considered it too old and they took care of the job for me.Ive self patched plenty of tires where I work (over 300 tires on pieces of equipment) and am fairly mechanical being a farmer I know when Im not getting an honest answer. I wouldve patched it myself in the first scenario had I trusted the tire to hold enough air to get to work, but it was a fairly quick leak.Staying until close to help out a customer be able to get to work the next day is the type of service that I would look for in an auto shop. Unfortunately I wont get that here.
$1,200 for an alternator replacement. Ya you heard me right. An alternator for my car is worth $300. And definitely not worth 800 in labor.
Waited almost two hours just to get a tire plugged and it costed $21 Im definitely going to stick with Les Schwab tire repairs are free.
Great, fast, professional. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. Got all 4 tires changed and balanced in less than an hour, right before closing time, right before a winter storm. Thanks guys!
Been doing business there for 20+ years. Always been treated fairly. Courteously. Quality of workmanship has also been top drawer.
Needed heater core. Told em heater core. They said no its fine. I say no check again. They say heater core. Get it back, only HOT air. No way to change the temp. Go back try to tell em. Manager tells me to Calm down. I was just trying to tell him the whole story. He just wanted the key. I think after $1200 you should listen. If you didnt get it right youd BETTER listen. Now I will walk back in the cold and snow. This when I paid over $1000 for heat! OK. they got me a rental and fixed it. Now when Im in drive it says N in reverse you cant see anything when it is in Neutral it says R. I guess thats the way it is because its not even worth talking to these people again. Id recommend not going here.
Beware of upselling, Ill never go back to this place after the blatant lying that they seem to partake in. I went in just to have them put my Winter tires on my truck. A couple hours later I got a call telling me that they were already changing my brakes because they were really worn, already changing them... They said that my alignment was off by .5°, that I needed an oil change, and a new brake light. I told them I wasnt paying for the brakes and could do the rest myself.When I go to pick up the truck, I get it back with the paperwork for recommended services. The four fixes above would have cost over $1,100. Fine, I guess if thats their price, its the price. The reason you shouldnt trust these guys though, is that my alignment report showed the left side being off by .19° and the right off by .02°, no where is .5° mentioned. Doug was the name of the guy working on it, and the one who called trying to upsell.They did the job, but blatant dishonesty is unacceptable in my book. Especially in a industry like this where my mother and grandmother, who may not have know better, may have given Doug $1,100 because he is the good ole mechanic down the road just trying to help.

I was appalled of the treatment I got yesterday, Sunday 8/30We have been regular customers for the last 20 years,This is the second time I have gone in for help due to a flat tyre, with this type of treatmentI was told, after being ignore (waiting to be helped with no one else in the store), for 12mins, that I needed to leave my car there for 4 hours to get someone to look at the tyre, so meaning I need to sit there for this duration, on inquiring could I bring it back later, I was told no.No indication of trying to help with a solution.
Worked with Daniel who was not only knowledgeable but cared about the customer. Wanted you to be happy with the work that was done
Dropped off my car for a tune up and oil change. car sat there for half of day. went back to see if it was ready, car was still in same place and they offered to keep it till next day because they didnt have time to do it. I dont have the luxury of having multiple cars lying around so they can take there sweet time.
This place is awesome, every time I need anything for my jeep they always get it done quickly and theyre friendly customer interactions keep them above the rest.
I had a 4:30 appointment with Firestone for a simple oil and oil filter change. When I came in at about 4:25 I was asked if they can keep the car at the shop until closing (7pm). I didn’t expect to be squeezed around other duties of the workers with an appointment. I didn’t leave the building until 6:10 and didn’t react harshly because I had a coupon which was for $21.00 for the service. I paid a total of $29.00 walking out the door and thought the oil change was fairly worth it, but then I found unsurprising oil smudging on the floor liner (even with the requirement of plastic over it) and black smudging on the passenger seat next to the emergency break in which I initially had used when I parked. Looked like a careless way to maintain the customers initerior, I’ll go to another location or name in the future.
Awesome experience! Ive now taken both my cars there and have had excellent service! The service that they do makes my cars feel like new again!

Took my car there today at 10 and appointment was at 11, they asked if we needed it right away and we being nice said no, not right away. So I called since its 3:45 and they still havent got to my car yet, taking advantage of me! Ridiculous! They said itll be ready at 5:30! I had a appointment at 11! I was being nice and now they took advantage of my time! This place is so rude and doesnt take care of the customers at all, but just trying to reach a goal!
Gotten a flat fixed as well as an alignment on my Jetta. Great, fast service. And the guys there, especially Mitchell and Mike are great!
Dishonest. Tires are not well made. I had them put new tires on my car and do some work to the car. I told them I wanted road hazard on the new tires. They said I had it. Somethig went wrong with one of the tires and now I am told they didnt end up getting the hazard coverage. Also found the work they did was done poorly. Instead of having them do it under their warranty I went somewhere else and got it done right.
Set up an appointment the day before and made sure on the phone I would be able to get in at appt time as I dont have much free time and had to wait with the car. Showed up today and they told me it would be a up to a 2 hour wait. Thats not how appointments work and I dont appreciate my time being wasted. Went somewhere else instead.
Good service, but high volume. Best to make an appointment in advance. A line forms just prior to opening.

To bad I can’t give a negative rating. These people are horrible. No customer service and if you don’t want what they try and sell you they don’t want to help you. I have 1 year old tires on my 4Runner with only 5k miles o. Then and they said I needed new ones. What a joke!! Stay away if you can.
Came in with a quickly leaking tire, was told his last guy just went home when theres clearly 6 guys bsing in the shop with the garage wide open and no cars inside.. I understand it was near the end of the day, but they had more than enough time to do a tire patch. I was in a bind and they clearly did not care, wish I would have gone somewhere else.. wont be back

Today my experience with Firestone auto care was a prodigious waste of time. To say this experience was bad would be an understatement. Customer service was appalling to say the least. Would not recommend this establishment to my worst adversary. Long story short waited 8 hours for a lackadaisical excuse as to why they were not able to complete the work, and unwilling to entertain fair alternatives.
I live in aurora and drive all the way over to this shop in Thornton Mike the store manger us a very nice guy and takes care if my needs every time
Went in Monday for six new tires. Not in stock they would bring in from their warehouse in Greely, and set an appointment for Thursday at 9 AM. Showed up Thursday at 9 AM and they hadnt even gotten the tires there, then expected me to leave the truck there all day with them, hoping they would get the tires. Why make an appointment if you have no intent of honoring it?? Worst customer service experience I would not recommend this location to anyone. Its all about customer service Firestone, and clearly not a priority at this location.
Very poor service and a bunch of dishonest crooks. After reaching parts, it want working any better. Theysaid it was probably a transmission issue all along. The part they replaced didnt even need it. Very angry at them. Dont go here. Dont let Antonio touch your car.

I bought 4 new tires with warranty for my suv at this Firestone which took to long to put on the same day. I had some light vibration in my steering wheel on a trip to Nebraska soon afterwards. Took back to the store and told them I think my tires where out of balance somewhere because of the light shaking. They told me that I had to leave my SUV all day so they could get them rebalance. I could not wait all day since I live 40 miles out of town to the Northeast. Told them I was taking my vehicle to Discount Tire to get them balanced. Went to Discount Tire and they told me the tires were all out of balance and corrected the problem with no charge and told me to go there next time I need tires. Firestone at 120th and Colorado, I hate their Customer Service and its terrible place to get them to correct a problem they caused. I hate this store because of this. Discount Tire is where I will go next time I need tires.
This is the place to go if you need your car fixed. Been a long time customer with multiple vehicles and they always take care of you.
I did a break job here for my Audi A4 (rear set). They overcharged ($600) for the aftermarket parts and labor. Two months afterwards, my car started making a really heavy noice in the rear end every time I hit a hole... come to find out, the breaks were not tighten down and could have fallen off... Never taking my car here again... I would not suggest it to anyone...
Had to get a tire looked at. Was given several options and advice, but didnt pressure me into spending more than my budget allows for, and didnt push me into more expensive options. Listened to my questions and answered them clearly.
I have been a fire stone customer for a couple years now and I didnt have any issues with the company until I came to the fire stone off of 120th and Colorado. I set up an oil change for my car and after my car was worked on I was off to go on about my day. Three days later my car tells me my oil is low, I checked my oil and my engine was bone dry. I confronted them on this issue and they defended their technician saying that they have done their job, when they clearly did not. So, being dissatisfied with their customer service and rudeness I demanded my money back from my oil change, which I got back, and then left to get my car properly worked on at a dealership. If you get your car done at this place, inspect your vehicle to make sure the work you payed for is actually done, and done proper.
Horrible service! I dropped my car off at 9:30 for a 10am appointment. I just went in to pick it up at 5:30 pm and they had not gotten to it yet! They said we got a little behind. Just an oil change and tire rotation with instructions to call me if they found anything that needed attention, which I would likely have fixed. Too many other choices for service in the area to go back there...their loss...I have four cars to service and they will not have that opportunity.
