Everyone was extremely nice and helpful for a tire swap and an oil change. The tire swap was quick and the oil change took a little bit but they warned me about it before hand and verified that it was still okay to do. 10/10 recommend Les Schwab. They are great and helpful. It was a little pricey but they did amazing work so it was worth it.

I got ripped off by this place, they overcharged me for my oil change and didn’t tell me what I was paying until my car was already being worked on. I usually pay $40 elsewhere but decided to try something new and was charged $120 for an oil change. Not to mention, non of my fluids were topped off. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay a lot out of pocket for just an oil change.

I had a great experience dealing with this amazing team at les schwab. The team is fast working and honest and fair in pricing. They care to do the job right to make sure you stay safe on the road. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for all your service needs.

They will try to sell you all kinds of parts and services you dont need. I went in for a nail in tire of my pickup, they looked at it then called to say my tread was low and I needed 4 new tires. I told Jason I just 2 news one 6 months ago & the other 2 are less than 6 years old, I asked for just the patch job to be done. 15 minutes later got another call from Jason claiming I had some kind of jibber-jab wrong with that tire and they couldnt safely patch & advised a new tire for $300. I picked up my truck and took to Wal-Mart who patched it with no up-sale or B.S from them.Dont use this place if you are new to Colorado they prey on out of towner and Rip them off at any chance

Picked up the truck from having new tires and brakes done. The tire pressure was all over the place and inconsistent. The brake pedal was extremely soft and there was a loud squeel while moving. I will not be going back again.

They had lost all the information we spent time adding to their website when making the appointment. Also, beware of unneeded upsells. They refused to do the alignment for the agreed upon price returning an estimate more than 250% higher after installing our new tires. Also claimed the brakes were at a breaking point with a $575 estimate but a second opinion said it wasnt close to true. Would not do the requested alignment but later said we needed it soon or our new tires would wear faster. Yeah, thats why we asked for it originally and we agreed on a price for it. Might just be one team member and not the way they do business but it was an interesting experience for my wife whos father is a mechanic and luckily knew better than to fork over the money based on their word.

Didnt charge me anything for alignment checks, patches on tires I didnt buy from them, or even for an alignment that gave very little improvement. Very likely I will be buying tires from this store or at least a Les Schwab branch as I feel that I owe it to them. Though I am a big DIY person, it is still good to have an extra set of eyes checking brake/suspension parts when tire or alignment services are being performed that I dont have the equipment to do myself (which is why I even go to Les Schwab). I cant get this awesome perk from Discount Tire as they only inspect/service tires.

They have a good service and fast

I was using them to refill a slow leak for weeks. I asked if theyd replace it with a spare I had, because Big O said it was irreparable. They said sure, but first wanted to look at the damaged tire. After about 30 mins, they saiddone. They fixed my slow leak tire. Didnt need my good spare, and charged me nothing.

Les Schwab has the best customer service and professionalism in the Tire business. They have locations all over Colorado making it easy if you need service done. They offer Financing if your Cash Flow is Low . If you need Tires I would suggest using Les Schwab.

Driving in the mountains ruined my rotors and they needed to be replaced. It was done SUPER fast and at a great price. They didnt try to sell me on anything extra - said my brake pads looked good rather than trying to sell me new ones. Will definitely come back when i need the pads replaced!

Quick and easy! I was able to drive up, explain that I had a nail in the tire, and they had it fixed literally within minutes. In my case, the nail didnt go through the tire itself, so there wasnt even any cost!

I stopped by when my tires were low and they filled all of them for free. I asked them to inspect my 2 1/2 year old factory tires and they said they look great and there’s no need to replace. They could’ve tried to convince me to get new tires but didn’t. I appreciate their friendly employees and honesty. When it comes time to replace my tires I’m DEFINITELY going to Les Schwab!!

I love this place for their services but today was a big wow, 5 people in the waiting area including myself wearing our masks but then a woman walks in and she does not have a mask on and the employeedoes not ask her to put a mask. It should be the same rules for everyone.

I hit a pot hole and just barely managed to drive here. While I did not end up buying a tire here (not in stock) they were wonderful! They helped me understand what kind of tire I needed, the difference between buying tires for an all wheel drive vehicle vs a front wheel drive, and even put my spare tire on. Didnt charge me a dime. My car is very new to me and they gave me very important information that saved me a lot of money in the long run. Thank you!!

Took my Fired Fusion in for front breaks. After waiting longer than promised due to a problem with the parts that were delivered, the manager apologized and discounted the labor. Great customer service. I will be a repeat customer.

Rude and unprofessional. Was not greeted and was turned away immediately before we could ask for any kind of service. The guy at the front desk said they never honor appointments and that it was only first come first serve.

Hey these guys are great. They were getting ready to close and said they would still help me out. One of the rear tire sensor was registering low, which they checked and found nothing turns out it was the stem which they gladly replaced. Thanks for great customer service.

Beware of upsale at this location went in for tires, then the store manager stated I was having issues with lower ball joints and tie rod end therefore I could not get an alignment quoted me $800 parts and labor, ended up waiting on Tires a few weeks went to another location in Littleton, they never stated I was having issues got tires installed took it to two mechanics and they stated everything was fine and was able to get an alignment, beware of this store trying to take advantage you !

Best customer service I’ve received from an auto shop in a long time. Came in to get a new tire, but Stevie noticed my tire was repairable, so he fixed it for free! This place was the only local tire center that could squeeze us in prior to a first heavy snowstorm of the winter. The staff were fast, friendly and professional. Completed a winter tire swap out in a very short, then bagged and loaded our other tires. Will happily give them our business again

To be honest I was stunned not only did they get me in and check my car for free but when I called them back later to have the work done they got me in-and-out in the same day and even repaired and my tire that had a nail in it For no charge! And told me I could bring it back within 30 days and they would check it again for free just to make sure everything was working well

These guys fixed my flat tire for free and set me up with quotes for rims and tires. What was on my car when I bought it is too big for the wheel well. Ive already noticed that this causes ice to build up quickly and become hazardous. So now I have an idea on how much Im looking at which is pretty great. The guys were friendly, informative and frankly didnt even let me park before combining out to see how they could help me. And Im back on the road for now and very happy.

If I could give them more stars I would. This is now the only place I take my car, ever. This location has gone above and beyond anything I would have ever expected from a car place. Five stars and a thank you is simply not enough to show how much I appreciate these people. If your car place doesnt patch or repair your tires for free you have gone to the wrong place. They meet me in the parking lot when I arrive. Free popcorn the list really does go on and on. Check it out.

I went to this Les Schwab last week and I’m still impressed at the quality and service I received. I went in because of a leaky tire. Sid got working on my car right away, he found the leak and repaired it. I could tell that he loves what he does and it shows in the quality of service. I will never go to Walmart again! Went here for brakes. Found out my brakes and rotors were fine. Just needed new tires.I dont buy my tires here but have to give this place a good rating because they gave me a good estimate for the brake costs up front but the inspection was free and I walked out without having to pay anything because the work wasnt needed.I actually offered to pay a few bucks because I felt bad they still did the work of lifting the car and inspecting it. But they declined.They arent trying to upsell on unnecessary work. Ill definitely be back when my brakes do need repair/replacement.

After almost 6 years with Discount Tire Ive had an easy time transitioning to Les Schwab. As a business that Ive visited at multiple locations, Id say that they have been nothing but the best. As far as the 88th location goes, they are by far the best bunch of people Ive had the pleasure of working with. Today was my 4th time at this location and its been better every time Ive gone. They are awesome. Every time I’ve had work by them it’s been positive. They also do a lot more then just tires which is great. I recommend Les shwab to everyone. Very fast service compared to the location on federal.

I was very impressed with this store. They were very polite, and very quick. I needed a tire repaired, called Walmart, they said they would try to get to it in 3 hours. Here, waited maybe 15 minutes, they pulled me in and was back on my way within 15 minutes. I will go back to them.

It was late, almost closing time, and they not only fixed the tire, they did it for free!! And cheerfully. Even though it was a manufacturers tire, not a Les Schwab tire. I am so so glad I spotted them here in Colorado; Ive loved Schwabs for decades in Oregon. Just relocated to Denver and this was a very happy surprise.

This place is great! Took my truck to a nearby independent shop and there were afraid to do the alignment on my truck and basically blew me off. Driving home I was wondering where I could take my truck to get the alignment done. Thats when I saw the Les Schwab on the corner. I stopped by and they got me right in, even though it was late in the day. Edgar did the alignment and did a great job at it. He did have trouble setting the toe due to my tie rod ends being seized up. I ordered new tie rod ends and put them on and took it back to Les Schwab. Edgar did the alignment again (at no charge) and got everything back into GM specs. I will definitely be going back there again if the need arises. Great job Les Schwab!!
