Brandon and Javi did an excellent job on a last minute exhaust fix. They got my car on the lift and fixed my exhaust in 10 minutes. Had a great conversation and a couple of laughs with them both. Oh my goodness I can not say enough amazing things about this midas and the staff. I came in from Ohio and had to move a kid back home. We needed help with a bolt on her truck to be able to haul it back and were pulling the truck on a 2 wheel dolly. Every single person (Im sorry guys I lost names on the trip back) were amazing to us!!! They cut the bolt for us quickly and helped us get the trucks out of the parking lot, since we could not figure out how to back that contraption out. The guy who ended up being the lucky one to get us out it was his first day, God love him. They cleared the several cars out of the lot, but they got us out and were incredible in the process.... thank you all.

My daughter and husband had brake issues on their way home yesterday. The closest shop was this one, so they ended up here randomly. It will now be the only shop we use. Unbelievable customer service. They changed the tv for our four year old. Showed my husband the exact issue. Were up front about the cost and actually tried to help us save money where we could.We had to wait for some parts, so I went over to pick my husband and daughter up. My windshield wipers were on their last limb. To keep my family safe Javier changed them on the spot.With such a stressful situation we couldn’t have asked for better. I’ve never felt such community in a shop before. If you ever have car trouble talk to Javier!

I went in because my trunk wasn’t shutting properly, a bolt had fallen out of the mechanism, because it was such a simple fix, they didn’t even charge me for it. Hard to find that kind of integrity in businesses nowadays.

Highly recommend this location for vehicle repairs! Javier and Sal are great! Their service, expertise, and professionalism are above and beyond what I had expected when I walked in. Not only did they repair my radiator but took the time to explain what had been done and assured me if I had any questions or concerns, they were just a call away! Not because of anything about the individual store, but because of Midas itself. To keep it brief, there is NO reason I should still be waiting for a rebate 11 weeks later and then be told that it could take a few more weeks to get my money.

The team at the Midas in Thornton is great. They are fair in their pricing and provide great, fast service. They remember me from past repairs and have even done little things for free (such as tightening down a bolt to get me back on the road). I am a repeat customer because I trust them to do honest work at a fair price, and I have not been disappointed yet.

10/10. Had an emergency traveling from out of town, and they got me in right away. I am so happy to have found this place! The manager was the most friendly person you could have, and was the best part about the whole experience.

Quick turn around. Tail light needed repair, originally it was to be done in an hour but they got it done in 30 minutes so they cut the price in half since it was faster than originally estimated. Been going here for a year now and it’s been great every time.

Xavier and Nick did a great job diagnosing the suspension problem on our 2013 dodge charger. The problem was fixed and the alignment went great. Very professional and knowledgable. Thumbs up to the whole staff. Will definitely use them again.

Javier is new and I believe he replaced the last manager which wasn’t the nicest. Javier was amazing so nice and pleasant I usually have my husband take my car in when it needs to be fixed, but this time he couldn’t so i did I showed him a video of the nail my tire had and he quickly had the team member patch the tire as it was actively losing air. Lots of customers came in after me and they all were happy with The way Javier treats customers. He literally turned this midas around :) we will definitely be returning as long as Javier is working there!

High recommendIve gone to this shop in the past, and the past experience have been ehh. But this last time I took my BMW to get the exhaust welded with the NEW management and friendly staff the experience was awesome. Definitely will come back and recommend people.!!

BEWARE!!Took my car in for a routine oil change, i have taken my car here last time and everything was great. This time they told me i had a leak in all 4 axle seals, and a couple other issues that itll cost 2400 to repair. I took it to a trusted mechanic ive beeen going to for years, he told me he didnt find any leaks or other problems with my car. These guys are crooks and i recommend you get a second a opinion on anything they tell you

Went in there wanting to cut my muffler off for sound and the owner explained to me the pros and cons of that, really was honest with me and told me how it is straight up and probably saved my car engines life! Great place!

Wish shopping around for estimates on my car needed a tune-up and oil change spark plugs and wires thats thats it before I went on a trip and I contacted them for a quote and they were unable to do everything that I needed to be done despite the fact that I only needed my brakes done and then the cartoon my car needed a tune-up oil change and the plugs and wires replaced thats it Midas was unable to handle that for me I wasnt even able to get a quote with their automated system because it didnt have the components of what I was looking for. And thats sad because Midas was my go-to place out in California before I moved here

I had my oil changed end of December. I recently discovered that my oil was leaking and that the oil filter was loose enough to hand tighten. Javier told me to bring it in and he’d take care of me. He did that and more! New filter, new oil change and in and out in less than a half hour. I will trust this shop and Javier as long as I’m treated as I was today.

Ive been getting oil changes here for years. However, they have become so pushy on up-sale items that I will not do business here anymore. You cannot take your car in for a simple oil-change without them attempting to hard-sell you on a laundry-list of other services or unnecessary repairs. The last straw was when they told me that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced after I just installed a brand new set just hours before taking my FJ Cruiser in for a synthetic oil change. Despite being a loyal customer, I will not return here for any reason.

In my opinion best auto repair business out there i always go to this location as well but its definitely gotten better since ive been there previously javier is the store manager now and he helped my wife and i and hes super friendly knows the job well and my favorite thing about him i saw was that he was honest about his work and wanted his customers to get exactly what they needed and what he recommended. I usually go to midas mostly for my routine maintenance but i will definitely be back if there is ever a issue with my vehicle outside of usual stuff just because of him i was very impressed today.

Two vehicles needed an oil change and the team was thorough and courteous and also offering the coupon even before I handed it to them. Id say they are very professional and prompt. For an oil change, cannot beat them.[EDIT]I have come back to say that the new management is awesome with Javier running the show!!!! He is a five star. He took care of my old Jeep and we thought we may have to spend $15,000 for a used car and he saved us a lot of money by repairing an old Jeep from 2003.

I have a 2012 Toyota Corolla went to get a synthetic oil change which was $43.30 which is great. But since when do you charge $39.69 for LABOR on a oil change. Then he asked to top off my antifreeze which probably didn’t need done and that charge was $11.49 and never said there was a charge. So total for an oil charge on a small car is $90.00. I talked to Fred Fenner and he said that it was because the oil change took longer than 30 minutes and that’s the labor charge. I talk to Fred about the charges and he said sorry and I then said are you not gonna fix this or do I need to call corporate and he said you better call corporate. I’ve gone to this location many time and to my understanding it under new management and will never go back!!!!

The team here was amazing. My truck died and after a quick jump, I found the nearest shop. They were able to get me in ASAP and got me out the door within an hour. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again!

I dropped my car off recently for an oil change and asked Wayne if I could get an estimate on what brakes would cost. He said that they would have to inspect the car first and see what was needed and that he would get back to me with that information. He later called, one hour prior to closing, and said they had just started inspection and gave me prices. I agreed but called back 10 minutes later to change my mind on these. I told him that I didn’t want the work done after all. Wayne became really aggressive and insisted that they had already started the work and tried to convince me that at least I had to get the front ones. I again said no. He then became angry and said he was going to charge me for ALL labor cost anyway and hung up the phone on me! When I went to pick up my car I was in shock to see that they had a bill for a whopping $167 without my agreeing to it for “install front brake pads and rotors.” I said this was not fair BC it was for service I did not get. He simply said it was for labor on the service. A service that I cancelled! He said they had just started work, so I was charged $167 for ten minutes of work!!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service! Never again will I be back to this place with such unprofessional people.

They get the job done, so that deserves at least 3 stars. But this locations customer service is so bad that I would take away a star and stick with 2. They try to ramp up the price at every opportunity and use pressure tactics so that you repair or replace things for the vehicle that it might not even need. Admittedly its their job to sell, but its not their job to pressure or to guilt trip people into buying more. Fortunately, I stuck to my guns and only got what I was there for, but it doesnt take away of how unprofessional and condescending they tried being when I respectfully declined additional sevices. Again, the job on my vehicle was good, but Id give 2 stars to any business that doesnt make me feel comfortable interacting with them.

Really good guys here! They got me in quickly right before the snow storm. If you are in the area and need an oil change this is a good spot. I usually dont get the extras but they suggested that I get new windshield wipers. I decided to go ahead and do it and I am really happy that I did. Huge difference between the new ones and the factory ones. Especially in winter it is crazy how much new wipers can make a difference in your visibility and safety.

My wife and I took her car in to have the tire studs replaced. At first the experience was okay, they got the car in and taken care of within a few hours and my wife drives home, about a week later my wife tells me her car has been making a slight noise since she got it back and it’s been getting worse so I go outside and take a look. I noticed that 1 of the 3 studs replaced was already missing. After I jacked the car up I can see that the reason for the noise... the rim was wobbly and knocking. when we went back and told them what happened we were told that the mechanic that worked on our car has routinely made mistakes and had customers return with complaints. All three studs were replaced and we were told that they would order us a new rim because their mistake cause the damage. Wish we got it in writing because weeks have past with no reply. We called and were told manager was out of town and would call back... nothing. Called today and mechanic spoke to us and said they never ordered the tire and never agreed to replace rim but offered a discount on rim and tire. This place is trash and poorly managed

I was very impressed with how they did not want to gouge me for more money. I brought my four runner in to just fix the cv axial since that was an expensive job I only wanted to handle one problem at a time. But they called me up and got rid of the labor costs for the second issue and hooked it up. I’m a fan of the guys working over here, they’re straight shooters.

I got my car brakes changed, he gave me excellent suggestions and all the personal where making sure my car was good and safe for me to drive, he basically saved my life I had no brakes it’s hard to find places where they are truly Interested of you well being and also kindly treated. I went into this business to get an estimate on a muffler. The guy gave me a estimate of just over $400.00. I asked if that included a new tail pipe, he said no the muffler alone is $280.00 his cost.I did a little research and found the same muffler from summit racing for $89.00. I know it takes labor to install and weld I get that and am happy to pay for that. I could buy an entire exhaust system for $199.00 from summit racing...lol.I ended up getting a new muffler from exhaust pros for $164.00 installed.

Walking into Midas today felt a lot better and a whole lot different since they have been under new management! It felt like a breath of fresh air! The new staff is great! They took their time, they were considerate and understanding when it came to my budget. I didnt feel pressured to fix everything right away or judged & ridiculed when I didnt want to spend a lot of money. I remember how poorly I was treated by the old staff and I felt like the old management took advantage of me every time because Im a young woman who doesnt know much about cars. The new staff is helpful, friendly, courteous, and funny which is a nice change of pace. I appreciate that the assistant manager really worked hard to find me the best deals for me and he understood that I had a budget in mind. Because of my budget, he let me know what my options were by telling me what was most important to take care of right away and he confirmed everything with me before going forward. After my great experience today, I know that I wont be dreading to bring my car to the shop or I wont be weighing my options with Grease Monkey in order to be treated with respect like I did before new management at Midas came along. As long as the new management sticks around, I know I will be a happy customer!

This whole staff is wonderful, my windshield wiper wasn’t working and needed to be fixed before the weather started. I had also busted a tire a few days before so they knew it had been a rough week. They had me come in first thing on a Monday morning, looked it over and fixed the wiper with no charge. They easily could’ve charged me an arm and a leg. Leo showed me exactly what he did and explained everything to me and Wayne was super helpful throughout the process too. I’ll definitely go back to them. Thank you all for your help.

We have gone to this specific Midas for years and had an awful experience today that caused me to never want to come back. The sales associate was incredibly condescending and rude when I asked for only the basic oil change. He told me that I should treat my car better because it does so much for me. After the oil change was complete, he came in and told me the coolant needed flushed. I told him that I would get it completed the next time I come back. He was not happy with this answer and said he hopes my car breaks down because of it. When the lady came to bring me the keys, she told me you seriously need to get your coolant flushed, tossed my keys at me and walked away. I was shocked at the poor customer service I received and am upset at the way I was treated as a loyal customer to this store.

Went In for an oil change, left with an oil leak same day (never had a leak in my garage ever) . Spoken with the guy at the front and he was super rude. Reached out to district manager and still waiting for call back. Oil leaks in my garage getting bigger.. Also they were in my car with no mask on during covid which when u walk into the establishment it has a sign to wear a mask!

Apparently this location is Under New Management. I didnt even know it when I went in... it was my first visit... But Im glad I got a chance to work with the new crew. I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience with an oil change. The employees I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, timely and transparent. And funny... we all need a sense of humor, and they were a bright spot in a day of car repairs. They were happy to discuss my options, but not pushy about trying to get me to choose the most expensive thing. It really was a matter of trying to find the best option for me. they looked into some repair work that I needed to have done ( I already knew there were going to be some repairs needed) they searched long and hard to find the part that was going to be needed to fix my car. They gave me their estimate, and when it was not going to be reasonable for my budget at the moment there was no attitude. Just a come back and see us when youre ready. Id be lying if I didnt admit that I called around asking for other estimates on the repair at other shops including the dealership and the estimate they gave me at Midas is the best one so far. How often do we get it right on the first try? Really? Their kindness and humor and honesty have earned my familys business. I recommend you give them a shot!

Absolutely horrendous service! Completely and utterly rude for no reason. Immediately from walking in the door our friendly customer service was non-existent, we were treated as if we had personally wronged these employees. They were unnecessarily aggressive with our vehicle as well. Honestly we go here because the service is cheap and that is all. do not expect good customer service for people to be nice to you or your vehicle to be handled with care but do expect it to be cheap.1/10 only go cuz its cheap

Dont even try to talk to me. I dropped of my Mitsubishi Lancer just for a free check up. They did not charge me, but said I needed new brakes and it would cost $500. I had just changed the brakes myself. So you can imagine how I felt. Lying thieves.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I brought my car in a few months ago to get a second opinion, after receiving a $800+ quote from another garage of brake experts. The Midas employees took another look and diagnosed the issue as tire-related, which saved me hundreds of dollars.Months later I am back and glad to report the same level of professionalism and customer courtesy I experienced during my first visit. The head mechanic remembered my car and his previous diagnostic, which alleviated any anxiety attached with getting work done on my car. Always nice when you and your car are made to feel individualized and not just like another customer with a car problem.Big shout out to Nate and Hayden, thanks guys!

Took my car for a loud noise coming from the exhaust system. Service was fast and done well. While the person who called us to tell us what the problem was had been a little gruff, he was not terribly bad. We can deal with gruff. After all there is so much worse that could have happened. We already knew what the problem was when we took it. What we half expected was someone telling us that we needed a new catalytic converter. That DIDNT happen here. While the person was gruff, he was honest and that is what we look for in a garage. I would rather deal with a grumpy mechanic that knows his stuff instead of a polite mechanic that cant find his way around an engine. Honest, fast and well within our anticipated price range. We will definitely use them again.

I had a flat tire on my camper and broight it in to get repaired or replaced. Even though it took a little while, the staff there was super nice and was able to confirm it had no damage, filled it up and didn’t charge me a dime. Love this place!

Showed up annoyed with Grease Monkey, who wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for a simple oil change, even with the coupon I had. I went to Midas practically next door and not only was Wayne very friendly, but he beat Grease Monkeys price. They got me in right away. I had to wait for an oil filter from another location, but they were awesome!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting the impeccable customer service (Nate and Jon) at Midas on e 120th ave in Thornton, Co. Upon arrival we where greeted. We where offered a awesome all points inspection of the Truck at no charge. Then a complete itemized repair with detail explanation of everything needed. Could not afford all of it so Jon and Nate had the solution with their 6 mo financing no interest financing. Not to mention quality complementary coffee. I rarely write a review but just had to acknowledge a well managed business combined with excellent service

Ive been here before to get my car fixed and they have done well. Took my car in and thought they fixed the problem I had but I dont believe they did the job they were supposed to do.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my service appointment. I misunderstood the date and actually showed up a day early.

Super helpful staff. Brought in a used vehicle I was considering purchasing to have it looked over. Staff member printed me a carfax report on it as well as the vehicle maintenance schedule. Immediately after getting the car on the lift, the technician noted several deal breakers for me and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I really appreciate these guys saving me time and money and going out of their way to help me out.

If youre looking for a place that wont take advantage of you and will charge a reasonable price, come to this shop.I took my car in for an oil change and to investigate a funny sound coming from my brakes. John did a great job and showed me what was going on with the breaks. He explained that while I did have some grooves in my rotor, it wasnt a safety issue and I could have the problem fixed a little later when I was able.I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness. Had I gone somewhere else, Im certain they would have conned me info replacing everything now.

I brought in two expensive wheels to have tires dismounted and once I received the wheels back they both had scratches along the lip of the wheels from their machine and tools. Very visible since the wheels are black, the techs didnt even care and the manager didnt have much to say. They only offered to repair one wheel as the other Doesnt look bad to him and that Every wheel gets scratched when having tires dismounted Ive had plenty of tires removed and never had them scratched like they managed to do. Zero recommendation for Midas.
