I live in the mountains and needed a quick winter tire swap. I came in at 4:30pm, Max & Charles got my vehicle in for the tire swap before they closed at 6pm and I was able to make it hope for dinner. If youre looking for great customer service at a tire shop. Stop into Big O on 104th.

I want to say that Charles was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I had to have my car towed in because my tire blew and was stranded over night on the side of the hi-way. Id like to also thank Cameron and guys for the push start I needed due to a bad starter. They didnt even complain. Super awesome team there. If I actually lived in the area Id go back. I may go back just because of how great they were.

Today the dealership where I purchased a car,took my car and the same car over to Big o and asked them to simply just swap the tires and wheels from car A my car to car B the dealerships car. They had my car for nearly 4 hours when we went back to pick up my car they had not done the swap in fact the did a rotation and this was not even done correct, they werent rotated from side to side rather front to back the exact same side. I know this because I have a tire sensor out and the tire witch its out is now on the back on the opposite side of the car, it should have been put on the frontt drivers side. When asked why happen and why the work wasnt done several started to argued among them self about whos fault it was, blaming everyone else. Mind you we called and asked if they were able to do this today, this was a 20 min job that took 4 hours and never got done. I will never use any BigO ever. I would highly recommend you never go to this one! Even better is the store manager stood and watched all of this happen and never said one word.

Context: About 3 months prior, wanted to do an alignment on my car because my tires were balding towards to inner tire, was told to replace my ball bearings, lower control arms, etc. and was charged $1800 for it. That time I wasnt given the sheet that displays the before and after of the alignment and I wondered why they didnt give that to me, but didnt know I could ask for it. Usually they do give it, but whatever.This time (3 months later which is today), I went into buy two new tires since my tires were really bad (even after the alignment) was told that I needed to replace the tie rods (inner and outer). Total I was charged $900 just to replace the two tires and tie rods (which is understood). I brought in my car at 9am and didnt get my car until 4pm. (Understand my new tires were bought and on the previous week, so this appt was only installing the tie rods... I get it; it can get busy but then again I made an appointment). Time was horrible. Also the point is this time, I specifically asked for the results sheet, and was told that my right cambers was not adjustable (meaning off; granted I dont know what that means and it could be my car) but I was starting to question what were the adjustments made three months ago when they didnt give me that piece of paper.Either way, I spent a lot money and was not satisfied with the work. After the work done, my steering wheel and shift knob was super dirty and I spent tons of money not even trusting that my new tires that I got from them will be good and last with all the changes. Im not giving them my business anymore.

After to talking to some other Big O Tires locations and being told that they couldnt get me my special order battery that I needed but no one seems to carry, I called here and spoke to Charles. He went way above and beyond to find me the battery, and was able to get it delivered same day. He was also very responsive, friendly, and courteous.

I have been coming here for a few years. I am simply blown away by their customer service, from the initial choosing a tire to Charles and a hand full of other guys that came on shift at 10 I was greeted with good morning and small conversation. The environment feels like a auto shop that runs on integrity instead of sales, and I was even able to use snap finance. Simply put you will not be disappointed for your vehicle needs.

Waited about 1 hour for a tire repair. Very quick and friendly.

I would said that this company is very bad. Two days after getting my truck in for service the tire came off the vehicle, and did a a lot of damage to my vehicle. After talking to manager he stated that they did not touch the tire therefore how did they service the vehicle if the tire was never taken off. Plus when I went there, and they at first did not want to deal with the vehicle due to it being late in the day. I could said that my family spend a lot of money at this store, but after not taking care of this matter. I would never return to them and hopefully no one else will have this happen to them. Its hard for me to even give them one star. Very bad customer service.

If you don’t know about cars definitely don’t bring your car here!! I took my truck here because it kept doing a weird noise on the driver side, so they kept my truck one whole day and half to still pick up my truck doing the exact thing I took it in for!! I called them with in 1 hr leaving the shop and they told me to bring it in again so they can inspect it AGAIN!! So now iam stuck with an 800 bill for something they didn’t even fixed!! They charged me 800 just for ONE control arm that’s extremely over charged! Never will I come to this location they obviously don’t know what there doing.

I gave this shop a chance after my negative experience at the 120th Big O location in which I made a reservation for services just to watch my truck sit for hours and ultimaly never get the work done. Unfortunately I had the same experience at this location. I scheduled over $1500 worth of recommended work to be completed weeks in advance (brakes, rotors, allignment, control arms, and ball joints). Dropped the truck off at 10 am and literally never saw it move for 6.5 hours. After being reassured several times they will get to it and the work will be completed that day, Charles let me know at almost 5 pm that his techs would not be able to get started. Although Charles had a great personality, I did not appreciate my entire day being wasted with no results. Also after a second opinion it was determined that the control arms and ball joints were not in need of replacing. Almost seems like I dodged a bullet as I would have gotten the rush job anyway with work that didnt need to be done. This seems to be acceptable services at any Big O these days.

The crew at this Big O is one of those groups that I do trust.They reat my family and I with respect, almost as if we were thier own family members. So I got a nail in my tire. I started loosing air. I saw this big o tire place and was relieved because I got my tires from big o and I got the protection plan. When I went inside I was told I could leave the car and maybe they would fix it I understand they were busy but what good is a protection plan if you cant use it. I wasnt asking for new tires and a alignment . I know tire shops that can fix a hole in five minutes

-1 Star because the staffs could have been more considerate when it come to mounting tires on customers cars. I am a local frequent customer and I see that the quality of the service could have been improved a bit (from 2 or more incidents). I came in with a flat tire in the driver rear side (I asked them to check the driver front tires as well so they dismounted both front and rear driver side). They said the front tire was fine but the rear wasnt fixable. When putting the tires back on... they moved the bad tire into the front and the good tire to the rear. If I was one of the employee I would have thought that the car was front wheel drive and I wouldnt do that.+5 Star for how friendly and nice these people are. I literally choose this place over any other place is because of how they treat their customers. LOVE IT.I truly hope that you guys improve in the future and keep up the good work.

Even on the leather seats arm rest and steering wheel.Just went back to try for a second chance and have a warranty flat repair done and was turned away!I will be finding elsewhere to go from now on!

Not great. I needed my tires replaced and oil changed. They said it would take 1.5 hours, and I was there for over 2 hours waiting. I didnt get an update for the duration of that time where they were in the process.I also came to this location because I had gone to the dealership before, and I was hoping to get better deals. Got a recommendation from this place from a friend, but it was more expensive than the dealership... the prices for the products themselves are not bad, but it looks like they charge double just for labor and service...

Wes did an amazing job of taking care of me and my 4Runner. His staff noticed something was off with my alignment, when they were changing my tires, and they took care of it, so now the 4Runner runs down the road perfectly. I am truly Appreciative of Wes and his entire crew.

The customer service is outstanding, and the fact that they didnt try over sell me made the experience gain faith that their are still good mechanic shops available to the average person. I also feel for the work I had done the pricing was the best around without a doubt. To top my experience off the work that was needed to be done, was done and done right in half the time they told me it would take. 4 tires 4 wheel alignment basic fluids and cvt transmission flush and oil change 1hr 43 minutes............ Very happy with the service at this Big O Tire! Service Manager Wes was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and Technician Chris did a great job! I feel comfortable knowing that my teenage daughters car was well taken care of! In the past, at other shops, she was upsold on unnecessary repairs, so it was very nice that they didnt try to pull that on her.

If you are a female and don’t know much about cars, I would recommend going somewhere else. This was probably your typical “girl knows nothing about car so let’s scare her into paying a lot of money here” scam. I am new to the area from greeley and I came in because of a nail in my tire, and they fixed it for no cost which was great (and why I gave them an extra star) however, afterwards they told me that my rear brake pads were done and then told me it would cost 350$ to replace and they’d give me a coupon for 25-50 dollars off. They then told me I only had a few more miles before I was looking at a total of 1,000 dollars to fix. So being a girl who knows nothing about cars I was terrified. I called my mechanic from back home and he was blown away. A brake pad costs anywhere from 15-65 dollars then a little extra for labor!!! I drove my car all the way back home as well (so much for the few miles before 1,000$) and my total for both my rear brake pads (and I even chose the most expensive kind of brake pad for my car) was only 110$!!! They wanted me to pay triple the price for the same thing. I was baffled. Please if you are female and don’t know about cars, always get a second opinion and stop letting these guys scare you Into paying an arm and a leg for these services.

I bought new tires. They (Wes) decided to fix my tire pressure monitoring system at no cost. I was especially happy about the experience because I had other mechanics try to fix the TPMS and they were unable to deliver.

This is a horrible company to do business with,I scheduled a alignment on Tuesday at 1pm,I showed up 30 minutes early,called on status of my vehicle at 3pm since I was told it shouldnt take longer than 1 hr,they never touched my vehicle,I picked up my vehicle and rescheduled for same week on Friday at noon,again,dropped truck off 30 minutes early,called at 5 pm for status,and again, they never touched the vehicle, they hurried to throw it on the alignment rack 15 minutes before closing, threw the heads on it and said they couldnt align it due to possible bent parts,made no attempt to even put 1 wrench to it to try,didnt even offer me a read out sheet to verify settings,dont do business with this franchise, they dont care about your patronage

Staff was nice but took 4 hours to get tires put on. They said 2 hours and didnt even offer an apology just kept telling me another 40 mins. I have gone to many Big O through the years and Never have I had to sit and wait so long. Especially when Im spending so much on full set of tires. Never will come to this location Again.

If I could give them a 10 I would. I live across from their competitor and will continue to travel to them for my car needs. Wes and Cameron take great pride in the shop and all the mechanics take such pride in their work. I go to them for everything from simple tire air checks to oil changes and everything else my car needs. My mechanic yesterday told me that my undercarriage was 1 of the cleanest he had seen in awhile, I had to laugh when the other mechanic turned and said it was because he worked on it last time I was in and I take care of my car per their instructions when it needs further work.

The customer service is excellent! Wes helped me on the phone call and checking out! They are great with seniors and trying to help! The only suggestion I have is that even when you book an appointment you seem to have to join the line so it took longer than I expected! All in all a positive experience!

This is hands down the absolute best Big O Tires in the nation. EASILY. Let me tell you... the tire tech Chris has done every oil change when my car comes in. He usually is working on tires and doing other mechanic stuff but EVERY TIME I’ve came in he’s been the guy to service both my old Cadillac and new one alike. They are always honest, they never upswell or tell you that you need things when you don’t. Chris takes care of my car as it was his own! He communicates well and he talks to me, they let me know everything that’s going on with my vehicles. Chris you’ve earned my respect forever.Wes! Let’s talk about Wes for a minute. I been stressed and this guy always helps out with giving me the best deal there is possible no matter what. I tell him what I found (price-wise) at other places and he matches or beats it with great confidence. They all respect me as a person, as a customer, and also as a military veteran. They’ve went out the way to make sure I can get my vehicle serviced even on a lunch break because I work in 20 day stints without a day off sometimes!These two guys alone make the trip worth it. Omg been here for 2 hours already for a tire rotation. It is 1st come 1st serve starting at 730am. I was the 2nd person and still waiting ! Unfortunately for the warranty of my tires I have to come here.

Bought my rims elsewhere they helped me with my tire size and purchase. They also mounted and balanced on my other vehicle and did a great job

Flatout tried to upsell me on tires and wouldnt understand the math. Had them redo it, and found out they tried to upsell me $20+ for tires on a deal that they said was cheapest.

The gentleman who helped me was professional, friendly, and proficient!!! It did take 4.5 hours to do my oil change and new tires, but I left and returned. The only thing I was concerned about was that Les was not wearing a mask and was walking around, even though they have signs posted that it is the LAW. None of the men doing the work were wearing masks either. I hope this shop stays healthy.

After going to multiple shops to get my spare tire changed, I finally ended up here. Amazing customer service from everyone. The guy helping me went the extra step to call my insurance company to file the claim, which other shops wouldn’t take the time to do. In the end, my spare tire was changed and I was out of there in under an hour. Excellent customer service by all the employees and I will be back for all my tire needs.

The employees are very nice and professional. If only they didnt take a million hours to do simple services. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location, because I though the first incident was just a coincidence I set an appointment time, show up on time, and am told it should be a short wait... then have to wait 2+ hours for an oil change that should not take that long especially with a scheduled time. If you cant deliver dont offer. Some of us have things to do and if we are told a short wait we expect it to be a short wait. It is hard to have to reschedule my day because they cannot work efficiently or tell me an honest time frame.

Untrustworthy. Spent over $1300 on a fix to find out it was unnecessary.They tried to tell me an additional $1800 was also necessary, when all along it was a $60 hose.

We noticed that our tires were losing air after having got new tires and we took them back to the shop and Wes was absolutely amazing by replacing our tires, coming out and letting us know that they took care of everything and communicative with us every step of the way! We loved the service and honesty and just overall way that everything was handled. I would definitely go back!

I have a 74 Buick that needed some attention. I didnt want to take the car to a custom shop nor did I want to take on the project myself. I have tried many normal shops and none of them wanted to do the job because its old. These guys fixed a flat under warranty for me on a tire so I thought I would ask them. Not only did they jump right on a quote but they also loved the thought of working on the car for me. Within a wk the parts where in and the car was done a day and a half later. Really good group of professional mechanics as well as new friends. I will take the car and any other car there from here on out. I hope to do most of the work myself but if I cant I atleast i know someone trust worthy. The car drives and handles fantastic. Thanks guys.

I came to this location on 4/30 for a tire rotation and alignment. While I was there the man working up front (short guy middle aged guy, dark hair) notified me that I needed to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. In his words they were Metal on metal, and beyond the point of asap, now a crucial repair that must be done immediately He told me that it would be just under $500 and that while they were busy they would do it while they were finishing my tired because it was the crucial they be done immediately. Well, Im not going to pay $500 for $150 in parts and maybe 30 mins worth of work so I told him I would get the parts and do it at home. He said I shouldnt even be driving the car any farther then directly home because they were so bad. Fast forward, get the parts, go home, get ready to replace said parts. One of the two rotors showed some very slight wear, we replaced them since we were already down there with new parts on hand, but they honestly didnt need it yet. The brake pads were completely fine, they were so far from metal on metal it was ridiculous. Which tells me one thing loud and clear... you saw who you assumed was a young mother with her infant son that probably didnt know any better and tried to take advantage of me (in the middle of a global pandemic mind you) to make an extra sale. This is by far the lowest, scummiest thing I have seen someone do in a sales situation in a very long time, and Im blown away. Not only will you receive no further business from my family (we have multiple cars we have gotten tires from you for, and are actually due for another very expensive set as we speak) but I hope that everyone reads this and doesnt waste their time giving you another dollar. I hope this is the action of one sales person without morals and not company practice, but as the regional manager for a large scale retail business I can tell you this is not the kind of person I would want as a face for my company.

The guys squeezed me in last minute when O found a screw in my tire as I was about to leave for a trip. On top of that, they got my car back on the road in half the quoted time!! Love Big O and this store is tops

Every single time I’ve been to Big O, this one in particular, they find some way to be more of an inconvenience than the last time. Honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and forget about setting appointments, because if you do you’re gonna sit there for two and a half hours and twiddle your thumbs (got there at 1:15 for an alignment didn’t leave until 3:40) after being told “oh it’ll take about a half hour, 45 minutes tops”. Not usually one to complain (actually my first review ever), and I get it, I’ve been both in the blue collar and white collar industries now and I know sometimes s**t hits the fan, but damn if I don’t make sure my clients leave happy. If I could give a lower rating than a one star I would. Do not come here, ever.

Thomas knows his vehicles and how to take care of customers. I had my tires serviced at Goodyear a week ago and noticed a shimmering while driving. Thomas test drove the vehicle, on a busy Saturday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, made the proper recommendations and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be back and so will the people I know. Goodyear....Tremont location downtown...you lost my business.
