Friendly with amazing customer service from everyone there! I took my car in because my tire was leaking and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. There was a bolt of some kind stuck in my tire. See photos. I’ll be back in the future when I need new tires.

Worst Repair service. They kept my car for 14 days for a Starter. They never called to give updates. I made all the calls to get updates. When called on an ETA I was told that the part was on backorder and wouldnt be ready for 4 more days. When I said I wanted to pick my car up and bring it back when the part was in they told me I couldnt because it was in pieces.Worst Customer Service. Will Never use of recommend this place.

We have taken all of our cars to the 120th location for years. We trust them with all our service needs! They do great work at a reasonable price.

The price ($100) for the diagnostic check was not disclosed in advance, just showed up on the final bill. Parts for repair (air/fuel ratio sensor) was extremely overpriced. Repair was done promptly though.

To the man working Christmas Eve morning: you have made my year! I had to jump start my boyfriends car and couldn’t get my cables to reach so out of desperation I called this place to see if I could borrow some longer jumper cables or something. He easily could have said “I’ll jump it for 20$” or however much, but no. This great man came over to the apartment place (I live right behind the shop) and jumped it for me! If I ever need anything car related I’m coming to you guys! An honest great guy! Merry Christmas sir!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Got a flat tire on I-25, had the car towed to them, they got the tire, had it fixed and balanced better than its ever been by the time I finished a round of golf. There is absolutely no reason you should take your car anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Completely impressive experience and I have seen my fair share of mechanics owning injury-prone vehicles.

I brought my car in for tire service it was a quick and easy time frame had my tires ordered Tuesday and put on Wednesday evening . the receptionist is very well spoken and knows what she is talking about when it comes to it. both herself and the tech who did my tires advised i needed a new ABS sensor i will be getting the work done here as well. its a fast and friendly place and we will come back for business.

It took forever but here’s my review.. they are awesome. Caught a flat with my family in the car. I walked across the street cause I seen this tire place and Darnell didn’t question a thing got in the car came across the street and assisted me with putting a spare. In the process he noticed my tires were all different and offered me a awesome deal and swapped my spare at no charge. I would fully recommend this place just based on honesty and customer service!

Do not take your car here Darnell is very unprofessional and lies about what they do with your car. All he cares about is getting the most money from you. Tells you they do things when they dont and than doesnt give the security footage to confirm when requested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Youll have to fix your car again when you leave.

All I can say is, definitely get a second opinion when using this place. Staff was friendly, but it seemed like they were more focused on customers they knew or customers that have been going there a while. I could be wrong, but that was impression I got as we were at the counter and the manager could barely focus long enough to get our info down since it was our first time. He would stop what he was doing to cater to people behind us and make sure they were good and then return to us even though we were there first.But I will say this, I was given a quote for about $1,100.00 and I had another well know shop take a second a look and I just needed a simple rear brake adjustment, not a total front and rear brake over haul. They claimed there were grooves in the rear rotors, but I was able to see them when the second shop took them off and both were very smooth and no damage like Colorado Tire said there was.Just a heads up, always take the time to get second or third opinion when a shop gives you a huge quote. It could save you thousands!**To address the companies answer, yes all the items listed on the quote were maintenance. Just like every quote will have from all shops! Thats what companies like you are on business to do, MAINTAINING automobiles! Per dictionary: The process of maintaining or preserving something or someone. The point of this review was to address the ACCESSIVE amount of work or maintenance I was quoted for when it needed just a simple rear drum adjustment which most shops do for about $60. Not new drums and rotors, brake and shoe pads, and other little parts for brake job, and a guess from the mechanic on a radiator leak they just couldnt seem to find but was positive it needed one.

In a fairly short time, I have taken 4 vehicles into CTS, mostly for routine maintenance, but also repairs. The work has always been performed quickly, professionally and at a fair price. Darnell always greets us as friends and doesnt push services we dont need.As another reviewer said, Id like to keep this place a secret, but a shop this good deserves as much business as it can handle!Thank you guys!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They tried screwing me out of $4,000. Clamming they had to special order a part and have it made brand new out of a factory because they stopped manufacturing that part for my car. I HAVE A 2009 NISSAN ROUGE S! never I repeat NEVER go here they will only screw you over I went to a way better mechanic and had the same work plus more done for less than $1,300

Ive avoided doing this review because I wanted to keep them as my own secret. Ive taken multiple vehicles here and then got my wife to start bringing her vehicle there. I never feel scammed or over charged. The only downside is they use to be open on Saturday but they had to scale back their hours. When I need something fixed I figure out a way to get it to them to check. Definitely would recommend.

Colorado tire and service is my go to for my entire family! I felt at the end of my rope for over a year when the delership gave my the run around with my vehicle and refused help correctly diagnose my check engine light. I handed over my van to Darnell and Andrew and without hesitation they quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue. Thank goodness for these guys! Brought my car in with an engine noise. Darnell and his crew spent more than a day looking for the problem and keeping me informed (and even took time for a test drive with me). Ultimately, we couldnt reproduce the issue, but I was very impressed with their dedication and helpfulness (and if it resurfaces, I know where Im coming back to). In the end, they didnt even charge me for their time!In short: friendly, helpful, clearly knowledgeable, HONEST, good people. Highly recommended.

Quality work done here. Pricing is a little much for some things however oil changes and regular maintenance pricing is extremely competitive for the quality. Manager Darnell is an awesome guy, and they even have a rockstar female mechanic! Who doesnt love that?

My car would not start so i towed it here since i only live a few blocks away. They were able to show me that it is just an issue with Nissan Altimas in general and did not charge me. He gave me a tip on how to get it started and it works! Very friendly staff and very fair work.

I had my newer truck break down with some pretty serious issues and lost my cool a few times and Darnell stuck with me and was able to help me figure things out. Not only are they extremely professional and kind, but they go above and beyond all expectations. Last year around this time the alternator on my jeep went out. I was getting married only days away and no other shop was willing to service my jeep. They came no problem with a battery pack, we drove my jeep back together and they fixed it! With Darnell and everyone at the shop I know that Ill be coming back for years! They have great prices and I know my cars are in good hands! Thank you so much for such great service!!!

My husband took his car here, told the shop to see if the auto dyne warranty covers it they call back a week later telling me it is gna be an outrageous amount of money 700$ the part is 50$. They held my car hostage saying we owed $100 for diagnostics. Took it to to a reliable shop. Which quoted me 400$ for the same job( All nation auto) we told them we think irs the valve covers and thats what they said the diagnostics show. Turns out ITS THE SEALS! Got charged $100 for a diagnostics that was false and never completed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE DISHONEST MECHANICS!

I found the company based upon yelp reviews. I wanted a second opinion because the Auto Nation dealership told me that the “humming” noise was caused by “feathering” of my tires and alignment issues. Of course this was only because I opted for the “free” diagnostics so no further inspection was done. I didn’t trust what Auto Nation stated so that’s how I came to meet Darnell. Darnell is a funny dude who takes pride in making sure the customers needs are met. After the first day Darnell immediately could tell the original diagnosis from Auto Nation was wrong and he couldn’t understand how they came to the conclusion without looking underneath the car. My car needed new ball joints and a new windshield. I’m thrilled that my car is finally fixed and if I’m in need of future repairs I will be visiting Darnell and his A-team.

Honest, knowledgeable, and competent staff. Its always a pleasure working with these guys. Its never convenient to have something go wrong with your car, but these guys take some of the pain out of it.

This shop is horrible do not take your car here Darnelle acts like such a caring guy and that he is there for you but at the end of the day he is making him self look good. I have a 2006 audi a6 that was leaking oil from the valve covers have a warranty on the car and they said it would be a 700$ job because I needed valve covers. Held my car hostage for $100 for an incorrect diagnosis. Took it to a reliable shop and its not even the valve covers!!!! Wouldve wasted 700 and it wouldnt have even been fixed!!! These guys DO NOT know what theyre doing!

Ive been a CO Tire & Service customer for over a year now. I knew on my first visit that this shop personnel was top notch in customer service. Darnell Jackson always meets my vehicle needs without being pushy or laying a guilt trip on me when I refuse service. Ive purchased tires for both my cars there with the assurance that if I was unsatisfied with anything that they would make it right. So far, I have not had any complaints about any service Ive had done to any of my cars. Thanks CO Tire for earning my trust.

Between them not properly flushing my girlfriends brakes in November and acting like I was exaggerating that they were barely functioning to my car still leaking power steering fluid after they replaced my tie-rod ends in December, should be enough not to return there. But I contacted their manager of their shops, Paul to tell him my concerns and he said that he would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. They used to be good but I guess they stopped caring or something. The pictures are of my now power steering fluid stained driveway.

The employees are also very friendly and honest. I highly recommend them.

The mechanics Andrew, Darnell an Jasper were very helpful in answering and responding to my questions, seemed to know a bunch about my subaru outback and were always quick to answer my calls, and now my Subi is running better than ever.
