This is the second time that I have rented from Compass in Hayes Rd in Warren.I was very happy to find Randy the Manager still with the company.I have found it is not necessarily the Storage property because all facilities are pretty much structured the same. The difference is the people. Randy and the young lady he works with ensure tenants are almost like family. Family you get along with of course.

The staff are so friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. Very safe place to keep your possessions.

Everyone here is great! This is the first time we have ever needed a storage unit, and they made it easy experience. They are very informative and helpful. I highly recommend them for your storage or moving needs.

We used them for more then a year. Had 2 units, both a large climate controlled and an even larger standard unit. We had countless issues with the staff. Incorrect charges as well as the craziest issue. We asked for and paid for a particular sized climate controlled unit. We were given the wrong size unit, when we noticed they were closed already. We had no choice but to put the stuff into the unit anyway. We called as soon as they were open and explained what happened. They proceeded to tell us it was 100% our fault for not measuring the unit first, we were also told that it IS NOT THEIR JOB to know which unit is what size. That is up to the customer to know. Then they said as a courtesy they would change us to a larger unit (meaning the size we asked for in the first place as well as paid for) at no additional charge. They then said we had 24 hours to move the stuff from the 1 unit to the other.They were also very disrespectful to us.

I had a very good experience with this storage unit. They understood my situation were very understanding helped me.The young lady and young man that was working that day were so friendly and kind and understanding. The unit is very clean, price is mediocre but absolutely wonderful storage unit I would highly recommend it.

Location is right of 696. Smart choice for work vehicle home base. Can probable get anywhere around town in an hour or less.

The managers at this location are always friendly and helpful. They even have U-Haul trucks which made everything eaiser. I come here anytime I need U-Haul equipment or storage. Trucks are always very clean!

Great safe place but price keep going up every other month, dont be fool by the price I have a small storage outside started off with 70 to 80 now Im paying over 100 Im moving my things to a different location after 2 years with them also be aware of charge paying over the phone.

I can not say enough about this storage facility. I was a customer of their facility in Waterford for years and was extremely happy. Well a little over a month ago, when a family member was looking for a place to store items he went online and did a search of facilities in his area. Prices, convenience, reviews were all a part. Well when I found out he was looking I recommended he looked to see if there was a compass facility nearby. He did and pricewise and reviews he was happy. It was a little further than he had hoped to drive but I convinced him to check it out. Well I came over and we went together. Well first thing he noticed was how well kept the property looked. He had driven by a few other places and they had a lot of trash and just looked like they would attract a lot of rats and bugs. We went inside and the woman there her name I believed was Jennifer was so helpful. She acknowledges us right off. told us it would be just a minute and finished up with the woman who was paying her rent. When she asked what she could do for us, the woman she was waiting on was walking out the door and she stopped and couldnt say enough about the facility and the staff. Well the young lady was so helpful. She asked what size unit we needed, when we werent sure she explained what each size would hold as well as walking us through the facility and showing us the sizes so we could get a perspective. This person was so nice, so informative and so helpful this is rare in todays workplace. She actually made us feel like we were special. Well to wrap things up. My family member got his unit, and called me yesterday to thank me. He was so pleased and happy with how clean they were, how nice and helpful they were over the month and it really made me feel good for having recommended the facility. The funny part of the whole thing, is when I left there I was really on the fence about moving my 3 units from my facility to this one. Its crazy, I am way off in Waterford, and my facility does a decent job. But this facility and the woman who was there honestly made me want to move. I mean hamburger is good and you can be content with it. But when you get a filet mignion wrapped with bacon and baked potato for a similar price, sometimes you are just willing to make the trip cause its worth it. As a post script I would like to say I only gave 5 stars because 10 wasnt an option! Thank you people at compass for both making my family happy and keeping the high level of my recommendations to them intact.

I have my truck parked here, and Im good with it. Staff was friendly, place has lights and cameras and on site resident staff.

I recently moved to the area and was in a bind for space, I decided to check out compass self storages Roseville location and I can not stress enough how thankful I am that I went there. I met Jon and Jen who run the place and kidding aside, they are two of the kindest and genuine folks I have met. They couldnt have been more helpful, professional and to be honest a sigh of relief for me at a time when I was very overwhelmed by my move. Jon even stopped by as I was moving some stuff into my unit and offered to lend a hand! its those kind of little gestures that ya dont see these days and make it worth going out of your way to use Jon and Jens facilityThe pricing for the units is very competitive for the area, they offer units with electricity and plug ins for those that dont. I am very satisfied with my choice to use this facility mainly because of the staff and how blown away I was by how far they go above and beyond to make a customers experience the best it can be.
