This storage facility is incredibly clean and great security. The assistant at the front desk, which I believe shes the manager is knowledgeable, very professional and extremely pleasant and swamped with work. I have all good things to say about her. She explained everything to me. Much appreciated.

After several hours of issues with another storage facility that I had reserved and paid for. I contacted security public storage. The rates were reasonable and the check in was fast and friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. Security Public Storage is a winner with me.

All staff is helpful and worked with me when I decided to move to a smaller unit. The only issue i had was the presence of mice. The pest control person was sure it was either a lizard or frog. Not with the mess. I will watch the new unit for pest issues and take appropriate action. Access is good and times excellent.

I have had a unit here for about 3 months and I thoroughly enjoy having a storage unit at this location. They have great staff that provide helpful customer service and the hours are nice considering other storage units close significantly earlier. They also are very fairly priced and are willing to work with people that have lower incomes. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit in the Roseville area.

Second time using this facilty; first time since new management. We rented a unit only to find it was smaller than we needed for our move, the office manager Sonya really worked with us to help find a good solution and saved the day. thank you! The units are clean; no rodents or pests. Grounds are clear and quiet. If your have a bigger unit, it often has multiple doors which can be really helpful. The gate and lock systems really makes us feel secure, and the access hours are extensive that most work shifts should be able to find a time that works.

Fantastic service, very friendly and clean property. Until a year later the management changed and started making up their own rules, so Im understanding but dont understand at all. My 2 door down storage buddy is 70 years old, and mentality handycapped, but still goes to work on his bycycke with a small carry along. He takes his time and is a yard keeper for multiple homes in our local area. He keeps his weed eaters and tools in the storage unit somewhere where he can keep his equipment tuned and stored. He pays his rent every month and is a bit comfortable their until things changed. He was booted from the property with a full months rent paid till the 28th, his belongings in kept and know refund for days on he cann t useSomeone explain how leaving a bag of trash out too long gets you out and without your belongs or a check for days not occurred? Hes with a phone, times are tough but he trys on the daily.

I checked a number of storage facilities before choosing this location. The discount they offered was great! No surprise charges, no hidden fees, no small print, just a straight out discount. Both Bobs are very helpful and friendly. The premises is always clean and the location is extremely convenient for me. Id recommend this facility to anyone looking for one.

Very unprofessional. They tried to screw me for a unit I wanted held. I was charged before even using it. They charged me for a week that it was being held for me. Tried to cancel and was continually LIED to by Sonja.....ugh!

I called the facility just a few minutes before showing up with a trailer full of property. I was greeted warmly on the phone and told they would be waiting for me.I got great friendly service at the office, and the paperwork was painless and quick. The unit I was assigned was very clean. The facility was also clean and the driveways were very easy to navigate. I am very happy.

I just moved here from the bay area and I literally wouldnt switch were to store my furniture for anything in the world. The staff and manager are super nice, friendly and would do anything to help and accommodate your needs. So if your looking somewhere to store your belongings and an wary on who to pick an choose let me just put your mind at ease and say this is the place to go!

I have been a customer for over a year. Wonderful staff and convenient hours. Although their storage units are self-locking they have an extra security feature that acts as a silent alarm on each unit. When I arrive, I put my PIN in at the gate and it deactivates this silent alarm. When I leave the property, the system recognizes my PIN on the exit gates and re-activates this alarm. So if someone happens to enter using their PIN and tampers with my unit, this silent alarm will set. I LOVE that extra security and its included in the month rent fee!

I had come to inquire about a space recently and found this facility very inviting. Not only is it easily accessible and near the highway, but the staff was very helpful.
