Horrible customer service, complete waste of my time and money. I was so uncomfortable with the way things were that I lasted a week. No refund no nothing. Had to get another one someplace else. Pay a bit more but you wont have someone eyeballing ye belongings and doing that Everytime you went to get whatever, it would be check out my things real quick. Theres more but I believe enough has been said.

Had the storage for a year never had any complications, everyone is helpful. Especially Ian he helped me when I snapped my key and he was happy to help. Great attitudes from everyone so thank you you everyone there.

Super clean and organized. I just moved my items from a smaller unit to a larger one today and Robert was super professional, nice and helpful. He processed all the paperwork quickly and just made the whole experience painless. I really like the temperature controlled units available here and the overall cleanliness. I would definitely recommend.

I have been storing with All American for about 3 years and have never had any problems with the facility or the staff. I have always felt my stuff was safe and secure, the resident manager, Robert takes good care of the facility and is always friendly and helpful. In fact the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one thing that would make the place even better is if they were to put lights up on the outside. With winter coming up and the time change it gets dark early and it would be helpful if there were lights.

This is the place, if you Are looking for a well kept clean facility with a friendly staff and great prices! Robert was great, I had never rented a storage unit before and he was very patient and answered all my questions and helped me to determine what size unit I needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Got a great deal on a 5x10 unit 1/2 off 1st month and the second month free! I would highly recommend this place. Robert was very helpful he showed me several options to help me get the best deal for the size I need.

Matt was very quick and helpful with any questions we had (even when we arrived 20 min before close time). Showed us the unit. Gave us tips on parking and exiting the facility. Very nice and efficient. Office and in- door storage building is clean.

They are so nice there! I had my unit for 10 months with them and the unit was clean, my things were safe, and the staff was super nice!

I was looking for a 5x10 drive up unit which they didnt have but the person that was helping me, Robert, suggested that I get 2 5x5s because they were on special and he had 2 that were right next to each other. So I got half off 1st month and 1 month free on each of them. I would highly recommend this place, great prices, specials, and customer service.

Closes too early and ratherepensive.... Same size unit can be found cheaper off antelope. And stays open longer..free candy at the front desk!!
