Been a customer here for years. The owner,Andy, and all the very professional and sweet employees are very personable and always make me feel like my belongings are safe. Andy, knows every single customers name and shows Incredible quality customer service and experience. He is a huge part of why Ive stayed at this location even when moving miles away. A friend recommended this storage place to me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by a young lady named Jackie. She knows what she’s doing and is very respectful of COVID Precautions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a storage space.

Always pleasant to do business with the employees here. They are friendly and helpful, and the units are fairly priced. This unit is now fairly far from where I live and not convenient, but I haven’t left as I am happy with the service and the unit and feel it’s worth a little extra drive time.

Taylor Road Self Storage is corporate and very cold. I have been paying for a large storage unit for over 9 years. I moved away many years ago and took this time off (epidemic) to move all of my contents to my home in AZ. I finished packing the Penske truck and had 2 average size boxes that I needed to throw away. This wouldnt have been a problem but, due to the stay at home order, nothing was open. The dump and most businesses were closed. I could have found a dumpster and illegally dumped my boxes, but I thought the manager would help. I was wrong! The manager informed me that corporate wouldnt allow me to use their dumpster. I explained my situation (dont live in CA, businesses and the dump were closed due to Covid-19, I lost my job, and that I have paid close to $300 a month for the past 9 years), but management didnt budge. Its amazing how businesses and people are coming together to help in these terrible times, but Taylor Road Self Storage wouldnt allow me to throw away a couple of boxes. I wasnt asking for much. This epidemic brings out an individuals or a companies true colors and I would think twice before renting from them.

Good place to store things and management was pleasant. Only reason for the 4 star is due to the increase in cost every year by a couple bucks and the hours. If you dont leave by close you are Locked In.

While they were offering a 3-month free special, we soon learned it did not apply to the unit they were offering us. When we asked for one that it applied to, they said none were available. After that disappointing first experience, we have had no problems.

Weird location. Two men I have had contact with that work there, seem friendly but also very creepy. Was in the middle of getting directions with one of them when this family walks in and he full on stops talking frozen hands mid air(cos he was explaining somethi mg to me) to stare and follow with his head and eyes! The female didnt look any older than 16 or 17! I walked out super fast and have tried avoiding him since. If you have a unit on the top floor you will need to park at the very end and walk like a quarter mile all the way to the end! They do have stairs at the very end and in the middle, but doesnt work for moving lots of things or heavy things. Not to mention not enough space to park and you cant use the customer parking when going to your unit. They told my mom and I to park on the side. Wth. And what if someone comes and needs that unit we are blocking, sir?!
