I recently entered into a contract for a storage space. I completed the transaction online and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Later that day the customer service representative Josh called me to review everything and set up a time the next day to met at the space and review everything. I was very happy with the excellent service I received. Full details on entering the facility, the lights, door and lock. He even assisted me on the proper way to exit. Im very happy with the entire experience.

I rented a storage unit from a 10x10 to a 10x20 for over 4 years. The facility was always kept clean and Micheal, the manager of the storage unit was always friendly, easy to reach and had kept me updated with any changes. The hours were great to visit for storage access times. The Gate code was easy to reach when entering/ leaving. After 4 years of storage with extra space, I no longer need a storage unit, I would definitely recommend extra space for your storage needs. and... there price is reasonable.

This was such a great experience. I havent had the need for storage for a very long time. I called them at the last minute and they were great at suggesting what would be the best size and cost for what I needed. They were very fair about sharing the best options for long or short term use. Anyone I have spoken to has been so informative. When I finally found time to check out the unit and pick up my lock, I was greeted by a super friendly and helpful fellow Midwesterner, Josh. Josh was great at handling my online rental and went above and beyond normal customer service, making me feel really comfortable that I was putting most of my belongings in Extra Space’s hands! 10/10 I highly recommend!

Great storage option! There are so many storage options nearby and I called comparing conditions of exterior/non-climatized options and pricing, and Extra Space was by far the best. Not only that, Josh was super helpful, diligent about finding us the best deal/rate based on our timing, and even placed the extra moving gear we bought from him in our unit, ready to go since we were arriving after hours. Mike was very good at informing me of all inclusive s in the storage unit . Explained everything fully and went out of his way to show me how to get in and which rows to go down in order to be the easiest with a trailer or truck to unload .
