It is a wonderful place to store my belongings, it is Super clean and Temperature controlled. The Roseville location is so convenient from the freeway. The staff is so nice and friendly. I couldnt have chose a better storage facility.

Great facility with easy access and location to freeway makes for a quick in and out. Inside it was super clean. You can be confident your stuff will be in good hands, especially if you work with Kendall. He explained everything and did an awesome job walking me through the layout of the building to make it simpler for me. Nice when someone cares!

The manager was great and we really appreciated his effort and personality! He really cares that his customers have an easy experience!

We rented a storage unit this last weekend. The manager was super helpful and flexible. He showed us to the unit gave us tips on which doors and elevators are best to use. It was great seeing the sample size units right in the lobby. Definitely went above and beyond to help us select the best unit and plan our use of it.

I needed a temporary place to store my stuff and used Acorn. The manager, Kendall, was very polite and helpful. He was always very friendly when I needed to talk to him. The unit was clean and served its purpose for me very well and the building was always clean. There are plenty of carts to move your stuff and building access was very easy with several keypad entrances around the building.

This facility is everything you want it to be and Kendall at the Roseville location is so wonderful to work with... he is very professional, extremely helpful and offers great service even if it’s a busy time of the day.He is definitely an asset to your company.

Very knowledgeable associate there when I went with my daughter and grandchild. Free parking. Good access. Very clean inside. Coffee and water available. Seems reasonable pricing. Well lit area. Former furniture big box stores.

In there today to pay bill. The older white guy with beard was extremely rude as ALWAYS! He threw my card, and the sheet for me to sign at me!!! My daughter asked when we got back to car why he threw my license, and the sheet at me, all I could say is hes ALWAYS rude!!! Ive complained before! Maybe now that Im posting and the world will see, it will be handled!!! Kendall is AMAZING, I love the storage, but this guy has to go!!!

Kendall, the manager, provides great customer service and communicates well with clients.

Best experience with Acorn Mini storage in Roseville. The facilities are super nice and clean, the unit was easy to access (24hrs/big elevators and rolling carts), and moving in and out was a breeze. Kendall (the store manager) went above and beyond to be helpful. They even were able to rent me a Uhaul from at their location so I could make the move.

Staff gets 5 stars, the building could use some improvements, it’s “ climate controlled “ situation is annoying, it’s suppose to be warm when walking in but it’s as cold. And the back lot needs to be plowed. The manager Kendall does a great job of working with people !

Stay away ! Very cold when it’s supposed to be climate controlled. Staff act like security, the place we moved too has been way better the employees who actually are minding there own business and don’t disturb us with nonsense. Spend an extra 5/10 bucks and get put your private items in trusted place with no nonsense. And I thought public storge was horrible smh! And the owners response here is funny, they just ask you to contact them but give you no information on how like an email or link! They a joke.

Manager is creepy like a peeping Tom.he followed me every where I stepped while I moved my things in.The manager sent threats to steal my things if I didn’t pay on time I generally pay on the 6 or 7th.. the manager adds extra fees when he doesn’t get the response he is looking for kinda like blackmail. The manager at this site will disable your doorcode before protocall says he should out of spite and I believe it’s a power trip . I’m very dissatisfied with my expierence at this location I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life
