If I could give zero stars I would. Take your car somewhere else. Called them about needing some exhaust work, and they tell me to bring my car in because they have to look at it before they can price it.Tell me if I get it there by 1 pm they should be able to get it taken care of the same day. Nearly 2 and a half hours later I get a call telling me my car needs exhaust from the catalytic converter back but they cant give me a price because places are closed. Tell me I can leave it til Monday but cant tell me how much to repair it.Tell them Ill come and pick the car up. When I arrive I get hit with a $22 inspection fee which was not disclosed when I dropped my car off.Also the invoice states complete car inspection but they failed to give me a report.Their comment is we have to pay our employeesI will be going elsewhere even if they cost me more money.

This place needs to train its front desk employees to be more thorough in their communication and to review their SOPs for techs. I had an awful experience here and would highly NOT recommend.Full disclosure: I knew very little about tires before this incident. I damaged one of my tires and measured the tread depth with a ruler at 6/32. After calling around a few places, I was told that since I have an AWD vehicle, I need to either find a tire with similar tread depth/pattern or replace all 4. Otherwise, 1 brand new tire could cause serious problems over time. I discovered the last place I bought tires was out of business, no used tire shops in the area had the tread depth/pattern/size I needed, and for a new set, NTB had the best offer with $170 in mail-in rebates. The NTB near me didnt have 4 tires in the size I needed, so they referred me to this location.When I arrived, they were very busy. There was just one older man covering the front desk, phone was ringing, and there was a line of customers waiting. When I finally got to the register, the receipt printed out for me to sign was $150 more than what I had been quoted over the phone, with no mention of the rebates--the man had automatically signed me up for several of NTBs life-of-tire programs. I asked them to be removed, but the man insisted I get at least their base plan, adding an extra $30. He printed out another receipt with it included and I just signed it. I asked him about the rebates (thankfully Id been told about these over the phone) and he gave me papers to register. Two hours later my car was ready, but the man at the front desk told me the tech who does their alignments already left for the day, so I could come back to have that done at a later date. I requested to keep my old tires so I could sell them, but given that most tires need replaced around 4/32, I figured they wouldnt be worth much.Fast forward a few weeks: I discovered I was only eligible for $120 in mail-in rebates (you had to spend $800 on tires alone and I didnt reach that)--first false promise. Secondly, I bought a tire tread depth gauge from Auto Zone to double check how much my tires were worth and measured the old tires at 9/32! All 3 almost brand new, barely worn, and certainly fine to replace just the 1 tire... I was so frustrated. I called and spoke with the manager about what had happened. He apologized that they didnt catch the tread or rebate, but said he wouldnt be able to refund me or process any sort of return. He told me to come in during his work hours the following day for the alignment and he would give me some coupons.I came in the next day, and the manager called over the older gentleman who had waited on me the night I bought my tires. He proceeded to berate him in front of me while taking no accountability for the mistake himself. It was very awkward and very poor leadership/professionalism. He then took out a business card and wrote free oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades on the back of it (even though free tire rotations were included in the $30 base plan that Id already purchased). He told me the oil change was a $100+ value, saying they could do full synthetic, which I appreciate but have never gotten before, I dont even know if my car would take that type of oil, and am generally fine with the standard $50 oil change + tire rotation from the dealership near my house. At least it was some effort.I had to come back for the alignment a few hours later (an inconvenience since this is on the other side of town, adding another 1.5 hours of driving). Again the older gentleman at the front desk prints out a receipt for me to sign--$100 for the alignment. I said I thought it was included in the purchase of my 4 tires. He tells me only an alignment CHECK was included (OMG!!!). I refused the check, grabbed my keys and walked out.Bottom line: This place is a hot mess, does not have customers best interest at heart, and will nickel and dime you to death. Do not go here.

Asked for 2 new tires to be put on front end, but they were installed on the rear. Requested an alignment, was told they could not do it, and no alternative was given. I apparently have the only car that cant be aligned. Good to know!

Had a screw In our tire, called them about and once we pulled in they had us sorted in less than 45min.

Absolutely unprofessional. I booked a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off at 3:30 spoke to the guys at the front desk they asked if I was gonna wait for or come back I said id come back in a little. I get back at 6 pm to give them extra time in case they were busy. 2 1/2 hours later and they hadnt even started working on my car. I finally got my oil changed and left at 7:40 over 4 hours after my scheduled appointment time. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time they atleast gave me 50% off for the hassle. Will not go back for any work of any kind and was in the market for new tires.

Work seems to be fine did take them 21/2 hrs for new tires and I hade good metal stem caps on my tires when I brought it in and they said they threw them away. Hard to believe if they work with tires.

Got there early dropped of tire and rim. Had it on and out in under an hour. Also very competitive sale prices on 4 new tires installed.

So I made my appointment over a week ago for both an oil change and my tire time issues.Apparently appointments mean nothing cause they didnt do the tpms service cause they were backed up...why did i make an appointment. They didnt care.In fact while I was waiting to be checked out others were having the same issues from the calls I over heard.

I made an appointment 3 days prior to my visit. Sales person on the phone gave me a waiting time of 1hr & half to mount 4 new tires. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the time changed to 2 & 1/2hrs. I would have made arrangements to drop off my carKnowing this info. Mike, the manager,Was very nice and said every day is different & repairs could be backed up due to bad weather. My appointmentWas scheduled @ noon. I checked out @2:40pm. I wouldnt makeAn appointment since it cannot beUpheld, but hoping my brand new tires will make the difference 🚘

I came in yesterday to get new tires and the guy set me up an appointment for 2pm today because the guy said that it would be able to get done faster. Was told a hour to two hours max when I got here at 2pm. I’m at two hours now and was told it will be another 45mins. I will never come back to this NTB ever again.

I really dread all auto maintenance shops. NTBs online experience to checkout is excellent. I picked my tires, got the itemized total, and scheduled. I arrived and the staff was very friendly. They moved pretty fast for four tires and I paid exactly what the original itemized total was. This is how these experiences should be.

My dad got 4 new tires with NTB and rides great, love that they took off all the old weights and balanced with new weights and just a small thing but I like that they aligned the air valve with the markings on the tire(I always did when I was working at walmart) awesome job to the guy who put these on my dads Chevy Express 2500 thanks

Charged for services that were never done to my vehicle. Was told they were going to get to the bottom of it and call me back Friday and never did. Called Saturday got the run around.

I brought my car here on 11/11/19 to have my sway bar links torqued and John who worked on my car was very helpful and professional, what an awesome guy! John took the time to show and explain to me exactly what he did and also point out other things that my car needs done. Mike who is a manager there is an awesome guy as well. Mike is very professional and provides excellent customer service. Ive been taking my and my wifes car here for 4 years now and has been nothing less than a great experience. Have had two separate issues with tire valve stems on two different tires after having my vehicle worked on at this location. I’ve never had any issues with tire valve stems in the past. When I brought this up to the attendant, they acted like it was a common occurrence on new tires.Won’t be returning.

The staff at north Olmsted tire and battery went above and beyond to help locate a tire for me. The manger was so helpful and I can’t say enough how grateful I am to everyone there that helped me.

Need to add to post below.I was not given an estimate for the diagnosis. Is it not required by law to give price for anything over $25. I was not told until after the test to say it was the battery.$285 for a $139 batteryFull electrical test needed to diagnose it was the battery CHARGING SYSTEM VOLT AMP CHECK ....$116.these are the pros??The rep said how else would they know it was the battery. HOW ABOUT A SIMPLE BATTERY TEST?Really?

Efficient car store.

I cant help but feel like I got taken advantage of at this place. Is $79 for an oil change reasonable?? I know my car takes full synthetic oil but I just feel like that is ridiculously expensive. They were also running a special of $20 off and it was still $79 with discount. I just moved to North Olmsted but was only paying $50 at my past mechanic for oil changes.

I had my catastrophically broken-down car towed to this random NTB without warning, late on a Sunday afternoon. Even though they had few staff and were about to close, Wayne took pity on us and checked out the vehicle right away. When it became clear that the car was not reasonably reparable, they allowed us to leave the car with them overnight until a junkyard could come pick it up. A service technician even lent us a screwdriver to remove our plates! All for no cost. I appreciated the kindness shown by the staff at this location, even though they ended up receiving no payment at all. Amazing service and recommended.

Good service and great deal on tires. We shopped around and they had the best! They are thorough when inspecting the vehicle to install tires. They helped make our truck safer on the road.

We had a flat tire on our pick up truck on New Years Eve morning. We were able to get to NTB in North Olmsted. They were down workers because of the holiday, but fit us in. They fixed our issue in a very timely manner. Did not try to up sell us anything we didn’t need. The repair was so much less than expected! Michael, the front person was so nice and very helpful! We will for sure come back to them for future needs. And would highly recommend NTB North Olmsted to everyone!!!

Michael Raper, store manager, and his team at NTB were absolutely fantastic. My family and I were visiting from Florida and enjoying the day at the park when I noticed a pretty significant leak in my rear drivers side tire. I called up and they said to bring it in. Michael got the car in ASAP, pulled up my records, discovered it was covered under road hazard and quickly got it resolved. WOW.

Mike the manager is rude and does not help one bit. My father went to look for big tires for a Jeep Wrangler and they gave him attitude and leaving my dad to walk out with no help. I called the manager to complain of his job effort and he hung up the phone in my face. If your company calls someone like that a manager, then you guys really don’t care about providing your customers with the service that is needed. One of the worst experiences of my life with a tire shop.

Longtime customer at NTB in North Olmsted for a reason. The staff is efficient and trustworthy and the chief mechanic, John Pyle, really knows his business and is honest to a fault. They will never sell you anything you dont need. I recently visited twice in the last several weeks for two separate noises I noticed while driving. Not only did they schedule me quickly, but they fixed the issues both times at no cost. Very grateful.

I have taken my daughters car here 3 times now and I am completely satisfied . No pressured extras, just advice for high mileage vehicle thats the norm. Michael was very informative, as was Bill previously and on schedule. They took on a oil filter issue that take 5 screwed up and then wouldnt touch the next time. Needed tires badly & stopped in after work. I was given a great deal on barely used tires that some one traded in. Saved almost $400 on 4 Continental tires & now my van runs great! Great customer service & was in & out in about an hour.

For the past two years I have been taking my car to NTB at north Olmsted for oil change and this last oil change I was informed that the treads on my oil pan drain was bad, it will cost $750 to replace the oil pan so I did take de car to another shop and got the part changed and when I order the part the Honda service department told me the the reason why that happen is because the torque the drain plug toó much, well I learned the lesson never again my car will be on there hands, please everybody be careful with NTB.

Business AND ETHICS?I went to the store to get 2 tires. Date was 05-02-2020. One of the employee is Wayne walked with me to the car. The employee was taking notice about the tires brand, size, and classification. I asked him do you have the same exact tires in order to be pears. His answered was yes. I waited 4 hours. He brought the car with different tires than the deal we made. I went back to the manager is (Mike) told me that is he will pear them for me. I went after 2 days. Getting appoint men for 05-05-2020, ?Mike? Was insulting me (unfortunately unexpected words inside the campus) I managed the situation by paying extra money of $120 to fix the problem.Is that common when the store manager insults customer payed total amount of $360? This is questionable to the head quarters of NTB is relatively Ethics and Business.

Didn’t get service done here but huge kudos to Mike for saving me a trip and potentially a really bad experience.Had some very low profile summer tires shipped to the store and made an appointment to have them mounted. When they arrived, Mike called me as soon as he noticed the sidewalls were too thin for their machines and recommended a few other places that could help.Had Mike not called, I would have shown up for my appointment, waited around, and then been told bad news and would have wasted a Saturday. Not only did he prevent this, but also provided some recommendations - something a dozen other shops did not do!Big thanks to Mike for his service, I will be returning one day for service thanks to his professionalism!

I had stopped by the NTB in North Olmsted this morning due to my tire pressure light coming on after adding air to my tire last night after an hour and a half drive from Canton back to Cleveland. Not knowing much about my TPM system I had them check my 2019 Accord out. Wayne Adamczyk was very friendly, professional and offered his help to take a look at the tire for nails, leaks around the rim also. When they had my tire off, they asked me into the shop where my tire was in a huge bucket if water advising me there seemed to be nothing wrong and had reset my TPM system light and did not charge me. Great staff and all were very friendly. Thanks again!!

The tires here are competitively priced, and they seem to have a variety in stock. So why 1 star? Because zero isnt an option.Terrible customer service, plain and simple. Two tires, balance, rotate, yada yada, and I made an APPOINTMENT. Hours waiting. At the 2 hour mark, my car hadnt moved from the parking lot.Sorry folks. My time is valuable too. Hire adequate staff to run your business the right way. If you cant do your primary service in a timely fashion, ditch the appointment option and tell people how slow you are up front.I was given an excuse about a tire tech not showing up, but when I said I wanted my keys back, suddenly the guy who had been on the computer in the lobby for an hour had my keys in hand, and questioned which tires are being replaced. Uh, the ones with no tread?Theres plenty of better tire buying options out there, including several within 1000 yards. I bought tires here once before, but didnt wait for the car. I need tires for my truck soon, to the tune of $700+ but I wont buy them here.

Took an Explorer there for shocks and stabilizer and had a small issue with my bill. I discussed it in a very adult like rational way with the manager and he offered to resolve it better than my expectation. Very good experience for this part of the transaction. But the best part was the workmanship. The mechanic did an excellent job. Click and Clack would approve. (Well, .......Clack would have....may he RIP)

I was in the location with my wife, the workers did not know we were together. They didnt offer her assistance but by-passed her and came directly to me. We got two tires put on car, we requested the two new go on the front of the car. And much to my surprise they screwed that up as well. They put the tires on the rear, even though it stated on the work order that the tires were to be installed on the front.I am ill-impreseed with their customer service and their attention to detail.Wont come back.

I had an urgent need to have my car battery tested and replaced, if necessary, within an hour. I had good experiences with NTB in the past with tires so I was hoping they could help me. When I arrived I may have waited 3 minutes when a service rep approached me. I explained my situation, he took my car, and rested the battery. The results were grim. It only took another 15 minutes, if that, I had a new battery installed and I was on my way. No hard sell or attempt to sell me the most expensive battery. I am one completely satisfied customer!

Such amazing service!! Knew what the problem was immediately and proceeded to fix it promptly. Theybdefinitely go above and beyond to make sure their customers not only leave feeling satisfied but safe to drive their car!! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!!!

They are deceptive. If you ask them to simply change your tires, they will give you a call later in the day saying your breaks are broken and need to be replaced and it will cost you 650!! They deliberately lie so they can make money, and you feel compelled to agree to it or else they might sabotage your vehicle and theres no way for you to prove that they did that! Seriously these people are crooks, take your business elsewhere.

Quick lube job and oil change. had my trans oil swapped out too instead of waiting for the 60K miles. Fast and offered all the options instead of assuming i would take the cheapest oil. friendly too.

They did a good job for a reasonable price. Got a new battery, an oil change, and a tire rotation. Even checked my brake pads. I was on the road again in about an hour. Id use their services again!

They are very polite. They are very professional. I had a appointment at 9am and I arrived 15 min early and they looked at my car right away. They informed me what was wrong within like 20 minutes. Job got done quick and done right right. You gained a repeat customer today.

Thanks to Firestone tire I was able to get a tire on the loose rim I tried bringing to you so the car full of kids I had arranged on the high way didnt have to stay in the cold weather to long. Your 3 hour wait estaminet was rediculess. Firestone saw my emergency and acted fast pushing my 1 tire fix ahead of others waiting. Took them 8 min to put a tire on the rim Soni could get the kids to safety. Hope you feel good. I know Firestone does they helped in an emergency and made money for it. ..

We have been taking our vehicle there for almost 10 years. On two occasions the vehicle has returned with a cross threaded lug nut. Previously the manager had performed the repair for free, since the damage was caused by a technician not starting the lug nuts by hand before tightening them with the air impact.I went in and spoke with the service writer who was very rude. I politely explained that we have always come to them, that this has happened before, and they always fixed it. He immediately dismissed my claim, and stated that this occurs as normal wear due to the vehicle age. I have spoken with other mechanics in the area and they assure me that lug nuts- or any threads for that matter- do not cross-thread themselves. It takes a tech to carelessly run them on with their air gun without starting the nuts by hand or checking the threads. The service writer was not willing to work with me, and refused to speak with me further. I know not all techs and shops are bad, but this one was downright rude. I always own up to my mistakes, unlike North Olmsted NTB. Go elsewhere.

I purchased four new tires from NTB on Saturday. Prior to leaving their parking lot I experienced my first flat tire from the experience. Returning to their lobby and waiting over and hour and half the manager Mike comes out and hands me my lung key covered in grease with still no update on the car. Wonderful customer service! My appointment was scheduled at 9:30am. I picked up my car around 5pm, supposedly fixed. I have another flat less than 10 miles from their building on a different tire. I call their office and they arrange a tow truck to pick the car up Sunday morning around 10am. 4pm comes around and no contact from the shop. I reach out and they claim to have called me, which didn’t happen. Apparently it’s customary to spend 36 hours replacing your tires. I go to pick it up and leaving the shop for the third time my car yet again sparks low pressure check tires on my dashboard and two more tires have issues. I requested contact from a supervisor, no call. Call the corporate office and their solution is to have me go pay for tires at another office, return the tires I bought back to their office, then they would refund anything associated with the purchase after another 40 minuet phone call. Worst tire buying experience I have ever had. The manager admitted to fault installation, I’m not sure the car is safe to drive, and I now have an appointment at another shop. Usually when people spend $700+ they expect the product they purchase to work properly. Turns out it wasn’t the product it’s poor inspection, and faulty installation. Don’t shop NTB. I wasn’t even requesting a full refund just a refund on the labor and install, the parts that obviously weren’t done correctly. On top of that they kept my tire caps. Petty I know but really?!?

I discovered a flat tire when I got to work. They took me in first thing in the morning, removed the nail and repaired the tire. I was back to work within 45 minutes. The service is always great there.

NTB did an exceptional job installing my brothers tires and alignment which was a Christmas present to him from me. They were more than helpful making arrangements for me to pay the bill and my brother said they treated him very well. I mention their willingness to work with us regarding the payment because the week before Conrads was completely inflexible with allowing me to pay the bill remotely. Thank you NTB for a great experience.

My wife and kids had a flat on the way from NH to OH. After arriving to the destination, I had the guys fix the flat with a patch. It failed while visiting friends in MI next day. Went back to them to fix it again, a bit annoyed.Mike TOTALLY understood, and hooked us up with a great deal on all 4 tires replaced, and some additional (quality) work. Very customer-centric team there at NTB in North Olmsted. Worth spending the money on such a good offer, to a very good business.THANK YOU!

Went in for an oil change and alignment. It took two and a half hours for these simple items. One mechanic was very unprofessional and kept throwing a fit in the waiting room, making a big scene in front of customers about how he didn’t want to do the work that needed to be done. The mechanic who worked on my car couldn’t get the back wheel to align under 60 degrees. He couldn’t understand or explain why not, so the issue was unresolved when I left. He told me it will cause the tire to wear funny but couldn’t offer any solutions. I will not go back to North Olmsted NTB and am considering ending my long-standing account with NTB altogether. The dealer isn’t much more expensive anyway.

I sputtered into the Lorain Rd. NTB service station Saturday morning in my Buick Enclave with the check engine light blinking and my car barely able to start up at a stop light. I did not have an appointment - I was on a trip and 250 miles from home. Ron kindly got me in and the technician, Jon, quickly diagnosed the problem (loose coil so a cylinder wasnt firing). They had me in and out of there in 25 minutes! I am so thankful for their kindness and quick help to get me back on my way. And lucky I had not quite made it to the turnpike where I would have had to get a tow. The local dealer had given me a shoulder shrug and suggested renting a car.

Made an appointment on Friday for Sunday at 1pm. My car was finally brought in to be worked on at 5pm. I didnt get my car until 645pm on a appointment I made at 1pm two days prior. The manager Mike didnt seem to worried about the situation at all. Not the first time this has happened at this location. I will not be going back to this location.

Stopped an hour before close...asked if my battery could be checked since light came on while driving around with my kids. Man at counter said there was no way. I didnt expect it would be fixed just checked. Auto zone checked it for me...took 2 minutes. Very rude!!

Honest people doing a hard days work. If they can get you in, they do. Wait times are usually accurate. They tell you any problems or snags they come across, give you options to fix or solve. You decide before it costs more, no surprises or extra charges you did not expect.

Huge accolades to Jake and John. Spoke with Jake on the phone looking for tires for my 03 F-150. After discussing options, Jake steered me to the perfect set. Upon arriving for my installation appointment, both Jake and John (Auto Tech) walked me around and inspected the vehicle with me pointing out various parts of interest. During this inspection, we discovered my rear leaf spring shackles were nearly rusted and cracked into oblivion. John repaired these and a leaky rear left caliper assembly the next day. These guys saved me from some serious damage down the road! Outstanding job fellows. One very happy customer here!

Deceptive about their prices and will try to sell you things you dont need. The work done is average and the techs will abuse your car if it is sporty/performance oriented. Dont bring your ride here if you want to leave with your wallet and your pride intact.

We purchased new tires here, and when all was said and done, we had a problem with our car. We went back to talk to them to get some advice on what the next step should be for our car and NTB went above and beyond to provide excellant customer service. I’ve used NTB exclusively for over four years. My husband & daughter use them as well. Their service is outstanding & I know they are never going to “rip me off.” I highly recommend NTB.

When my brake lines broke, they fixed them and seemingly did a good job. However, they told me I needed to get new pads/rotors and wanted to charge me like $400. Got a second opinion on the pads/rotors and was told they were totally fine.

Good service and friendly for the most part. I don’t like how they over torque my lug nuts. It makes it impossible for me to change out my wheels.

Simply awesome service. I called to schedule a wheel alignment and get some new tires, and an hour later they were finished. Fast, friendly and professional.

Took car in for lube job and oil change. The forgot to line the chassis. They also overfill the engine with oil. We all know that can destroy an emgine. I had to take the car back for the oil removal and lube job. They also wanted to sell me a $800 front brake job. Thats twice as much as anyone else would charge. If you cant get an oil change right, why would I trust you to my brakes?? Im not going back to these clowns ever again.

Ive been coming to this NTB for a few years now on the recommendation of a friend. Their front end staff is always courteous and helpful, and their mechanics know their stuff! Ill always recommend John as a mechanic and this specific NTB for any auto repair.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with NTB tires at Olmstead Falls. I found myself with a flat tire and was stressed in a new city and these guys saved the day. Special thanks to Bill at the store who was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in under an hour. I’m a first time customer at NTB but will be back because of how great today’s experience is.

I would like to say this is the worst place to take your car ! Took my car in for a nail in the sidewall of the tire. Took 6.5 hours for them to replace the tire which was in stock at the store. After getting my car back I noticed severe scratches on the rim of my car. I take the car back to the store for them to tell me it was curb rash and they did not do the damage and therefore will not fix or replace the rim. After calling the corporate offices of N.T.B I was told they would get back with me the next day. 4 days later I had to call them back just for them to tell me they are not going to fix my rim. Well now I am going to be taking them to court ! Oh and file a complaint with the better business bureau.

These guys are AWESOME!! I will be going back to them in the future.

Have been using the north Olmsted Ohio location for years - great service - while there are some repairs I probably would not have them do (like an engine replacement) all of the other services they provide are top notch. Service manager Bob I have been dealing with for years now. He doesnt sugar coat your vehicles diagnosis and doesnt make a recommendation unless he feels it is something that needs to be brought to your attention. He also doesnt pressure you with up-sale or unneeded repairs. He lets you make the decision if you want the repair to be done. His team of mechanics go the extra mile to make sure your repair is done right and if by chance something didnt get repaired correctly his team will take every care in setting things right. When I have had problems with other repair garages I find myself coming back to them to have it repaired the right way.. big thanks out to Bob and his team!

WORST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Do NOT go here for any reason! Your car will end up needing MORE repairs because they are shoddy, careless mechanics who will damage your vehicle. Ive had many, many incidents of them installing broken parts or failing to notice obvious and severe problems with my car! Is it even possible to rate negative stars?

I had a flat tire on my wheel barrow. Took the wheel into NTB more than 2 hours before they closed and were told they wouldnt do it. Lierally had the wheel in my hand, I said, The tire only needed the rim sealed and filled with air and was told they couldnt fit it in until the next day.. very disappointing considering I took the tire 2 minutes down the street to Firestone and they literally fixed the issue for free in under two minutes. FOR FREE!NTB is a joke! Poor customer service. Poor engagement. Spend your money else where.They cant even fix a wheel barrow tire!

Always friendly and they dont make you over pay.

I got an oil change and tire rotation about 3 days ago and started to hear clicking noises when hitting the brake, so I took it back up so they can see if they forgot something or if the brakes were messed up, while I was waiting in the room, the mechanic comes out to talk to another employee to see what my car was here for, the employee told the mechanic and the mechanic responded, “ oh as soon as he got the oil change from us he hears the noise” sarcastically and rolling his eyes, not knowing I was sitting right there listening to the whole conversation. Employees shouldn’t be talking about their customers that way especially on the floor, it’s very rude and all I wanted to do is for them to just see what’s wrong.... after waiting 30ish minutes, I get a phone call saying it was ready and that they messed something up on the tire rotation, (front backing plate). I made an appointment, brought my car over, it was put up on the lift, and the mechanic then informed me that NTB does not service run-flat tires. A lot of wasted time. Every other store I called services run-flat tires. I asked for an explanation, and they said its just their policy. I watched my tire being serviced at another store, and the procedure was standard. One customer lost.

Two hours for a balance and rotate. Tried selling me a $900 bill for a $80 part.

Larry is the reason I stay here! He goes above & beyond to make sure customers are satisfied! If he were to ever leave the company, so would I!

Bob in north olmsted really helped me out. After a less than pleasant and frustrating experience at the willoby hills location, Bob squeezed me in before closing and fixed the problem from the other shop at no charge. I had purchased 4 new tires and Bob went out of his way to help me so I didnt have to go back to the other location in the snow with a bad tire. This is the second set of tires I bought at NTB and should have stayed in north olmsted for service. Great customer service! Thanks North Olmsted NTB!

A little back off the road and youll miss it if your not paying attention just look for Bob Evans restaurant and drive through their lot to get back to NTB but with that said youll get great service at this location for a reasonable price.
