Tony gives me real feedback on whats going on, is willing to share his knowledge, and was honest enough to tell me in one instance that what I had asked for was more than he was able to tackle at that point and recommended a fellow shop who could take care of me. I trust my wifes and daughters cars to him any time.

Honest. Let me say that again: They are an honest automotive repair shop. They also have many years of experience, know what they are doing, and do it well.

Highly recommend this place if you need your car fixed! They are quick to figure out the issue and to fix it for you. Always communicate and help me understand what is wrong and what they are fixing! Will go to them for all my car needs!

They are good people but it’s a small time shop that can’t really work on your vehicle for a lot of issues. I needed a axle shaft seal and they called said they couldn’t do it. They put my Jeep back together, but as I was driving out their drive my abs, my traction light came on and the gearing was messed up. Good place for breaks and tires and oil change but for engine, suspension, or technical problems do not use them

Brought my own fuel pump in they charged me $460 and made it seem like it was a huge job. They took my spare tire from under the truck and never put it back just threw it in the back and zip tied the spare tire chain to the hitch. Spare tire didnt even have to be removed! Never even told me it was removed and not put back under the truck. Terrible service will never use them again

Cars AC wasnt working and I just moved into the area so I called the shop based on the reviews here. Super friendly and helpful staff. Founnd the problem, fixed it and had them do an oil change as well. Everything was completed super quick and with super fair pricing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I would never take my vechicals there. It was never suppose to be there the tow truck driver took it uponed himself to drop it off there instead of te address provided. They did the work on my vechical without NO authorization no phone call to say what was wrong if it or price or the fact that it was done!! If they did call we would of told them not to touch the truck. When we found out the owner didnt care that no phone was made said we can just take off the parts . I wouldnt recommended this place to no one!!

I dropped my car off without an appointment at 1 pm to have 4 tires mounted & balanced. They had it done by 3:00 and did a great job at a great price! The techs are very personable and professional as well. I highly recommend!

Tony and crew are some finest car guys I have ever worked with. They are honest, will only fix what needs to be fixed, and affordable. Amazing service

Tony was great, he tracked down the part I needed and was able to install it the next day. I got two other estimates before I went there and they had the lowest cost and quickest service. All the guys I spoke to were courteous and friendly. I will absolutely go there next time I need any work done on my car.

Went here after the place down the street quoted me $1900 for a brake job. They ended up fixing my calipers instead of replacing and saved me over $1000.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My car was in a bad spot and Tony and crew fixed the problem quickly and got me back up and running. I felt the price was very fair too. These guys gave me a good vibe, like a good neighbor would. I definitely found my new mechanic.

I was passing through Cleveland and started having issues with my Jetta diesel on a Friday right before they closed. I was assuming it was something relatively simple so I called around and they said they could work on it. I trusted they could based upon all the good reviews. I rented a car and continued my trip, planning to pick it up in a week and they thought they could have it ready in time. I left my name and number with the key. Tried them Monday, no answer. Tuesday they reached out and told me they didnt think they could work on it but theyd take a look. After not hearing anything I called back and asked them to take it to a different shop on Wednesday. They were nice enough to drop it at Galattis with no charge but why tell me in the first place they could work on it? It didnt make me feel great to only give two days to repair it but Galattis came through, although they ended up working on it through the weekend.

They changed my front tires and put new valve stems in my front rims and topped off all my fluids and lubed my universal in my driveshaft and put the pressure in my tires I asked for and they gave me a great price too to boot, I think they have descent mechanics there very knowledgeable, I originally went there cause I couldnt get lug nuts off my passenger side rim and they got them off with out breaking them off I was impressed I would recommend this mechanic shop too anyone looking to get there car or truck worked on !!!! 🙂

They get the job done but are slightly overpriced. They charged me $450 for Something that should have cost at most $300. Do they get the Job done, yes. Are they quick, yes again.

First of all, I absolutely fell in love with the city of Charlotte. Beautiful city, great people (even though every person I meet there, says they are from somewhere else, and they recently moved there). Anyway, I am a bus driver for a professional sports team, and we go there twice a year. We stay at the hotel right across the street. I love to explore the cities that we travel to. We were there last year when Star Wars: The Force Awakens was just released. I had a free day, so I went to see it there. I have never in my life saw a theater like they have there. No concession stand. Each spacious seat has a button that will summon a server that will bring you whatever you desire. Prices for this luxury were the same, if not cheaper than what I pay in Cleveland, for a traditional movie night out. There are also several food options for every taste all over the 4 story complex. From memory, there is a Firehouse Subs, Moes Grille, Wild Wing Cafe, Five Guys, Flemmings Prime Steakhouse, A New York style Pizzeria, A candy shop, ice cream shop, Sushi bar, you name it. There is also a Golds Gym to burn off the calories should you overindulge. There is also a bowling alley, and last but not least, an Ohio State bar! I am told each game day during football season that places is JUMPING!! Nice to find some honey-os and buddy-os when you are 500 miles from home!! Escalators and elevators as well as stairs are strategically placed to get you from level to level. One word of warning. This masterpiece is semi open air. While most of the venue is covered, you might not want to visit during an extremely cold, or extremely hot day. Plenty of cover from rain. You will have a good time here.
