I’ve been having tire problems for a long time! I come to Sears Auto Center and they fixed it all. They were really nice, made me feel at ease, and the wait was not long at all. Definitely my best auto experience.

Great first experience. Sam and Teddie were extremely professional over the phone and their service levels, communication, and timelines were exceptional. I had a 4 new tires mounted, a 4 wheel alignment, and radiator flush. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Nice large facility and I was able to get worked right in. I will be bringing more of my vehicle maintenance to Sears as they understand how to treat their customers.

My husband was in last week for a front end alignment. Although he did not have an appointment they got him in immediately and got the work done in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and professional. Just a good experience.

Buyer beware. This Sears did not have in stock the tire brand that I originally bought from a different Sears and said that they would pick tires up from a close by manufacturer. The so called manufacturer called Sears rep. back and said that they did not in fact have the brand I was looking for but had a better brand and would give them to me at the same price. Sounds good right? Only after research, I found that the brand they were offering was a cheaper, more inferior brand and they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed. To top it off, I was charged the downpayment for leasing option they offer and was told that I could not get a refund for another 3-5 business days.

No wonder Sears is dying! Terrible, rude staff who are completely unhelpful. Had to bring vehicle back after having shoty work done and was treated as if I was an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time or money.

Got 4 tires put on last week. Aside from getting the wrong tires in that I correctly ordered online, they torqued my lugs on insanely tight. Went to do my brakes today and 1 of the lugs refuses to move. Ive spent about 5 hours trying to get this rounded thing off to no avail. Why dont they just hand tighten these things on? What if I got a flat and needed to change a tire on the road? Id be screwed. Think theyll do anything to make it right? Ive broken 3 sockets and 2 socket wrenches and bought about $40 worth of tools to try to get it off. Absolutely insane. Im just going to bring 4 tires in the flatbed of a rented truck next time I get replacements so these idiots dont touch my car at all.

Horrible. I am a disabled Cancer patient, and they refused to swap out a Diehard Gold battery that was still under warranty? Even after I explained I couldnt wait for the testing, or come back another time to talk to the manager? The rude kid behind the counter was the same one who sold me the battery originally. He told me nobody could help me carry it to my car for me. Sat on his stool and let a handicapped guy install a $150 battery in the dead of winter. Class acts all around. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Beat dealerships price by quite a bit and they worked with me on my quote for what is a MUST repair vs can be delayed or done at home. Very friendly and not condescending like some places Ive been.

I bought the Groupon for a conventional oil change on my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid. I had to pay like $5 in shop/disposal fees before the service but it was still a great deal! The techs that took care of me were super nice and efficient. It only took about 20 minute. Would recommend.

First experience was average. Second experience was very poor. Scheduled appointment for tire rotation and to mount a new tire. Customer service was below par. I realize it was towards the end of day, but the reps were grumpy and looked like they hated their job. I asked to keep the old tire being replaced. When it was finished, they forgot so I had to go back inside and ask for the old tire. When the mechanic was grabbing the old tire, he mentioned there was a bubble forming on one of the rear tires. If I hadnt returned for the old tire, I would not have known there was another issue.. would have been nice to know this the first time.

Stoped coming to this place for long time because one of the young reps was very unpleasant to talk too. He had very bad attitude . Today put new tires on the truck at a different place which they didnt offer alignment on wheels. In my way i was very close by this sears and after years not coming here wanted to give them another chance. Walk in at the pro desk and talked with Sam . Very respectul guy and very helpful. Thanks God wasnt the same guy i had the experience with before. After talking with Sam, i felt very comfortable to alow them to change my collant too. I will definitely return here. Was a pleasant experience. If they do a good work mechanical dont know yet. Will see after the alignment and collant changes. But it is a inprovement on the store.give them another chance.

Bought a Diehard battery on line with free installation on Oct 13, 2018. I used $21 in rewards. There was also a $30 credit card application reward apply and use which did not work. When we arrived they then said there was a three hour wait. So I tried to remove the exchange battery myself but the one terminal was frozen. We cancelled the order, however 6 days later we only received a partial refund and the online status does not show the cancellation and we were not refunded my $21 in rewards points,. Called Sears online overseas customer service and they said they would resolve this. Days later they state that the store must issue the refund. Called the store and the manager said give it a few days. Called back days later since there still was no full refund and no cancellation status. Tried calling the manger and was put on hold. He never came to the phone. Called back again and no one answered the phone. Today (10-18-18) will be submitting an Attorney General and BBB complaint today. What a den of thieves!

DO NOT GO HERE.THEY ARE LIARS! went in to ask for a front end alignment and an oil leak. They told me that my whole front end was loose and some parts needed to be replaced. They never even attempted to at least see where the leak was coming from. Total estimate came out to be over a grand. Mechanics usually take me for a fool cause Im a female and they think I dont know anything about cars. My farther who builds cars for a living and for fun took a look and found nothing wrong with my car even took it in to get the sway bar evaluated by a second pair of eyes and they even said there was no need to replace it and there was nothing loose. I also read an earlier review of some poor person getting scammed on an oil change. No car needs special synthetic oil its just an upsale. And the fact they just do things with out peoples permission is very unprofessional. Not only will I never go back but I will make sure I warn people to steer clear of these dishonest theives. They do not even diserve the one star.

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience right now.. I have a 2013 Chevy Spark and it was a little overdue for an oil change so i finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done. I decided to purchase a groupon for an $18 conventional oil change.... I thought that was a deal that I couldnt pass up.. When setting up my appointment via phone they did not ask make or model of my car. Upon arrival for my scheduled oil change, I again mentioned I had a groupon I had purchased.. The guy then asked me the make and model of my car.. He then mentioned due to the make of my car I would need a synthetic oil change and not just a conventional one that I had already purchased, and also that my car would need a special filter.. After about an hour my car was finally done, I went back to the service desk to check out only to find out that my total was an outrageous amount of $89.00..... I paid it and tried not to make a big deal about it. I then received my receipt to show a breakdown of pricing.. They did the synthetic oil change which I expected to be a little more than $20 but turned out to be about $52 and on top of that they charged me with a labor charge of $15.25 and also $15.00 for a brake evaluation I was unaware I was even getting as I did not request it.. Overall I feel very ripped off and highly dissatisfied and will never go here again for any type of auto service..
