I relocated to the area almost 2 years ago and wasnt excited about finding a new place that I could trust to service my car. Sunnyside Toyota was recommended highly by a family member so I gave them a try. I have no regrets at all and am very satisfied. Everyone is nice, professional, and Ive never once felt I was being taken advantage. Thats very important to me to feel I can trust someone with my car. I have used Sunnyside for my regular maintenance since I purchased my car from them in 2017. They have been consistently professional and friendly, always providing quality service. Recently, my car was vandalized and I needed my windows replaced. Sunnyside was extremely helpful in communicating with my insurance company and made a difficult, stressful situation much easier for me. Good communication and peace of mind was exactly what I needed and Sunnyside delivered. Im very grateful for them.

My car was due for it’s final service included in my warranty. When I called to schedule it, I was informed that it included a 12 point inspection as well as a tire rotation and oil change. I opted out of the oil change and tire rotation because I had to have it elsewhere a month prior due to a scheduling conflict. The dealership refused to provide the final inspection without the oil change and tire rotation. They indicated that I would have to pay for it. The incident was handled very poorly and I left feeling very angry. A complete waste of my time.

Busier than usual Friday the day I dropped and waited. 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Nice facility to wait with coffee and water provided, comfortable chairs.

We have purchased three cars from this dealership and always use their service department. The staff is friendly and always gives the straight answers about what needs repaired NOW vs. what to be aware of in the future. Honesty is appreciated, especially when dealing with the arcana of car repair/maintenance.

Everything went as it should have. It was quick and thorough. They found a problem with a tire I had just purchased. They check with the warranty for me and the tire was covered and saved me a lot of money. I am more that satisified.

I usually have nothing bad to say about getting my car serviced here, but this time I dropped my vehicle off with a 3:30 guaranteed pick up time. Not only was the vehicle not done til 5:30, but they didn’t have time to put it through the car wash. After I paid the bill it took almost 15 mins til my car was brought forward from the back. The whole day for an oil change that probably could have been down while I sat and waited on my vehicle to be brought up just seemed odd.

Very nice staff, but absolutely the slowest service I have ever experienced, whatever the normal time frame is for a job to be completed or the time they tell you, double it.

It lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes for a regular maintenance. Normally it lasts 45 minutes in Motorcars service. However waiting area was cool and spacious tables for privacy and that is why I am giving 4 stars.

Work performed as expected. When tires were rotated valve stem caps were not tightened. One was missing. I replaced.

I paid $100 for a check engine diagnostic test for you to tell me that my catalytic converter was bad. I replaced the converter and the check engine light is still on. The error code was reset and 20 minutes later it came right back. What did I pay the diagnostic for?

I bought my first car yesterday and Michael OGrady was so helpful! He was very patient and answered my many questions. Im so happy that I bought a Toyota and had the pleasure of working with Michael.

Very long wait at this service center to look at a small wheel issue. My tire pressure light has been coming on every couple of days. Sunnyside looked at this issue for four hours and claimed there was no leak. My wheel was looked at by Discount Tire, who did a great job and found the leak in 15 minutes. They also claimed I need two new tires even though all four tires have been replaced not even within the last year. Would not recommend a trip to this Sunnyside service center.
